Well Im not trying to be discriminate or whatsoever but I probably wont bet on SA dota2 teams though. Their performances are inconsistent most of the times and yeah I'd bet my shot on another team or probably just skip the match. Anyway on the next game between SR and Boom which is literally NA vs SA, this pretty much screams NA dominance for me though so Im betting my shot on SR obviously
I won't bet on that SR vs. BOOM series, but I agree with the SA teams being on and off with their performance. Good luck with your SR bet, I also think they should advance if they can get their key heroes like the Tusk, Hoodwink, and Leshrac.

They were so bad LOL

Im not sure what the heck happened there but they lost after winning the 1st map, kinda weird. Betboom lost as well, G2.IG is a pretty decent team as well but yeah its just questionable at this point and only Team Liquid ended up as my expectation by winning 2-0.

Anyway Im assuming that some team played not as good as they usually are because they are saving strats for DreamLeague season 23 though. There are alot at stake on this DreamLeague especially the EPT points. Alot of the leftover teams would be willing to get their hands on the EPT points to be invited on the next Riyadh Master

Only Team Liquid proceeds from the last three that you've mentioned. Sadly, Shopify Rebellion and BetBoom Team were already eliminated and won't be able to participate anymore. What impressive is, Boom esports. They're surprising everyone about how good they are. Anyway, sometimes it is SA that's not too strong at all but this time, they're showing that they can compete with other tier 1 teams as well. So, the playoffs is already there and matches are made too. All teams start at the upper bracket quarter finals and whoever losses will still be able to survive through going in the lower bracket. 4 matches tomorrow as we've got 8 teams left and that tomorrow won't take that long to start less than 11 hours.
Even with those stand-in chinese teams who had been eliminated too early on which i could say that it is really that too unusual considering Chinese dota is really that something that could be on tier 1
specially on AR but well they are now that elimated same goes with Secret and SR and Betboom. As i have expected with TS and Liquid which we know that these are tier 1 teams.
Speaking of Team Spirit, this is probably the first or second time around that they've stayed long on a tournament after TI. Am I recalling it right? Because usually, they're always out too early and they focuses on a better tournament that has a bigger prize pool but this time, they're not. Or is it that they're just better as usual because of the teams that are beating them in the past tournaments are also strong. And with the other teams, speaking of stand ins, Tundra Esports is going to take ramzes as their stand in for the upcoming Dream League season 23. It's been so long since we've watched ramzes into this type of tournament and I am happy to see him back and there's a likely that Tundra will kick Tobi after that tournament and will absorb him.

As for the round 5, we still have 6 teams to compete on the last day later and then only 3 will be able to qualify. So good luck to all of these 6 teams;
BetBoom, Shopify, and Team Liquid should be the last three teams to advance unless they start to tilt and pull some questionable plays again like yesterday.

Upperbracket quarterfinals would really be that on next 10 hours. Team falcons vs Boom esports? I would say that this isnt an easy match up for Boom.

Well as far as I know Azure Ray had a break of almost 1 month without having any scrims or games and their gameplay was low so honestly I was not surprised to see them eliminated but don't worry , they have massive talent and a lot of time to prepare the next tournament.
I didn't know about that. But they deserve that break. Every team and player needs to give themselves a break and in fairness with Azure Ray, they've been competing here and there and they're always part of the major tournaments this year. If they ran out of luck for this tournament or they've been performing bad this time, they might do good for the upcoming one.

Also , some eyes on Boom as well because even if they lost today against GG , this team and especially Pakasz are in their best shape of the year so far.  Cool
To be honest, Pakasz is actually good and he's like the prime K1.

Who would've thought Azure Ray would be on that list, I guess it's the downside of being a replacement team since they don't have time to prepare for this tournament.

Well actually I did pretty bad on the final so I probably ended up making only a little after losing big time on the final. I made -2.5 and -1.5 on Vitality to win, yep I got greedy and I thought this would be an easy win given how dominant Team Vitality was.

Thinking this back I guess my decision was plain stupid there and instead of taking -1.5 on Vitality after taking -2.5, I should have gone with MOUZ +1.5 instead or probably just go with MOUZ to win as countermeasure on my first bet. So yeah small amount of profit overall from ESL Pro League so good enough for me
I also fell for that Vitality trap and threw most of my profit on them to win. I almost lost it all if I didn't watch the final, but I still think it's the better bet because no one expected Vitality to have that off day in the most important match of the tournament.

I'm personally happy for G2.IG and I hope this team will achieve at least semi-finals because if you look across G2 in all esports , they are doing awful in all of them.

I wasn't expecting them to be out this early. The chinese still has XG who's already secured and G2.IG but they're in danger of getting out as well just like Azure Ray depending on the results of the remaining matches. Well, this isn't a problem to them as they can prepare longer for the upcoming Dreamleague Season 23. Still, XG and them will be playing there but no G2.IG. One slot per region only but two slots were given to the Western Europe region.

