Well, seems like the Ajax losing steam is again a serious thing, i cant believe how bad they are this season even with some reinforcements, they still being a shit, and this was a very big shot, because it was a game for six points, a game against Az who is in the 4º position of the tournament.

A very weak game from Ajax, who seem to have reached their zenith this season and can't take any more. So Ajax must fear for their participation in the European business. AZ are the direct rivals for fourth place, the top 3 are already out of reach, but they were already out of reach after the last three rounds.

It seems to me that with Ajax's defeat in the game against Az, it became clear what Ajax's level is and the maximum Ajax can reach this season, they have no chance of getting a place in European competitions, that was clear to me. , so ajax should focus on getting money to improve the squad, this season is already lost when it comes to the league, but if they want to have a team capable of fighting for the title next season, then the ajax management and the ajax coach They will need to hire good players, because this Ajax squad is a very weak squad, this is clear whenever they play against top teams, Ajax does not have a strong team, their level is a team level that is below the top 4 places

which means that if they don't change this squad, then next season Ajax will at most get third place, if they want to win the title then they need to sign good players, of course this is something complicated because good players are expensive and I highly doubt that Ajax have a lot of money to spend, so they need to have good eyes to be able to sign good players cheaply. When a top team falls a lot, the culprits are always the guys in the team's management, unfortunately in these cases they blame the coaches and change them but keep the same guys in the management. while Ajax keeps losing, PSV and Feyenoord are at full tilt in their victories, meaning that the league now has new kings, which are them. probably next season the fight for the title will be between PSV and Feyenoord

And this doesn't comes as surprise. After they changed coach and it looked that results improved for a while. But their squad remains weak, yeah, they got Jordan Henderson, but that's not enough. Ajax survived Conference league game with Bodo/Glimt, but I'm not sure that's such great thing for them. Now maybe it would be better to focus on on Eredivisie only.

PEC Zwolle will host champion candidate PSV.Zwolle have a good form and have not lost in the league for 6 weeks, but their streak came to an end last week when they lost against Almere.PSV are 10 points ahead of their closest rival and will most likely be champions this season. PSV, who drew with Dortmund during the week, will want to win this match because they have an important match against Feyenoord the following week.If they lose this match, they may start to get stressed and they could potentially lose even to Feyenoord. That's why they have to win this tough match.

Yeah Ajax has letting pass a wonderfull chance to cut more the gap between them and AZ, seems like they are in love with draws this week, one on thursday and one in the weekend.

They dont ended up firing up the engine with all the power, is gonna be hard for them this week, they need to win against Bodo in thursday to not face angry fans on sunday.

This weekend and last weekend Ajax showed that they are not capable of third place. After this weekend they have to see if they can reach the fourth place, AZ has won sovereignly and Ajax only a poor draw, so just too little, especially for Ajax.

Ajax met defeat once again after the recovery process in the league. Their 12-week unbeaten streak was broken as they lost to Heerenveen.Ajax started the match badly and closed the first half 2-0 down. The difference increased to 3 with a goal at the beginning of the second half and things became more difficult for Ajax and it was difficult to turn it around from here and they failed.Although they played more ball than their opponents, it was a match where the goal scorer won this match. With this defeat, Ajax has been defeated again after a long time.
PSV, on the other hand, continues to win at full speed. They almost showered their opponent with goals.PSV, who played incredibly well in the match, did not even give their opponent a chance.I must say that they had the opportunity to shoot 33 shots in the match as well as 72% possession statistics.Although such a statistic in the away match is easy, we can say that it is a very good statistic for a team that has the potential to be champions. They continue to maintain the point difference between them and their closest rival.
Feyenoord, on the other hand, finished the week with a comfortable win again. The point difference with PSV is 10 and it seems difficult to close it after this time.Their opponents are playing incredibly and it looks like they will be champions this season.Feyenoord will want to finish 2nd in the league at least behind them because we can say that the top 2 teams in the league go directly to the champions league.Twente is the team that rivals them and the point difference between them is now 5.
Ajax have not been at their best performances but they've definitely been winning games and have been consistent to it. Definitely a coach has his own impact in a team, once the head is faulty, there'll always be loopholes. It means a lot for a team to get victorious consecutively in a row and for Ajax, that's caused a gradual improvement regardless not doubting that they still have to put in more work.

