wow is it true? the fee is greater than bitcoin fee right now, hahaha i think the bitcoin fee is highest, but paypal and ebay have a biggest fee, its around 14%? i dont know the ebay works because i never buy online in ebay, but if the service is good i think 14% fee is comparable
Bitcoin isn't high for now but before when it is on a war against bitcoin cash the price decreases but the fees are very high. But now it is good and cheap again just customize your fees as the recommended fee is quite high for low transactions up to $5.

They wont change anything around their fees, they do have image and reputation, soo they charge accordingly those, in the next years they should raise those fees, there is two good projects that might change the market, something that openbazar werent able to change till today, i dont use it and i believe it were the future, but the fact to have to download to use it i dont like it and i wont make such.

Yes, the high fees do not concern most users, Ebay, amazon and aliexpress users are grouped together with masses. Ebay user fees are not affected by fees.

That is because they also want to make profit fro it. Due to the unstable cost of the bitcointhey cannot provide you with the complete quantity of cost. That is what they calculated for a possible lose of price.m

They have gotten rid of their listing fees, but now charge a higher final value fee, even on shipping costs now.  you have to pay the PayPal fee on the total sale, not the sale amount after eBay fees.  Its ridiculous and too bad how they rob people.

Yes they are ridiculous and have been for some time, and that i don't sell a lot on eBay anymore.  Last time I did, I noted in the product explanation that I take bitcoin but the purchaser compensated by Pay pal.   They such as the purchaser safety and that i don't blame them.

The fees with services similar to PayPal might be big, but what the user gets is an assured payback, which is not found with our bitcoin. Once the transaction is made we cannot make any return, until the user himself sends it back. EBay has got few traders  who support bitcoin as payment. Maybe in future this will increase bigger than now.

Don't remind me.  I pay way too much every month to them.  I'm fed up with waiting for something to open up that's decentralized and accepts btc.  At this point it might be quicker to construct my own ecommerce standalone web site and accept btc.

There are plenty of crypto based projects on the market. Openbaar, bitbay, particl etc. The first 2 offer a fully working alternative. It will take time before they can complete with larger players, but thinks can happen fast, just look what happen to bitcoin adoption in just 11 months.

Yes, this is about they will tryign to charge about 20% along with paypal fees. This has become hard to sell things on Ebay but Amazon is good if you have large amount of sales and if you can handle a premium account That will save you a lot.

Amazon more comfortable to use with purse.io with flat 15% discount on every purchase bro. Now you need to have premium account also in this case. Kindly switch to purse.io. To say about paypal, yeah its worthless when we compare with bitcoin. These kind of organisations only stopping the bitcoin's growth.

Soo to anyone be able to have a better profit they should pay for those, because i do believe those premium its a feature paid, but those premium will show the ads in the top, maximizing the potencial to sell more. The problem here is the big fees being charged from those two companies.

I disagree the fees are absolutely awful, if you sell something for 100 and receive 86 like in the example in the op you are paying a 14% tax to paypal and that is before you need to pay your taxes in your country.

Even with their big fees the most good deals just show up at ebay, we dont have a similiar platafform working with bitcoin, and if we had we would still have a problem, we would need some escrow service to act between buyer and seller, because the product might be damaged and the buyer will ask for a refund. At the next 10 years i believe they will reduce those fees, otherwise crypto world may get their business.

I don't think that the next 10 years they will reduce fees because of the inflation as well as the cost of living is increasing yearly. Instead of saying that ebay/paypal will have a reduction for the fees they've got, they will probably improve their service and that will be charged to their consumers, including me and you.
They wont really do that thing and you are right instead of reducing their fee they will eventually do the opposite which is increasing more and we cant really do anything about it since people would still use their service and you are right the standards of living will increase as the years goes by and in just commonsense they would rise up too thats why ive choose bitcoin over paypal because of this matter.
High fee of paypal or ebay wont really change and the thing you said is very true thats why having bitcoin is really a big privilege for us to use it with less fees compared to paypal and regarding on money transfer it is somehow fast but irreversible but doesnt matter at all. I hope that there are many online stores will accept bitcoin as a payment in the future.

And it is also possible that these companies will accept bitcoin soon. Since people will look for some other options to make them save a lot of money with the same services, I'm sure that they are keeping an eye for adoption of bitcoin. They might not doing it now but that is also a possible thing in the future when their sales are cut down to half.

If the bitcoin price rises to certain level, they will adopt it.
Iny my own view i dont think that ebay and paypal would adopt bitcoin even if it reaches on a higher price since they saw bitcoin as an competition on their service.
They wont accept bitcoin as part on their company because if they do that revenue would really be lessen since they could not impose taxes on it.

There is a news that paypal is now studying to accept bitcoin but I don't know if that news or rumor is for real. If this is real, I guess they are already on setting upon new terms and policy upon their adoption. And of course for us who are already in the usage of bitcoin, why they are thinking that they can compete with low transaction fees by simply adopting it? Of course we will choose the old ones rather than with their new service or they will make some gimmick just to attract customers again.

Bro just compare with Bitcoin charges. There is huge difference bitcoin fees and PayPal fees. If Bitcoin reaches worldwide then PayPal will be close their organization or try to catch the copyright of blockchain or anything.
