I will choose Ethereum against EOS. EOS is a cool project but ethereum is still what worth investing up on both on short and long term base.
I agree with you, but even with the fact that I prefer ETH, I purchased a certain amount of EOS. For the sake of diversification. These two projects are competitors, so I secured myself from their competition.

Actually it’s up to you and how you manage your investment. Before investing you should do a detailed research on both, compare them and choose the better one for you. Listening other people might not good for you.

Both are good coins but ETH is good compare with EOS because ETH is the good potential coin and upgraded project, more ICOS depended by ETH and ETH price will reach high this year end.

EOS is still quite a young coin to talk about it, much less compare with ETH
I would not invest in EOS because of the centralization of this coin. If EOS management can freeze a few purses at will, then why it can not freeze your wallet at any time? It annoys me. I'm afraid to invest in non-decentralized coins.
Both cryptocurrencies are very good, and I believe that they will have a lot of room to rise in the future. But if I say which cryptocurrency I prefer, I will choose Ethereum. I think it is more powerful than EOS, both in terms of influence and overall strength.
EOS is a beginner. Who did not face such problems with the Ethereum. Certainly after collecting such money, the EOS must arrange at least some competition. But as for me, the Etherium is not equal.
if you want a new select EOS, still have a chance ahead but if you choose a function that can be in the application now ETHEREUM is answer. because many have used and more stable.
I believe ethereum is still a good currency to invest on until to this present. It has not been for a long time and the current market exchange for ethereum is high and is still second to bitcoin. So I think if you would like to just play safe I think ethereum is what you need. But if you really want to create something you can also try EOS. I think it is gaining name as of now. It is just it was not tested by time yet unlike Ethereum.

But I really got confused when I am going to make the final decision. My mind is supporting ETH but my study suggesting to go for EOS.

Hello, for me, both coins are very good. I personally think that ETH is ideal for a longer-term investment, while EOS are short-term investments. That's why I think it matters with what strategy you want to invest. You can choose either.

EOS has a very vague outlook while Ethereum takes an honorable second place in terms of capitalization. I think that the ETH team will develop their project and EOS will be very hard to take its place.

EOS is still a very fresh blockchain with some bugs which needs to be fixed, to be honest i don't really believe in EOS now, due to many problems with mainnet launch mostly.
ETH is looking more stable on the market, therefore majority of startups choose Ethereum blockchain to issue their crypto on it. Constant development of ETH is also keeping my attention on this coin, as i do believe Vitalik & the team know what they are doing, and will be bringing even more awesome updates in 2019.
To conclude i have booth EOS and ETH, i bought EOS back in 2017 and still holding it, as in few years the situation on the market can change, so it's better to have booth cryptos i suppose.
My opinion is Ethereum, Ethereum is a stable coin, has good potential and is suitable for long-term investments.
EOS isn't even a competitor, there's no question that Ethereum is better. After a year and 6.5 million Ethereum raised they released a bug filled mess of a blockchain, entirely centralized to 21 BP's most of which are voted in solely because of Bitfinex. They compromised the integrity of their blockchain several times already, and have had to resort to paying out bounties for people to fix bugs instead of doing it themselves despite raising 6.5 million Ethereum and dumping it all in one year.
Ethereum desperately needs to scale, but while it slowly scales it's main chain, 2nd layer solutions like Striim, Raiden and OmiseGo will solve most of the problems.

Between EOS and Ethereum I prefer the ethereum, of course this ethereum in terms of quality is better than eos, but this eos also coint that start rising for the future will certainly be better but for now eos can not surpass ethereum
When in the future eth will finally solve its scalability and increased its current tps I will go to eth instead of eos but who knows the technology behind blockchain is continuously transforming into more useful and advance that our problems might solve in a more nearest time by now I can say this both have both give you a good profit in the future you must divide your investment.
I prefer ethereum than EOS, because EOS is supporting ethereum on the platform (ERC20) and in all aspect better than EOS. That's why ethereum price is more potential to growth than EOS for now. But if EOS have some completely new project for future, i think EOS will growth like bitcoin and ethereum