They've got players no doubt but the squad needs to be better, Ajax is a team better than a narrow win, at the moment though, finding the right player who's top and ready in all areas to give that competitive capacity in both the domestic league and the European leagues will be hard. Their inconsistency is unhealthy and they just have to find a way to stop the losses from occuring through a narrow means. There's still a bit of time for their errors to be reshaped and corrected too.

Ajax really performed badly in that match. I was surprised that they could be behind 0-3 before finally being able to score 2 goals. Heerenveen is a mid-table team. Last week Ajax managed to hold PSV to a 1-1 draw and at that time I thought Ajax had found its best form again and would be ready to overtake Alkmaar in fourth place in the standings. But this bad result keeps them in fifth place. I don't think the two teams have much points because they only differ by 1 point, but Ajax's performance against Heerenveen yesterday makes me doubt their performance in the next match.
Sometimes the unexpected happens in football and when they do we shouldn't see it like it was not possible or it was out of place for happening because definitely they will happen, remember that at the beginning of the season Ajax had such a poor performance that it seemed they may end up been relegated.

So I didn't really get surprised that they will at a point in the season revisit their poo performance that they once had in the season but then it's okay if they don't allow this birth another slow down for them as they still have a chance to finish in the top four a d secure a spot for big European tournament next season and not to play onli in the eredivisie next season, Ajax isn't a bad performing tea but their performance was poor tho in that game but it doesn't mean they wouldn't still be able to make better performance subsequently.

Anyone here sees how is playing the new sueprstar of the Ajax called Jordan Henderson?, how is his level after a few months on Saudi Arabia soil?.

About ajax, yesterday they again walked into the abyss, they found water in the desert with that late draw. LEts see how they do in this round, is key to reach a win.

I think the people who say Ajax will qualify for the Champions League next season are very optimistic and overconfident. Ajax's performance this season is much worse than PSV, Feyenord and Twente. These 3 teams are certain to get first to third place in the Eredivise. I once said that if Ajax can maintain their positive performance then at least they will get fourth place, shifting Alkmaar and qualifying for the European League qualifying rounds. AZ performed very badly in the last five matches therefore I think Ajax will be able to shift their position in the future.

Well, well what a surprise we received today, Ajax again with problems?, what happened to them?, not a good time to have a lost like this, it was also a chance to took the foruth position and start to look in the third one, but ended up being a very bad day for them, i cant see the match, they play good and had bad luck? or they play horrible?, anyways you cant allow 3 goals from Heereven.

Didn't saw their game too, but at one moment they were down 3:0, and it's embarrasing because their opponent was just mid table team. But their loses isn't something surprising with squad that they have.
After draw with Ajax, PSV put their anger on Volendam and destroyed them 5:1.
And Rotterdam derby, it took almost hour for Feyenoord to score, but it doesn't reflect game well, difference of level between them and Sparta was just too big.
Suddenly after having draw against PSV now they lost their first game in last few matches which is surely setback, but we know currently they are good and can fight back in coming games with in last 10 games we have impressive run from the Ajax which is helping them for staying it top four because AZ Alkmaar is badly down with no win last few games and as they are playing look like we will be having them down son and Ajax will be competed with Twente for the third spot which is surely not easy but interesting matches will be waiting for the soccer fans because Ajax is surely not going to give up easily in last games of this season after touching relegation zone in early half of this season due to their worst start of this season.

