Man the Eredivisie is finished a long time ago when PSV started to build the gap between them and Feyenoord andd withthe complete failure of Ajax in this tournament, so the chance of win this by PSV is 99,9% and also we have to say they are playing a really high level football, also in europe they do good games and for that they reached the round of 16 in Champions LEague after so many years.

I predict that the end of the season will belong to PSV who will win the Eredivise. And second place is Feyenoord and third place is Twente. I don't think it can be replaced by another team. Ajax is playing well and is now only 5 points behind AZ Alkmaar and if Alkmaar plays badly in the next few matches then Ajax will replace Alkmaar in 4th place in the standings. Currently, Ajax is showing good performance by recording 4 wins and one draw from the last 5 matches. This is much better than the start of the season where Ajax only got a few wins and I thought their fate would be the same as Lyon in Ligue 1.

They can still meet up with points and stay at a good spot on the table too. Congrats to Ajax and PSV, they're good and are growing better gradually regardless of the little loopholes that they're having too.The second half of the season may likely take different turn in the league as it's believed that the various team managers will make new and better strategies to increase team's performance too.

We cannot say that Ajax has returned to their best performance, they only won by 1 goal against Go Ahead. Many say that Ajax is better than AZ Alkmaar and Twente this season so they will be able to get second place in the standings. But I think it's too much. Ajax now just has to focus on doing what should be done. They have to fix some mistakes and weaknesses for next season. I think it is still possible for them to get the European league at the end of the season.

Yes i agree with you in the thing of "damage limitation" after the worst start in decades for Ajax in this Eredivisie, but man still not suficient to say you play extraordinary in a easy game against a weak team when you win with only 1 goal of diference.

Man what are you talking about? performing extraordinary for beating 3-2 a weak team like go ahead eagles? You are Ajax the biggest club in Netherland history, you has to be fighting for the title and not winning by one goal margin against little teams.

Ajax performed extraordinary by beating Go Ahead Eagles with a score of 3-2. It shows their mentality and shows that they are back to their best. I think Ajax can get a place in third or fourth place in the standings at the end of the season. But I think Ajax will be difficult to get third place because Twente played quite well in the last five matches.

But we should not underestimate AZ Alkmaar. Many people say Alkmaar are a mediocre team and they will be eliminated in the second half of the season. But their first match is against Twente and we know Twente is in their best form.

First half of this season was having some troubles for the Ajax and PSV is going ruthless without losing any point but now as things comeback on his best look like excitement will be at the top, and we will have soccer full of entertainment from these top teams in last five games we have 13 points for the Ajax which is now at the 5th spot and having just 5 points difference from the AZ Alkmaar which is badly struggling and can lose his spot to Ajax in coming weeks, but Ajax is having target of third spot which is not easy but how things going to have turned it's also important because Twente is also at his best, and we can expect tough challenge for them and Ajax for the third spot with PSV and Feyenoord are going to stay at the top without any challenge difference is big and matches are just 17 remaining.

The Eredivise is competitive no doubt and consistency works very much for the teams there. It's winter season and so the teams ought to brace up to gain enough grounds ahead of post winter break. PSV and Ajax are doing explicitly well in the league as they've been able to keep up with game victories too.
For Alkmaar, they're lagging behind and it's really taking toll on them and their points on the league table too.
 
 They've just got to find a balance and get back to their pace. Their league isn't even as competitive as other European leagues as there are just a few teams that are tough in their play. It was a very complicated game for Ajax, despite having great possession of the ball, the opponent was still extremely lucky when it came to scoring goals, first Ajax scored a goal, but then the opponent scored a goal and the game was tied, ajax scored a goal again and the opponent also scored the second goal again and with that the game was tied, I even thought that the game would end in a draw, when ajax scored the third goal I still kept thinking that at any minute the opponent would be able to score the equalizer. Twente 2 - 1 AZ

Feyenoord 2 - 2 NEC

wow, it was a game with a lot of goals, but it was a disappointing game for Feyenoord, who in the 1Half ended with them winning 2 - 0, they are very close to winning the game easily, I even thought that in the 2 half they would be able to score more goals , but I didn't think they would tie the game, in the 2 half NEC did very well as they managed to score 2 goals to tie the game. Ajax is doing good recovery after having the worst start of this season in last 10 matches they won 7 and have 2 draws which mean they can achieve better results until end of the season with third spot is still possible for them because Twente and AZ Alkmaar both are losing points and Ajax current form is amazing.

Feyenoord is also having problems, but they are still capable of staying at the second spot while defend of title is now not possible for them while they are having 12 points difference and half of the season is ended so in next half cutting this difference is looking hard job for them with their current form.

It was definitely a good round for Ajax, they made up points on AZ and gained points on Ajax's rivals.

Unfortunately I didn't see the game, but according to the stats, Ajax had a lot of possession and a lot of passes, but in terms of direct shots on goal, they were only half as good as the Eagles.

Feyenoord also losing points, it will be almost impossible to defend the title.

But PSV is playing like a monster right now and they don't stop winning. On average they win every game with three goals difference. It doesn't really look like competition anymore, but I believe that the only title PSV is still playing for is to not lose a single point in the whole season.

I am wondering whether PSV is so much stronger than all the other teams or whether all the other teams are quite a bit weaker than last season. It looks impressive, but the Champions League is a different business although I think they have a good chance to beat Borussia Dortmund.
