Even with their big fees the most good deals just show up at ebay, we dont have a similiar platafform working with bitcoin, and if we had we would still have a problem, we would need some escrow service to act between buyer and seller, because the product might be damaged and the buyer will ask for a refund. At the next 10 years i believe they will reduce those fees, otherwise crypto world may get their business.

I don't think that the next 10 years they will reduce fees because of the inflation as well as the cost of living is increasing yearly. Instead of saying that ebay/paypal will have a reduction for the fees they've got, they will probably improve their service and that will be charged to their consumers, including me and you.
They wont really do that thing and you are right instead of reducing their fee they will eventually do the opposite which is increasing more and we cant really do anything about it since people would still use their service and you are right the standards of living will increase as the years goes by and in just commonsense they would rise up too thats why ive choose bitcoin over paypal because of this matter.
High fee of paypal or ebay wont really change and the thing you said is very true thats why having bitcoin is really a big privilege for us to use it with less fees compared to paypal and regarding on money transfer it is somehow fast but irreversible but doesnt matter at all. I hope that there are many online stores will accept bitcoin as a payment in the future.

And it is also possible that these companies will accept bitcoin soon. Since people will look for some other options to make them save a lot of money with the same services, I'm sure that they are keeping an eye for adoption of bitcoin. They might not doing it now but that is also a possible thing in the future when their sales are cut down to half.

If the bitcoin price rises to certain level, they will adopt it.
Iny my own view i dont think that ebay and paypal would adopt bitcoin even if it reaches on a higher price since they saw bitcoin as an competition on their service.
They wont accept bitcoin as part on their company because if they do that revenue would really be lessen since they could not impose taxes on it.

I dont believe the price is the main reason to they dont be accepting bitcoin at all, they know crypto world already, but they have some wall between them, legalization, something that bitcoin doesnt need and doesnt wanna for it, we like our freedom to use crypto without any tax for doing it.

eBay and Paypal will both be sidelined if they will not adopt and innovate in the face of the Bitcoin challenge. Lately, Paypal got into big Facebook advertising spree to maybe redefine their brand but we all know how strict they are and how much they are charging. Hope that one day Bitcoin will kill them or at least make them just another choice and not the only choice for reliable online transactions.

I think you perfectly right. Even nowdays who knows the benefit about the bitcoins in the both the end transactors. I am sure they would choose bitcoin only. Because bitcoin is more faster and more cheaper than paypal transaction. Ebay doesn't have feet level benefit also when compare with bitcoins.

Yeah it was an advantage that is owned by the bitcoin. But for right now, I don't think it would have to be used in all companies or online sites that already have many customers each day. Because now this bitcoin still in the stage of trial and I think there are still some errors that must be corrected to be able to make large companies interested. But all of that will definitely lose with the growth of users, because with the growing number of user bitcoin then it will force the larger companies to acknowledge bitcoin and wear it

the problem is a lot of people out there think bitcoin is an evil currency.
they heard about bitcoin from media that always shows how bad bitcoin it is.
so it is just make people opinion about bitcoin so bad , they don't want to use bitcoin as they know bitcoin full of disadvantage where they think paypal is the best choice for online transaction. media hold a key role!

That's really a good idea, make eBay website where you can pay with bitcoins.
It should be faster and safer.

Those high fees are one of the reasons why is becoming harder and harder to find good deals in ebay and similar websites, I remember in the past finding very good offers very easily, but now I find products in amazon that are cheaper, so why should I buy from a user in ebay when I can get the same product for a better price and with amazon backing it?

The only problem for both companies paypal as ebay is that they dont wanna crypto between them, lets look at namecheap they are legit and they work with a third companie that accept bitcoin and credit the fiat currency, but this solution wont work at those two companies, since people are complaining the high fees taken by both, if they introduce bitcoin, paypal will loose costumers quickly as people see the difference between, ebay looks its model is make money at our sales, even they knowing they can lower their fees for the service they do offer but, there is no competitor to make them make such.

We had seen many thread like this before Please do not dig this thread unwantly buddy. Even you see quotes which is like same and most relevent like your post.

They charge the same value since they open the doors, i do understand paypal fees in Europe, but Brazilian fees are insane, i didnt said only honest person should be at bitcoin, i said just honest people should buy and sell their products for bitcoin, instead of fiat.

So the people in the Brazil should use the bitcoin more than the people in the Europe or the America.
Yes i do believe they need bitcoin more then other countries to buy and sell online, some solution over paypal that has ridicolous fees for their transactions, and i dont understant it at all, but their law, and paypal does follow each country law. But if you can save 5-10 dollars at each transaction you are doing now from your product, why you wont make such?

All digital currency that already has many users and has a legal entity will definitely follow all the rules that are already regulated by every country they inhabit. so it is not something that should be in question, for all the things that legally must have had some legal entities or a requirement. And the way it is best if you prefer paypal then please use and if you prefer to use then bitcoin. all of these problems is very simple
