If the withdrawal is still not processed for another day or more, it would be better to contact them again. However, in my opinion, this is unlikely to happen. I have played on Duelbits several times and have withdrawn money multiple times without any problems. However, your case is a bit different since it involves a huge sum of money. So, I believe that this case will be resolved soon. Perhaps they are currently investigating your account or something similar. I am just guessing, but I will watch and wait for your updates.

No they didn’t send anything. Withdrawal « in process ». I also verified my messages on the website in case they missed sending me email and nothing. Last message says no need to contact them and that I should just wait.
If that's what they've said, there's nothing you need to do but just wait. Although it's taking too long on your end, they have a valid reason that they're looking up to. Lucky you are if this isn't going to take that long like a week or even a month. Some cases that I've seen but not with them took around more than a month.
Correct. Maybe he can call support every few days to ask how far the process has gone so that he gets a satisfactory answer from them. Maybe tomorrow or the day after, he could try to call back and in the meantime, it was better just to wait and hope all is well. From what other friends conveyed, the withdrawal process usually does not take a long time. Maybe something was preventing Duelbits from processing his withdrawal.

If you have been waiting for more than 24 hours, then for sure the site will ask you for KYC, and if you have multiple accounts on the site, then you will get into problems. Most of the Licensed gambling sites don't allow multiple users, and maybe the site is doing the proper investigation. And if you ask yourself why they do this, the answer is the $20k. With such amounts, most casinos ask for X level of verification in the accounts.
For exceeding 24 hours, I think it definitely would be a KYC resolution and possibly investigation on OP account as nothing more than that. OP should comply with the casino with all sense of sincerity and if free would be allowed to withdraw his funds but if found wanting, what ever the case maybe, OP would have to face the music.
^That is the point, because sometimes processing times for withdrawals can vary from one platform to another, and it is possible that certain factors may contribute to delays. These factors can include verification processes, security checks, transaction volumes, or technical issues.
If the delay persists and you have concerns about your withdrawal, I recommend contacting Duelbits' customer support directly. They will have the most accurate and up-to-date information regarding your specific withdrawal and can assist OP in resolving any issues he may be facing.
We know how already trusted this gambling casino and Duebits has been here for how many years they will surely not doing any stupidity to ruin what they build here.

Duelbits is a reputable casino with a lasting presence here. They have a long running signature campaign managed by  a reputable manager so I see no reason why OP should be worried. Possibly, there might be some verification ongoing and this takes some time with respect to the volume of amount put on withdrawal. I think what they had failed to do is to inform OP of the expected time to get a response from them as normal for every casino to do when ever there is anything of this nature ongoing as a result of the amount involved. Some of them takes months for them to round up their verification process if it involves a third party which would require them waiting to hearing or getting a feedback from the third party involved. This is what is expected for duelbit to have done but keeping someone in suspense is what i do not see  as feasible.

Usually the withdrawal is instant or take few hours but in your case they might have found something suspicious upon which they might be looking for and ask for documents or simply let you withdraw the amount and hope it happens but be little more patient to see what their response is after more time or if you get it smoothly.

I think it's true some people said it's worth contacting their CS or making a ticket, if there is no response maybe contact their representative on this forum, go to their thread to complain about your withdrawal process, but as far as I know usually wait until it's true in the process there may be manual checks that they do before processing your withdrawal.

But it's also true, check your email, you might be asked to complete KYC or something else so that there is a process left behind so the withdrawal hasn't been processed, if you have received your payment and they have processed your withdrawal, don't forget to lock this thread so you don't get flooded with unwanted posts. necessary, I hope your withdrawal will be processed immediately and follow the advice of friends here

I contacted support several times, the last time this morning they told me « no update » and « no need to contact them again because they will contact me when they have update », so I won’t contact them again and wait for their email.

They didn’t request KYC. To answer another question above, I withdrew to the same address I deposited from.

Thank you everyone for the testimonies about your experience with Duelbits.
I guess what "piebeyb" meant is for you to have check your Gmail if Duelbit might have sent you message about the reason for the delay, because we all know that Dualbit is too big a casino that they can't afford to pay a mere $20k winner, because ever since I started using this casino for gambling,  my payment always arrive on time

at least now you have confidence that Duelbits will never end you negative as they are not asking you for KYC so meaning it is just about the amount that they need to check as it is a Big amount for single withdrawal.
i can also vouch for Duelbits being a legit and have not experience any bad about gambling here in this site.

I have wagered well over 1x. No I am not playing from a restricted territory.

I just contacted support again and they told me no need to contact them anymore, I just have to wait for their reply. Nobody knows what’s happening.
If you haven't violated any terms and you are confident that there is nothing that might be wrong from your end, including the wagering requirement since you said that you've wagered way over 1x before requesting a withdrawal and if their wagering requirement is just 1x then there should be no issues with that as well, and since they didn't ask you for KYC as well so far, so I assume they are still investigating your account and checking everything manually.

