Wow big transfer from Ajax. They havent brought any new players this season but now they start with a banger. Who knew that Ajax was gonna open such large bag for Begewijn. Shocked that this transfer fee was large he didnt even play much in Tottenham last season
This is a big surprise, what else are Lisandro Martinez and Antony also interested in following the ex-coach to MU and adding cash 100 Pound to ajax if happens it's not a big problem even buying Begewijn. And as I know, Ajax has big cash also from Sebastien Haller which goes to Borussia Dortmund. they save a little cash, by buying a player which is not so potential then and polishing it like Haller.

Ajax and PSV are the teams that will decide who will become champion. Even though it was exciting for a while last year, in the end Ajax simply became champion. They dominated very much, especially in the first half of the competition. But now it all seems to be going differently. They have lost the successful coach Ten Hag to United, and there is also a threat of an exodus of their top players. You have to get quality for that. It could very well be that PSV will take the title this year. They now also have Xavi Simons, a huge talent from PSG.

Steven Bergwijn is back in the Eredivisie after playing for Tottenham for around three seasons. Tottenham bought him for 30 million euros and they have sold him to Ajax for 31.25 million euros now. This is nice for them not to be in any loss and even to be in some profit. Bergwijn had his best times with PSV in the past in fact therefore I think he will do better at Ajax rather than Tottenham now. Ajax have sold Haller and Gravenberch maybe but they are making up for that with new good signings.

what a price domination, within top10 transfers in Ere, nine is Ajax, they should win all titles, looking at this statistics
PSV has one place and all other teams are not to be seen within top10 transfers, so each and every trophy they win is historic and epic success

was not aware that Ajax is so dominant when spending money is in question, thought that they are taking players from their famous school
There is no doubt AFC Ajax is big brand for the Netherlands because they are dominating's in country and also having very impressive record in UEFA as well with four titles in Champions League and one title in UEFA Cup. For country, they are already having 36 titles in their pocket which is record I mostly love to watch this team in UEFA matches because they produce some quality players just because of this they have 9 out of 10 biggest transfers in Eredivisie history.

Recently we have some good challenge from PSV and Feyenoord as well but still need good time if they want to challenge them and having results like Ajax in domestic and UEFA level with good work done by Feyenoord recently as they lost UEFA conference league final.

Congratulations to Steven Bergwijn, it is a nice move for his career, the little time he played in Spurs he really showed his worth and talent, but it was always going to be difficult for him to break into the Spurs team, so Ajax is a better option for him in terms of getting playing time, as that should be every footballers priority, how many minutes they get per season, without those minutes coming in their numbers, you can't show your talent, no matter how talented you are. The Eredivisie still has a very long way to go in terms of being a renowned league, i am surprised the most expensive transfer is just a meagre €31.25 million.

He is a pretty diligent player in my opinion, especially Ajax need an additional striker at the moment because indeed they have lost some of their players, especially they lost Haller who went to Dortmund some time ago.
As for the Eredivisie, actually Bergwijn shouldn't be too far in adapting considering he had played for PSV for quite a while before he joined Tottenham.

I don't wan talk loads but Good Luck to him in the new phase Ahead. Looking at the fee's for the most expensive transfer in them leagues makes me feel like English youngins are sometimes over priced and regardless, offer less back to the club. ( Defenders like Harry Maguire should be in them second divisions looking for first team opportunities and not Manchester United ).

I did watched he's video Tottenham Hotspur posted on Twitter, those memories are priceless and those are what makes football what it's.

Ajax and Spurs agree on transfer fee StevenBergwijn (30 million euros) report sources around Amsterdam club. Attacker himself agrees in outline on contract until 2027 and in the starting blocks to be inspected.

still not confirmed, but close to realization
looking at current values, seems that Ajax overpaid for Bergwijn, and especially looking at Conte's aquivisition, they basically do not need Bergwijn, and they succeeded to sell him over market price

will be interesting to see Ajax next season, there will be more changes to their team over transfer window certainly, but they will be as good as previous seasons in Ere, not sure about CL, dough

Bergwijn is an amazing player and has helped Spurs massively in a few games as well. Scoring goals when needed. Too bad that there are better players at the club of Conte's liking that he has to make a move. Good news for Ajax though. They are getting a quality home player for a pretty cheap price.  Injuries had kept him down but I hope that isn't the case in the near future.

Nicolás Tagliafico is keen on leaving Ajax this summer and there's so many teams who are interested in signing him, they are ready to match up any price tag smash on him as far as it's within their estimated assets. Within the club in the race, we have Olympique Lyon who might lead the race to bring him although their last deal which was with Malacia didn't go well. However, Barcelona was interested in him and probably wanted to sign him in January. But, Ajax wasn't ready to lose him, because his is considered as an important figure in the club.
Barcelona and Man United have their sights set on him too and Barca offered Alejandro Balde to them on loan, but the offer was refused while Man United tried with Owen wijndal since the latter is already headed for Ajax.
Nicholas seems to be a key left back in Ajax and parting away with him will require a worthy replacement.
He is suitable for MU because Herry Maguire sucks, so we know how MU is very interesting to him. But, if Nicolás Tagliafico move, who can replace him?. if is barter, for sure can make it possible, Alejandro Balde (Barcelona) has good defender skills, he is the same as Nicolás Tagliafico as a left defender but he is still young only a little bit of experience when putting him in the main team ajax.

agree on this one, there are always new players from Ajax school, and they are selling top ones because they have new youngsters to replace them

Everyone has to agree with my statement regarding Ajax who can always get talented players. Cheesy Ajax performance may be stable next season, but what about the title race? will PSV dominate? they only lost Goetze atm, while Ajax already lost some of their players.
Another important for this is a coach. we know Ajax has a new coach for the next session, but we still don't know how Alfred Schreuder managed a big team like Ajax. When we look at his last career, he got success in the Belgian First Division A title in club Brugge, he was enough impressive. He is also not new in ajax, because he used to be an assistant coach for Ten Hag. And I thing PSV will be the same as before even with or without Goetze, and still the no.1 opponent.

The point you made here is understandable and I agree with you but you also need to consider certain things in football when your selling some of the players on your team.

1)  How long will it take the new players your bringing in to the team to adapt to your playing tactics
2)  Will the new players you intend bring to the team perform like the ones you sold?  I think as a club manager you need to consider these factors before selling out your good players.

Apart from the news that some young players are expected to join the Ajax team from the youth team am yet to see the Ajax manager attempting to sign more players to replace the ones that has sold. If the ajax coach fails to sign some quality players to the team that means PSV will be ahead of them in the title race and PSV may likely dominate them next season.

But it seems we don't have to worry about their performance. Because Ajax can always look for new talents to play in their first team.

eventually Ajax and PSV will again fight for the title, like every season, with Feyenoord there for first half to threat and then give up
last season saw were dominant roles by Ajax and PSV, but I think they will not be chasing 100 goals like previous one, will be more upsets during the season

Ajax have lost some of their important players like Gravenberch, Mazraoui and Onana already. This can affect their performance but I don't expect it to be on a large scale at the same time. Ajax are still the dominant team of the Eredivisie even though last season ended very closely between them and PSV. Ajax have won the league title three times in a row recently and they would do their best to maintain the streak. I expect them to make the necessary transfers too while they are losing players. By the way Haller is also likely to join Dortmund.

They have and may lose many more players, apart from Haller going to Dortmund, there is also news that Antony will join Manchester United. Of course, this will affect their performance in the coming season.

But it seems we don't have to worry about their performance. Because Ajax can always look for new talents to play in their first team.