As I am talking about this which will happen next week, what I am excited about this is with team NaVi, it's been so long since we've seen them in action. No Dendi here but I am excited to see yuragi and sanctity play together against these teams. I just hope that sanctity is already with the team's bootcamp and won't be playing with over 100 ping in a legitimate and tier 1 tournament.

You did hella good in the ESL Pro League matches coming up to the Grand Finals toady?
Think I saw your acca for the win of over @2.58x on a betslip via another site right?
Well congrats to you on unlocking the code to winning in these CS2 tournaments because I haven't yet and gave up in the last tournament trying too. Wink

As for PGL Walachia, so far I havent made a single bet yet. Enjoying the game yesterday but pretty much going for the favourites is the real strategy to make some money on this event.
I am also enjoying the game, I'd wait for the playoffs to come. We've got 3 days left including today and last day is on Wednesday for the group stages.

Basically Falcons -1.5 seems like the best strategy ever on the group stage  Roll Eyes
Checking the standings of the teams right now. Team Falcons and Xtreme Gaming are now assured that they're going onto the playoffs. Virtus.pro and Team Secret have started for their map 1.
Currently, these are the teams that have no chance of going to the playoffs as they're going to the airport anytime now and this list will have more.

Now , I don't want to spoil it , but have you seen the Mouz performance at ESL finals ? 3-0 against Vitality and a massive and impressive performance from their entire team and a very deserved victory. Odds were also around 4 for Mouz to win but I decided to watch instead of betting.
That upset was unreal from Mouz, they didn't look that convincing throughout the playoffs, while Vitality looked like the best team at this tournament, only to underperform in the grand finals. I had Vitality in my pre-live tickets, then switched midway through the series after they looked flat at the first map and grabbed their -2.5 map handicap @3.00 odds.

They were the ones to take G2 out of the tournament from what I recall remember from your post on here earlier in the tournament. So they are the new misfit team to be the worldbeater in CS2 all the sudden?
What changed? Any shuffling in their roster or did they just get lucky like most one and done teams in these majors?
No roster changes happened between Mouz, but based on their team page, they did get Xyp9x as their assistant coach. They did get lucky with the series against Vitality, but still, they've always been a top team, it's just they're lacking the experience because of their young roster.

This is quite shocking to hear actually. Especially from the heavy favorites not putting scratch to MOUZ.

Just waiting for one more football match then can see if I get a cash prize or a free bet of $50USDT secured already for tomorrow.
So overall quite successful in my bets this weekend.

Come on guys , is no one watching ESL Pro League at CS2 ? or the current first season of Wallachia PGL ? Both tournaments are Tier 1 and we have great teams playing in both tournaments.

Well its weekend and top football league is my main priority on weekend so yeah Its football night.

I got decent profit from betting on ESP pro league on round of 12 and quarterfinals so yeah Im probably going to bet another one for final tomorrow. Im going for Vitality despite whatever team they are facing on the final. Heck I'll even throw in -1.5 for Team Vitality tomorrow.

As for PGL Walachia, so far I havent made a single bet yet. Enjoying the game yesterday but pretty much going for the favourites is the real strategy to make some money on this event. Basically Falcons -1.5 seems like the best strategy ever on the group stage.

Been to busy enjoying the first weekend where I am where there is sun and it isn't raining, so no, didn't watch any of the PL matches. Grin
Easier to watch every one of these tournaments each weekend in the winter when it's so cold to go out.
Once we get bored of the heat and sun tanning at the beach, then will catch the next one coming up! Cool

However , my favorites G2 can't catch a break on both games as yesterday G2 lost in CS2 and they were eliminated against Mouz after a fair faight in Bo3 and today it seems G2.IG is having a hard time against Secret ? Like come on , we all know Secret is by far a tier 3 team right now and with low chances to actually qualify further but same goes for G2.IG who are 0-2 so far and they need to win this 3rd map if they want to still have chances to qualify... .

It's very hard to be a fan of G2 no matter what competition you're following Sad as I've found out they also lost on LOL Sad.

Shopify Rebellion as they are about to participate the PGL Wallachia, they've removed Thiolicor as their position 4 player. The position 4 will be filled by skem, that's according to a streamer named 'Storm'.
We'll see if they'll pick him up after the tournament since it looked like the guys from Nigma Galaxy (Sumail and GH) are officially filling in the missing pieces for Shopify Rebellion. It'll be interesting to see the old EG duo Arteezy and Sumail back together once again.

Also, the tournament organizer Blast posted a teaser, and it appears they're hosting some Dota tournaments in the future, maybe with a leaderboard similar to their CS2 tournaments.

First game of the tournament has just begun with Aurora vs Mouz and I don't know how Mouz qualified for this because they are clearly a tier 3 team without any lan experience and it might be a quick 2-0 for Aurora. Also , all the games are BO3 so even if 3 games are what fans expect , I have a feeling we will see a lot of 2-0.  Grin
