You deposited 12,000$ and you withdrew 20k? Or $20? Which one exactly because I don't get it.

It is not difficult to understand. He deposited 12k and wagered, after all he won to the amount of 20k and he tried withdrawing the 20k which got stocked for more than 24hrs.

I have wagered well over 1x. No I am not playing from a restricted territory.

I just contacted support again and they told me no need to contact them anymore, I just have to wait for their reply. Nobody knows what’s happening.
This means that your withdrawal process is being reviewed manually or maybe the account is marked and they will conduct an internal investigation so that after that they will reply to you with the reasons explained.
This is clear assumption. If the account is flagged and under investigation by Duelbits, atleast the support should be aware of this and communicate same to Op. In this case they are just keeping Op in the blind.

A Bitcoiner chooses. A slave obeys.
20 thousand usdt, not 20 dollars. No they did not ask for KYC.

Customer support said they don’t know why it is being delayed and that they don’t have any timeframe on when this could be resolved.

On the other websites I also withdrew these amounts and sometimes much more (180k on Rollbit).

Anyway no problem I understand, but I am only asking others who play there about their experience, just to know what to expect. I’ve seen the thread about the 500k win but that’s on another level.

That is very strange. If customer support itself has told you that they do not know the reason for the delay then perhaps something went wrong? Did you check to see if you withdrew to the correct address? I always triple and quadruple check, especially with such large amounts of money. You need to be 100% sure you withdrew to the correct blockchain, as well. Was this USDT address a ERC20 or A TRC20 or some other blockchain?

Duelbits is a very well known and trusted online cryptocurrency gambling casino platform so they would not try to lie or scam you out of your money.

Have there been any updates since the customer support last contacted you?

Hello,
I withdrew 20.000 usdt after winning in Baccarat on Duelbits (total deposits 12000). I’ve been waiting for more than 24hours and no payment. I’ve never played there before, so those who play there is this a common issue?

I played on Stake, Rollbit, Gamdom, Bitcasino.io, and never had to wait for more than 8hours for a withdrawal (including KYC or not). Just to know what to expect.

This is already an indicator that there's a problem towards your withdrawal request so best to contact there support to know what is the issue of your request on why it take that long. If there's no problem will be seen then for sure they can release it immediately, but if there's something suspicious found maybe it will take some time before they get finish on possible investigation so best to talk with them to get a clear answer regarding on this delays.

It is also possible that they will provide a KYC verification process for you even though they are not currently doing it but the support team can request it.

So the previous withdrawal was smooth instantly and the withdrawal is now 20k pending, there is no other way but to wait for a reply.

20,000 USD is really a big amount. It’s not great to see a popular casino delay withdrawals. OP, are you sure that you haven’t violated any rules of the site? Have you followed all the Terms and conditions? Check that players from your country are allowed to play in Duelbits. If everything is fine, then you don’t have to worry, I guess. Keep messaging the support team about the delay in the withdrawal and, if possible, update us with the status of your case. Duelbits is a reputable casino, so I don’t think they will ruin their reputation for only this amount of money.

I have experience, withdraw 3850$ without KYC and instantly credited.

IMO, you should share more data. They asked you KYC or not, how the process current going by responding from them, and how is your gameplay style (Deposit 12,000$) but could be you are not passed the waggering requirement 1x/deposit amount.

In every casino there has some unwritten rule, you need to passed 1x waggering from the deposit you are made before created a withdraw (it's for money laundry). If you withdraw without passed the waggering first, it's gonna to be trigred for the transaction getting flagged and requirement person to check it & process.

OP, as others have already mentioned, your best bet would be to contact Duelbits customer support and see what they say. The withdrawal should not normally take that long, but it is possible that your case has been flagged for manual review due to their regulatory requirements. Has the casino asked you for KYC? Sometimes, the verification of KYC documents can take some time. There was a recent case from member BitcoinHunt3r who was waiting for verification for about 9 days. If that's the case, you have no other option but to wait until your KYC is verified and the withdrawal is approved.

edit: Apologies, I read your last reply afterwards. It seems that KYC is not the issue, but rather your withdrawal has encountered their manual verification process.

Check out spam folder of the email you have used for registration. I bet you've got a surprise KYC letter there.

I will advice you to contact the customer care. Crypto withdrawal on crypto gambling sites are very fast, unlike the fiat gambling sites. The withdrawal supposed to take less than 24 hours (Duelbit even said withdrawal is instantly). But you said it is more than 24 hours now. Better to contact their customers care as soon as possible.

That's a lot you deposited on an online casino you've never used before, anyways Duelbit is not a small company in this space, and their rep is quite good too.

What is the customer representative saying? Have you get in touch with them before creating this topic? You should have done that first before coming here.

It's sometimes normal when a gambler win a big amount of money and the withdrawal is been delayed, get used to it now because it happens a lot.

Wait for the customer support to respond,  until then, have some patience.

As per Duelbit:
Quote
For withdrawals, Duelbits sends them instantly unless they are flagged for manual review by our regulatory requirements. Withdrawals that are flagged for manual review are typically reviewed within 1 hour but may take up to 12 hours.

Did you contact support? If not then contact them to find out why it is taking so much time. I feel your withdrawal has been flagged as the winning amount is big.