Ajax is luckily because asides of his poor tournament/season, if they dont qualify into big european torunaments, they are not gonna be in so much financial stress, and taht is because they have a very good buy/sell balance in the players every market, and every time some teams from the top 5 leagues comes and buy an Ajax player for millions, but you cant have consecutives bad tournament....

heerenveen - Ajax[/color]

This is a very important game for Ajax in the sense that a victory would make Ajax occupy position 4, but it will not be an easy game, this is because Heerenveen is a team that in the last 5 games has not managed to have at least 1 victory but they managed to have 3 draws and 2 defeats and playing against teams that come from many draws is always very complicated, but I believe that Ajax will win this game and will occupy position 4
~
it is very close to ajax being in position 4  Grin

Due to Ajax's defeat today, third place is no longer possible for me, third place is now very far away. The battle between Feyenoord and Twente for second place will be more interesting.

 Cry

ajax simply destroyed the few chances they had of being able to stay in second place, because now the difference in points between feyenoord and ajax is 14 points, it has become an impossible mission for ajax to overcome feyenoord and they will also hardly get third place as You said because it's a difference of 11 points and from what you can see, Ajax is not completely recovered, the coach is good, but the squad still needs a lot of improvement to be at the level capable of fighting for the title, unfortunately I didn't see the ajax making hires this January, maybe I'm wrong, but it seems to me that they didn't make any important hires. It could be that they are waiting for the league to end because with that many good players started to be available on the market

but if ajax don't make good signings in the next window, then next season they will have a lot of difficulty finishing in the top 3, with this current squad without adding anything, they won't be able to become champions next season, ajax's next game will be conference league game, honestly despite being a lower league, I wouldn't be surprised if they lose in the game against Bodo, as it's the first leg game, there would still be a second leg for Ajax to recover from if they lose in the next first leg game, I can see Ajax will play in the conference league once again next season.

Almere 0 - 0 AZ

things really aren't going well for AZ in the last 6 games they haven't managed to win in any game, although they have managed to get some draws, this is still a loss of points considering that there are other teams that are getting very close to AZ in the table. Something funny is that in December last year AZ played against Almere and won the game against Almere, and it wasn't just a simple victory, it was a game in which AZ managed to score 4 goals. almere improved while AZ declined and in yesterday's game almere showed that they improved compared to the last game against AZ. although Almere were unable to win the game, a draw in that game was already a good result for Almere. With this draw, AZ remains in position 4, while Almere remains in position 11

Excelsior 0 - 3 Twente

well, this was an easy game for twente, that's because Excelsior in the last few games has been a very inconsistent team, they had mixed results, for example in the last 4 games they had 2 defeats, 1 draw and only one victory and they are fighting to distance themselves from the teams that are in the relegation zone, while Twente, which was also coming from mixed results, had managed to go 2 consecutive games without losing, which is why they were favorites in that game, with this victory, Twente remained in third place, doing with make it difficult for ajax to overcome them

heerenveen - Ajax

This is a very important game for Ajax in the sense that a victory would make Ajax occupy position 4, but it will not be an easy game, this is because Heerenveen is a team that in the last 5 games has not managed to have at least 1 victory but they managed to have 3 draws and 2 defeats and playing against teams that come from many draws is always very complicated, but I believe that Ajax will win this game and will occupy position 4

The Eredivise is competitive no doubt and consistency works very much for the teams there. It's winter season and so the teams ought to brace up to gain enough grounds ahead of post winter break. PSV and Ajax are doing explicitly well in the league as they've been able to keep up with game victories too. For Alkmaar, they're still lagging behind and it's really taking toll on them and their points on the league table too. They've just got to find a balance and get back to their pace. Their league isn't even as competitive as other European leagues as there are just a few teams that are tough in their play.

. They can still meet up with points and stay at a good spot on the table too. Congrats to Ajax and PSV, they're good and are growing better gradually regardless of the little loopholes that they're having too. The second half of the season have taken different turn in the league as it's believed that the various team managers will make new and better strategies to increase team's performance too.