If support says that you don't need to do anything and wait, that's what should be done, since you have requested to withdraw $20k, they will have to check everything manually and if they think they should, they will also ask you for KYC verification at this stage and you should complete that without saying anything or you could get in trouble.

As per Duelbit:
Quote
For withdrawals, Duelbits sends them instantly unless they are flagged for manual review by our regulatory requirements. Withdrawals that are flagged for manual review are typically reviewed within 1 hour but may take up to 12 hours.

Did you contact support? If not then contact them to find out why it is taking so much time. I feel your withdrawal has been flagged as the winning amount is big.

@OP you must encounter support as from here you will get the right decision. Since you have a large amount of assets that are holding your assets you can resolve them by contacting support as soon as possible. If KYC system is mentioned then you must redeem dollars with your information through KYC.

20 thousand usdt, not 20 dollars. No they did not ask for KYC.

Customer support said they don’t know why it is being delayed and that they don’t have any timeframe on when this could be resolved.

I myself am involved in casinos but our dollar amounts are small so we don't have any problems. Here I see your wealth amount is mountain amount due to which you are facing this problem.

What you must know is that casinos operations differ from one to the other and their method of resolving issues when there happen most time differs too, but since you have waited for 24 hours plus and your withdrawal has not arrived yet I think your best shot at this point is to contact the casino support to see what is going on with your withdrawal.

So whatever they response to this is you then let us know and try as much as possible to include all possible evidence while communicating with the support.

I agree, you should contact support to help you, I know that 24 hours go by very slowly if you have not yet had any kind of response, but it is preferable to wait for your case to be well-studied, I don't know if it could be for the reason of KYC, KYC is what can manifest itself and it usually takes a while for it to be approved, but you have to be sure of something, Duelbits never takes away problems They always respond on time and with the reasons that they are, there is no way that this casino can and wants to hurt any player because they have a lot of confidence within the forum and with that, it is an indication that things are going to turn out well.

I don't think ops have come online to let us know if he has contacted the Duelbits support before making this thread because this is the wrong board for this kind of post and at that one should also check to know if ops tried to make any comment on the Duelbits ANN thread also.

Because if ops continue to walk outside without going through the right channel,  his withdrawal may stay stocked longer than it should be and at that, he needs to make contact with the team as soon as possible.

I didn't encounter any issues with them in the past, So it might be something that's bugged in their system leading to this or perhaps a problem with your payment processing. Best to actually just contact them instead. Although judging by the amount of money you're trying to withdraw from them and it having no issues with them since they didn't ask for any KYC or whatever during that period, it might've been something wrong with your bank. It would be equally smart to contact them as well regarding this issue as most often than not they'd have records of every transaction coming in and out of your account regardless of if it went through or not. Update us too if something comes up so issues like these can be raised to the concerning authorities and casinos.
Had to redact this cause apparently OP sent his funds to a cryptocurrency address so there's no real way for him to contact anyone from the payment side of things. I know this is kind of frustrating for you and all that cause after all that's 20 thousand bucks we're talking about, but if you could give the address another quick check just so you can verify/guarantee that it is indeed the same address you're sending it to, cause idk sometimes we get a little stupid every now and again and make that one letter/number typo and completely mess with the way our money was sent, it happens to everyone. And I know it could come off as condescending but trust me I'm really trying to help you get to the bottom of this at the very least.

Also really iffy that Duelbits' still not asking you for any proof of transaction or anything that would indicate you did send the money away from their site but oh well, let's just wait for an update I guess.

I just want to give you a heads-up that waiting for them to contact you again or for this issue resolved could take longer than you expected, from what I have seen this could take, several days, to week/s or even months so suggest being more patient. I do hope your issue gets resolved soon. also, from what I have seen scam accusation against them usually gets resolved.

Maybe your withdrawal has got connections with your unusual activity and that's why Duelbits has to delay it. Because if everything is smooth then you'll be able to withdraw without any problems. Just contact their support and ask them some reasons why your withdrawal has to take more than 24 hours but don't expect that it's going to be smooth and they'll for sure ask for compliance with that so that you'll be able to proceed with the process and what you've requested for that withdrawal.

The writing style of OP is similar to the accusation created towards Duelbits for 500K usd which was eventually released to the player. I hope he didn’t create an extra account at their website and got caught 😆
If he did so, then maybe he has violated the rules but I don't know if same rules apply for every casino but I was a victim of such circumstance but mine wasn't a crypto casino by the way, it was just a local based online casino here in my country and the reason for me having multiple account was because I lost the previous mobile used for registering on their website and in other for you to make certain amount of withdrawal an otp verification must be sent to that same mobile number used for the registration.
