If someone wishes, I can send you my username and you can contact Duelbits here. I have been advised to send him a private message but I can’t as a newbie. I sent it to Fivestar4everMVP who advised me to do so but he didn’t respond.

At least if you actually got your payment from this site it should also include a screenshot for solid proof that your withdrawal was processed properly, I know about Duelbits so far it is still reliable on this forum maybe, so it may take time for the withdrawal process manually so there is a delay which should be a concern for the OP to be more patient.

I've never played and used Duelbits so far, might be happy to monitor the progress of the problem in this thread, is the site really safe and processes all user withdrawals, even though I'm just a small gambler maybe my withdrawal process is still fairly automatic, when the OP withdraws big money it seems it does take a long time for the manual process to go through checks.

Now change the title as resolved and lock this thread already as part of giving thanks to Duelbits for solving your case. Your thread gives a negative impression to the reputation of Duelbits in the forum.

It’s surprising that Duelbits solved your case quickly since issue like this took more than a weeks on other casino to be resolved. Congratulations on recovering your funds.

Congratulations to you because your withdrawal has been resolved without problems and that is quite a lot, so far I also have no problem with the withdrawal that I do from the duelbits, I really believe in the casino to this day.

I got my payouts. Everything is fine Smiley

Happy to hear, but I still didn’t.
sorry before OP, maybe still in the study stage by the team to verify your withdrawal, maybe they detect irregularities in withdrawal or gambling activities, please wait a few more time to see whether there are developments or not from our team.

I need to ask also if you correctly enter your address correctly?

Glad to hear that you were able to withdraw your winning funds. Duelbits is doing well here they are dealing well with their customer's problems. Yes, it is true that they delayed your withdrawal process a lot, but the support team told you the reason for this delay. So since your problem is solved and you were able to withdraw your money, now you can lock this thread and mark this thread as problem solved.

Good to know. Did they explain why they took so long to release your payout? Your answer could help some other folks in similar situations.

Did you contact their support already in their platform? They have an active chat support immediately reply from your concern instead they have a representative right here that can contact with your concern.
I made a payout always to their platform. If you received the payment you can now close this thread using the lock button in the lower left.
Looks like you didn't bother reading all the posts in this thread so far properly. He clearly mentioned that he contacted their support who told him to wait without any sort of explanation.

Also, he didn't receive his payout yet. Tip: Read the posts properly before replying!

Any update @OP? Did your withdrawal get processed or did you hear from heir customer support?
I withdrew before from duelbits and my withdrawals were processed almost instantly but I mostly withdraw small amounts.
Obviously, your request is being reviewed since a big amount of money is involved. Unfortunately, there isn't much you can do right now but to wait.
Its been like a day or two since OP started this thread, if he's yet to update on the current situation till now, then i will personally believe that he has probably gotten his withdrawal request processed and he's busy spending the money and have forgot to let us all know that he's issue with duelbits is resolved  Grin.

Its a common practice for members to be very active when they have a serious issue and looking for solutions, but then become inactive for atleast, some time as soon as that is issue is resolved, and some fail to even update their thread to inform the community that their issue is resolved, not after several days or even months, depending on how long they are inactive.
Please read the post after mine. OP responded and said that he didn't receive any update from duelbits' support.
Obviously, his issue hasn't been resolved. If this case gets resolved then we all will be happy even if the accuser doesn't come back and inform us about the updates. In the meanwhile, we should keep supporting him till he gets his money, as long as he didn't break any of the casino's terms.

I agree. I will just wait.

Still no new updates? It does seem like a long time to wait for no apparent reason, unless there is a suspicion of some kind of abuse on your part. I wonder why @duelbits representative did not stop by this thread and offer some explanation to the community, even though he was active on the forum today. Perhaps he simply wasn't aware of this topic.

If they fail to respond then OP should possibly go to their announcement thread and post the link of this thread there for them to see what is really going on and as well create a Scam accusations thread with proof that backs up OP claims of deposit and win result of being scammed of his or her funds with the casino. I was wondering why they would keep mute over this for long without any official word from them. It is not making any sense at all.

Multiple gamblers are having problems now though they didn't provide enough evidence to verify their claims. Duelbits needs to provide some sort of update in this thread or in their ANN thread or in their site asap.

You can see that those in figures is not well explanatory the way decimals are being placed, at least someone who wants to put things or make a list should at least try to put things in other.
The figure is pretty easy to decipher and several posters including me explained this stuff already which is why I find it odd that you are still complaining about it.
This delay is not only peculiar to casinos or Duelbit alone but other networks are also witnessing such networks delay and the rest of it likes so if you are contacting the support,  you must make sure to include all the possible evidence that can help speed up your quest and this is why we need to keep evidence as we deal with online platform most especially casinos because when you get locked out you won't be able to get hold of all those evidences to support your case.

So the evidence is highly important in any online case,  another way to place your complaints is in the ANN since that admin in there will help also to push your case forward.

