I f you loose out patience in holding especially a future brightened coin, then you are becoming A coward that might entertain panic sales which may however turns into a kind of regret in this Cryptp field. A scenario I can sight was in Rebellious Token that I held from last year November to cash out this past month of may and has became more than doubled the initial value. Hence, build your courage and move on holding.

Different from previous years, if you hold coins longer, the benefits we will get can be very impressive. But for this year I do not expect much because the price continues to fall, far from ico prices.

That is a very good idea, because it have been observing that, after ICO sales and Go to exchange listed for trading, it starts trading with a less price from the factory, which is not profitable at that point in time, the best way is to hold after a long period time.

I came to know about Bitcoin for the first time 4 years ago but I was student back then and didn't get enough money to invest in it. It used to worth $300-500. Then I started earning and collecting some coins, mostly Bitcoin but my first break-through was Ethereum. Back in May 2016, ETH used to worth $8-12 and I was introduced to it by one of my friend. I am from India, there was a good Bitcoin exchange named btcx-india (not functional now) back in 2016. They started another site named as ethexindia from Ethereum and I bought 20 ETH  investing something around $215 in Indian Rupee. After few months ETH became rage and almost everyone was just talking about it. It rose to $80-90, I was very happy but it again took a dip to $20 and I sold somewhere near $25-26. But again after few months, it touched $300 which further steered up to $1200 last year. So yes, long holding do give results. However, you need to be unaffected from dips and remain patient. The moment you lose your patience, you may end up getting 100% profits like me instead of 4000% which could be life changing.

However, in these days it might not possible that any new coin can follow legacy of BTC or ETH but everything is possible in crypto world. You just need to find that gem and wait for it to season and shine bright!

Holding can be much more nervous than day trading, I know what I say))) When the time comes, just don't be greedy. Decide at which price you are ready to sell this particular coin and do it as soon as you see this price. All the best of luck.

I'm not holder, therefore I cant really give any advices yet I don't have the patience to hold up coins or assets because my hands starts to itch when I do see profit opportunity which I do directly make trades for short term utilizing such volatility on those coins I'm holding.
If you are a long time holder then you would really need up the patience to endure market conditions either on dump state or pump state which you wont really tend to make a move no matter what.I know this feeling would be hard because sometimes doubts will really put us to the middle on making decision if we decide to sell or not.

I need to know those coins name after that I can help you. what kind of coins you are holding its good or bad for the long run first you need to know.if you holding some good project coin than its fine if not then you are just wasting your money and time. So i would suggest you invest some legit good project and those coins that are listed in coinmarketcap at top 50 coins.

I am still holding my REBL on my hard wallet and trading some half of those to multiply the number of my tokens to a trading platform. I wanted to hold it for a year because I am seeing a hidden potential to that token. Their team members are very dedicated and looks serious about the project. Holding is all about patience and you should keep yourself updated with that particular altcoin so that you can set a proper plan when to sell those for a profit. Holding takes lot of time and patience.

Bitcoin is my long-term investment with good return, I hold it for 1.5 years.
before I get down on long-term investments I always prepare a reserve fund for daily needs, and do daily trading to supplement my income. so I do not feel tired in waiting for my investment to make a profit.

for now, i dont think hodl anything will give a good thing.

on last year, i got some payment about POWR campaign
then i hodl about 3 month's since TGE end,
and i got 1000% profit since TGE price worth 0.1 usd
then i got ATH on 1 usd on january 2018

Hodling will take long time before you gain orofit but its much lesser risk while trading is good but the disadvantage is bigger., i hodling coin sthat i think will have impact to the future..

I'm a holder of digibyte, ethereum and litecoin and I've really made huge money based on my initial fund I don't want to hold them but after some time I had to do so.

long time holding your assets maybe is a good option to earn profit from your investment, but you need to set a price target and sold your coins when target is reach, if not you'll saw that price will dump to lower price and your heart is painful because don't sold your assets early, example is January 2018, I don't have sold my coins in peak price and I don't have any choice right now, still holding and wait for bull market 

The main thing is to know what coins to hold for a long time. Because you can invest in a coin and keep it for a long time, and in the end you do not have to make money from it. And you need to have a huge amount of patience.

Holding for long time was needed an extra patience. While the market was going unstable we need to getting calm down and take a breath. Don't follow the panic selling or it will make your investment unworthy. Believe and analyze before you are holdig some coins, how.many people or investors would be interested to.

I have this concept of holding a coin till my desired price is attained, it could be risky and very difficult especially when the market is gloomy. I stocked some tron and am willing to hold long term because I believe in the project. You can make some sales when the market is bullish, but ensure you don't sell at a loss. Long-term investment pays.

I'm sure that in 2019 there will be a strong rally of bitcoin. The ETF will not be approved in September, they will be transferred to the end of the year, and this will cause a strong correction at the end of September, be prepared for this. But the ETF will be approved and this is only a matter of a short period of time. Keep holding your coins if you are sure of them.

I totally understand you, holding is the hardest job in the investment. Sometimes if you need money, you can't resist to withdraw and spend it. But I already heard that there are so many people that are still holding and trusting bitcoin to have a good money in future and I always believe that. So that, I am holding my bitcoin still and always in patience to have a good profits in the future.
