The match between vitesse and az Alkmaar was quite disappointing on the part of AZ. I was expecting that they will put in a good fight but all pointed to vitesse.
Even if there is the possibility of coming back and turning the game around in the second leg, but then they lost the opportunity to get in the lead in the first leg.

As I remember a long time ago, Eredivisie is one league who have many participant teams in the Champions League, at least 2 and 3. But now only have 1 club for eligible. When I look at the Champions League rank title, Eredivisie has 8 titles which are better than Portugal, Primeira League (4 titles), and France, Ligue 1 (1 title). So, when it will happen again? if Only 1 club very really affects the motivation of each club to grow up to the top table and also affects for Eredivisie market and broadcasting.

yeah, I obviously expected for Ajax to reach 100 goals this season, but they came to 98 in the end
Vitesse did not want to surrender to new champions, and fought till the end, which brought them point and more confidence before Conference league play-off

looking at this season, Conference league is best suited for Ere divisie teams, they had four teams in R16, and Feyenoord is finalist

Ajax has locked the Eredivisie title after beating 5-0 Heerenveen last week ago. PSV continued to try until the end of the season to win the title. But they have moved away from the title after losing two head-to-head matches against Ajax. If PSV had won the home match against Ajax, there would have been a chance of winning the title. However, Ajax has maintained their dominance. Like every year, this time too they won the title. The last 4 years we have seen the same champions.

I voted PSV for this year because of the performance in beginning, but in the middle, until the last session, they look changed. Even can't win versus a weak team and lost in the quarter-final versus Leicester. But PSV is still can be smile because KNVB Cup title, they beat Ajax with 2 goals in the 2nd half, this means they won't luck in Eredivisie only. And, congrats to Ajax, they really King of Eredivisie, I don't know in the next session after his coach leaves for MU. Maybe they have to prepare a new era for Ajax to the Champions League again.

This trophy marks end of ten Hag's era in Ajax. IMO, during these years he managed to turn Ajax from farm of young players into team which can achieve something in Europe. And I think that joining current MU is little step back in his career.

agree, looking at goal difference, Ajax is probably trying to catch 100 goals this season, with five tonight, they need four more in last round
maybe they will score another in last seconds tonight, but title is already secured now

Vitesse will need all defenders they can get for their last round match, since Ajax would need 4 goals to reach 100, without pressure on title

I am also surprised with this result, this means, we can wait until the next game to guess eligible who the next championship title is. With 4 different points left, PSV can still beat the position if can win versus NEC and vice versa. As we can see, Ajax and PSV can still change their position, while feyenord will still be there until the finish. but, is next year the Champion League zone only available for 1 club? I don't know why Eredivisie is only available for 1 club, as I can see is enough competitive for each other.
