My apologies for not coming here and posting this. I did however notify the EMC CEO & CTO Immediately after I found this out.
The 10 minute video that was made was horrible. Primarily the sound. I no longer have 'Final Cut Pro' or any real editing, sound editing or any real media production equipment which I once had over 5 years ago. Still this is no excuse for a poorly produced product. I attempted to get the help from a friend that I worked with back in 2011 when we were both volunteers at a non profit so that he could help me with his professional studio equipment to salvage what was possible regarding the video but he ended up being far too pressed for time on his own projects. So being the 20th of October which was one day before the Bitfilm Festival film submission date I submitted it as it was. I sent a link on the Biofilm Festival Website film submission 'Contact Us' area as was suggested. The link was a full link to a Mega account that had the MP4 Quicktime Player master video 'Bitcoin Blockchains 2016' and when submitted I never received a confirmation or anything. One week prior to submission I sent a message very detailed to the Bitfilm Festival Leader Aaron Koenig of Germany. Due to the fact that the Bitfilm Festival website had zero to no information regarding rules or anything in regards to what a Filmmaker is supposed to submit I made sure that the message I sent through the official site covered everything I needed to know. However I never received a response.
I was forced out of panic to scour the web for every interview with Aaron Koenig online regarding BitFilm Festival 15 along with a lot of old articles dating back quite a few years in its regard. This is what gave me the best guess regarding submission requirements. Plus figured I had it down by going off his own words in prior articles online regarding this specific Bitfilm Festival 15. Worried due to no response on my first message inquiry along with zero confirmation regarding Aaron Koenig receiving my submission I decided to send one more message to Aaron Koenig to make sure he received the video which happened to be like one day before the Bitfilm Festival 15 began. Aron responded to me in a matter of minutes and said he never received anything from me until just then which I also included a Youtube link to the video and he said regardless if he would of received my prior messages that he would not of included the video I sent regardless. Below from bottom to top is the email volley we had regarding his decision and denial of entry into the Bitfilm Festival. My apologies to the EmerCoin Core Dev Team and especially the EMC Community for my failure here on this matter specific.

Aaron,
Thank you for taking such time to consider this.
You hardly disappoint me. For you to disappoint me that would mean that I would have to actually have a certain amount of respect for you or hold you in some high regard which I must say is rapidly waning as fast as the amount of time you take to critically and analytically review a film while not honoring your words;
"Any film focusing on either Bitcoin or blockchain technology can be submitted to Bitfilm Festival, and will be shown to a global audience during a worldwide tour of screenings."You will have disappointed the parties involved though.
Anyway, keep up the great work.
Best,
~MaxLogan

Hi Max,
any film can be submitted, but we choose the ones that we like best.
That's our job as festival makers. Sorry to disappoint you.
Best regards

Aaron,
First, I hope that you are doing well. As I mentioned in prior messages I have family in Bavaria and have been there as long as modern time can document. A film Festival of any kind in Berlin must be very exciting.
I was under the impression that any film submitted would be accepted. I also properly sourced everything through fair use that was lifted however there are three interviews that are original there so I don’t see the problem. Your data was sparse in knowing the rules for submission however I see quotes online from all over the internet with you saying amateur, professional, anyone that submits a video.
"Bitfilm is starting a new competition for aspiring movie creators and directors, “"Any film focusing on either Bitcoin or blockchain technology can be submitted to Bitfilm Festival, and will be shown to a global audience during a worldwide tour of screenings."So basically you are telling PayServices.com the largest Multi-Value Cryptocurrency Exchange in the World that they will not be able to get to vote or see their part in that short videos? PayServices.com is a $100 Million Dollar Company.
Are you telling EmerCoin the only CryptoCurrency that actually has multiple services on their blockchain that they will not be able to vote and view their part in the video? EmerCoin has a $1.5 Million Dollar Market Cap.
Are you telling Alan Yong the creator of the first tablet PC in 1993 The Dauphin Technology DRT1 and current Co-Founder of DNotes that he and his giant community will not be able to view the interview that Alan submitted or vote on the film? DNotes has over a $1 Million Dollar Market Cap and one of the most successful well known Personal Computer Pioneers in the world still alive today behind this great coin.
'The Rise and The Rise of Bitcoin’ has plenty of TV and other Interviews in it so what is the difference?

Hi Max,
thanks for your message and sorry: this was the first message we received from you. We did not get your questions and submissions, I don't know why.
Having seen your YouTube video I must say, we would not have selected your film. For me this is just a compilation of TV and other interviews, not the kind of professionally made film we are looking for.
Please have a look at our choice: http://www.bitfilm.com/bff15/
Best regards
Aaron