Contact Duelbits representative here in the forum through this link https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/duelbits-2859659 . He is online so he might read your concern and help you solved it.

What makes you think he's online now? As far as I can tell from his profile, the Duelbits representative was last active on the forum today, almost 20 hours ago.

I have a similar situation. 18.07 put $24,000 + $14,035 for withdrawal. They said they were checking my account. Moreover, I have previously withdrawn larger amounts without any checks. I offered them to go through the KYC procedure, but they said it was not necessary yet. The situation is strange, but the project seems reliable to me. We are waiting together Wink

Oh wow, looks like there is a problem.

He is registered on the forum last January while this is his first post made in the forum. Seriously this just a coincidence that newbie posted same as issue as your for the first time in the forum? I knew that escalating the problem will make your issue solved quickly but finding support with same issue from a not credible user doesn’t change a thing to improve your case.

I tried but I couldn’t because I am a newbie. But I posted on their thread. Thank you anyway for trying to help.

For the newbie posting same issue as me, to be honest I was surprised to read about it and I do not know what to think about it.
Hi! Whats the update of this one? still pending?

It is really that unusual that it would really be lasting up for several or couple of days on asking out such withdrawal considering we are talking about 20k on here but just like the rest been saying that there's nothing we can do but to wait up on what they had instructed.Have you ever get some message about on such delay if ever you had asked them out again? 3 days now and if you arent getting any response
then it is really that unusual or something that i cant really be able to be relaxed on this situation.

Somehow Duelbits does have that good reputation on this forum on which it would really be just that make yourself that be assured that you would be getting that withdrawal unless
if you havent done something wrong and those are legit wins because there are really moments that platforms would really be flagging some transactions if they
have detected something.

To be honest, this is unlike Duelbits, but since the customer care have answered and said they are checking your account, and that its not a matter of going through KYC verification, then there is nothing you guys can do other than to be patient.
My instinct tells me there is something probably wrong some how, but i trust duelbits well enough to never disappoint their legitimate users, there is always a time like this in every business so its nothing new i believe, your withdrawals will be processed, just be patient , i am not a spokesperson for the casino though, just trying to be optimistic and positive.

The area of the money you deposited and the money you withdrawn is contradictory from your explanations the values you presented is confusing because I don't know of what you are saying that If the amount you tend to withdraw is twenty thousand or twenty dollars, I will like you to make a correction in your figures. Before you make this public announcement have you tried to get a feedback from the team, if you have done such, what is the response of the duelbit team, it least you need to contact them and hear their response if it's positive or negative

He will not put 3 zero after the decimal point if he wants to simply put 20 bucks in there instead of 20K. His deposit is 1200 and it's easily interpreted as 20K since he will not having some trouble posting this issue here if he is just withdrawing fragments of his original deposit.
You can see that those in figures is not well explanatory the way decimals are being placed, at least someone who wants to put things or make list should at least try to put things in other because i believe that is when someone present it issues well it becomes well understood, so therefore what issues that concern money you have to be straight for the figured, so that the issues will be lesser for people that want to discuss about it

With that long of a withdrawal delay, I hope you've contacted support. and don't miss any emails you might get. check all your email folders, most likely you will be asked for KYC with a delay in your withdrawal.
I hope this isn't your first draw at Duelbits. this is not comfortable but I hope you are patient with the reply from support.
I hope there are no problems with your account and money.
He said this was his first time playing on Duelbits so you are right that it might be about the KYC but even if it's about other problems, KYC can still be asked for them to know that you are a fair user. We are not comfortable when we experience the same thing even if there is only small amount involved so how much more here when the amount at risk is $20k? Whether he is impatient or not, he still can't do anything but to wait for things to get sorted out.

I have made a few deposits and withdrawals recently with Duelbits, but the sums were much lower (100-300 max), and my withdrawal requests never took more than an hour to proceed. However it is logical to assume that with such large amounts they will likely ask you to verify your account to confirm your age and prevent any potential money laundering attempts that's why your request is taking longer.
If you are a legitimate gambler who didn't violate any of the casino rules or live in a restricted county then there is nothing to worry about. In addition to waiting you can contact their live chat support for a faster response regarding your case.
Is it in dollars? Then no way it is small but how long you have been playing on this site? Maybe it wasn't your first and then you already completed your KYC. Maybe if he verify his KYC first, he won't experience a hassle like this but he may not be expecting it since he said his withdrawals on other casinos have went smoothly. He is already on the casino before so I believe he already contacted the support there but he might be alarmed and asked our help here.

Not sure the OP created a thread with the actual issue of the case or just simply looking for attention which might have made the Duelbits team reluctant to come across this thread to explain the problem to the OP. actually the OP would have been better off providing screenshot proof to confirm that he actually withdrew the money and it hasn't been processed.

All the more reason for a representative from Duelbits to come here and explain the situation from their perspective. Regardless of whether the OP's concern is justified or not, it would present a better image to the public.
