PSV Eindhoven expected Ajax to lose the match but Ajax won nicely 3-2. Feyenoord had a 2-1 lead until the last 12 minutes but Ajax recovered very well. They continue to lead without losing points. Psv will wait for Ajax to lose points in another match. We are in a period when the championship race is very exciting.
Ajax are still too strong in this match even though they are 2 times behind but their mentality is really very good because indeed they can keep the situation level and make a pretty sweet comeback in this match.
But even in this match Feyenord played quite well in my opinion even though they continued to be pressured but first excelled even 2 times in my opinion it was quite good

Ajax managed to win game 3:2, but I agree with post above that they no longer reminds that team which we saw in first part of season.
~snip

it was a shock for them to be kicked by Benfica, and that probably made their heads looking to this game
but, I believe they will find the play to get title in Ere, PSV is good team, but they stayed in European competition, and that would probably make them losing points in some matches, which would decide title

but, what is important for both, they secured CL next season, since Feyenoord is out

Exactly Ajax had a small shock, but they won an important game and brought the points home, the first place in the Eredivisie is very important, because then you have a fixed starting place in the Champions League and also the starting money can be fixed in the budget. Ajax should have earned well in the Champions League this year, even though they were eliminated.

Ajax is still at the top, but really shouldn't have been at the top anymore. It has now happened a few games in a row that they score the winning goal in the last minutes of the game. And they have often been behind. That's how PSV always won its matches. Luck or matter of enforced? Since Marc Overmars has left, Ajax has stopped working at all. I doubt whether Ajax will still become champion. PSV is currently more convincing. The difference is very small between them.

For a title when it gets tight, you also need a bit of luck. I think it will be easier for Ajax now that they don't have a Champions League burden. PSC has more Europa Cup League games, the next game against Leicester will be very intense and demanding, PSV could drop points in the league. Even if Ajax was not so convincing in the last games, they are still my favorite.

Ajax managed to win game 3:2, but I agree with post above that they no longer reminds that team which we saw in first part of season. After this loss, Feyenoord is ofcially out of title race, they're 11 points behind Ajax. Meanwhile PSV didn't had any problems against Fortuna Sittard, won game 5:0 and still keep close 2pts distance from Ajax.

It seems to be going in the wrong direction with Ajax lately. They have been beaten by Benfica in the CL and have conceded a lot of goals in the competition lately. Onana also makes a bad impression. And today it is rest and they are already behind at home with 1-2 against Feyenoord. According to the bookmaker, Ajax is still slightly favorite to win, but if they don't win this and PSV do, then PSV can take over the first place. Still disappointing for Ajax this match.

After a possession dominating game in the Champions League with some bad luck but no ideas Ajax is eliminated, for me very surprising but it is what it is. Anyway, Ajax can now put the full concentration on the league and think now it will no longer be a problem to win the title.

Another really close game on Friday for Ajax Amsterdam Grin They obviously are under pressure right now.
~snip

yeah, they seem to be under a lot of pressure due to CL
PSV is also winning, important win over Utrecht, that is always a tough opponent to win

nevertheless, I cannot imagine PSV taking the title, Ajax is a lot better team at the moment, and they will probably prove that until the season end, but it is getting interesting

The pressure is on not only on Ajax but also on PSV and in fact I think the follower is under more pressure. However no matter how much better Ajax can be the game between the two is always great to watch and even PSV for me it has the power to win the title this year,in fact in the last 5 games Ajax has a lost game while PSV has 5 wins.I don't think any other team can fight for the title yet although the mathematics still permit for other teams like Feyenoord to dream about it.The most stable team in the last 5 games has been PSV so it will be tough until the end.
I was surprised only gap 2 different points with Ajax, I haven't watched Eredivisie in a long time, I don't expect too much PSV can be good so far, winning 5 games in a row is was created best performance. If they still keep holding this, the KNVB trophy where is playing next month versus Ajax is possibly leaning toward them. After that just focusing in Eredivisie, PSV will make Ajax on trouble for this session.

Ajax and PSV have both won their games, Twente's win over AZ has given Feynoord some breathing space for 3rd place. But the third place is not fixed yet because all 3 teams can still play for the third place. But almost no teams are dropping points any more and also by Ajax and PSV.

Let's see what happens to Ajax after the champions league game, they usually drop points there.

Feyenoord again won with pain and effort today from Zwolle. At the top it seems to go completely between Ajax and PSV, I thought Ajax was clearly going to win, but they both drop the necessary stitches and they don't convince either. It's a matter of who continues to win, the rest of the league is really much weaker. AZ and Feyenoord can keep up well, but AZ really had a very poor start to the season.

It is good to see though that PSV keeps putting pressure onto Ajax these days. Collect point after point and the only thing they can really do at this point is to hope for Amsterdam to leave points on the table in one of the upcoming games. In terms of efficiency both are on fire. It will be a close race, nice!

FC Groningen - NEC was already 2-3 at half time! Those are games in which you don't have to get bored as a spectator. The quality of the match will be lower, but the more spectacular. They are now 5 minutes into the 2nd half, more goals certainly on the way. There is also a good chance that it will be 3-3, I haven't seen that result much lately. In the Netherlands, many goals are often scored, which makes it fun to watch. Ajax won very lucky yesterday in the last minute, but real champions are able to push their luck in these kind of matches.

Unbelievable how Ajax managed to win that match in the very last minute of the match. They led 0-2, then it became 2-2 and won 2-3 in stoppage time. Crucial victory, because they are n points equal to PSV, which could otherwise take over the lead. Ajax has also conceded quite a few goals lately. Maybe time to put Tagliaficao back in and Blind out. Ajax can still make it to 100 with the current average.

It would be very surprising if Ajax lost to Cambuur, they even almost made a draw if Ryan Gravenberch did not score in the final minutes of the match, currently Ajax are only 5 points different from PSV, their eternal rivals.

PSV will have a game against Utrecht which they won for sure and they will return to 2 points difference from Ajax, we will not see a match between Ajax and PSV again in the Eredivisie this season and this is a good sign for Ajax.

I think Ajax's main focus is on the UCL, but that notwithstanding, they need to do better else the likes of PSV will overthrow them from their position at the top. Good game against Cambuur and from the outlook of the game, I had thought it would end in a draw but 90+1', Haller gave a beautiful assist that saw Gravenberch netting for Ajax. It was really an intervening goal anda much needed one.

It is more of a title race between Ajax and PSV now. Because Feyenoord made big mistakes for two weeks and this resulted in a big point difference with the leader. Ajax are in the lead in the standings by 60 points now and PSV follow them two points behind. PSV mustn't lose points much to be able to keep up with Ajax. Their solid form helped them decrease the point difference to two now. Because Ajax lost to Go Ahead Eagles short time ago. I hope the race would continue till the end.
Ajax have been winning the League tittle for the past 3 years now. The last time PSV won the title was in the 2017/2018 season. Therefore, PSV have the Eredivisie title in mind this season. Any slight mistake from Ajax might result to them been overtaken by PSV, they have to be quite focus and win their matches more consistently. However, Ajax won their match today against Cambuur, and boosted their points to 63, while they are currently keeping 5 points gap from PSV.

Ajax lately is really struggling and is barely winning the matches that they used to win by 3 or more goal difference. Everyone expected that they would destroy Cambuur but it was really a hard match in the second half and the finish of the match. It will be really an intresting fight for the title
