Haha! I was talking about Dota 2 and yours was League, well then it's the opposite that's happening now as well with Dota 2 - Berlin major.
oh man, this is really interesting  Cheesy I'll probably pay closer attention to what we're about to say in the future to avoid confusion, but it's really interesting considering both teams are in two different leagues. That's great  Cheesy
So GG won in Dota 2, and they're going to win in LOL Cheesy oh my guess  Roll Eyes

Even with older patch, GG has dominated the other majors like Lima and then they're still showing no difference from that. Whoever wins the match on the lower bracket, I'm more convinced that it's going to be Team Liquid and GG on the grand finals.
Personally, I think that GG is not a good team to play, their form is not worth mentioning when in the last season, they had a very difficult journey to get there with MSI, a lot of defeats at the beginning of the season, they only ranked 6th after the regional group stage. I know, now is not the time to look at the past, but GG's recent matches have not shown that they are a strong enough team to beat PSG.

I'll bet a ticket on PSG's victory
Well, I'm not sure if you're following the Dota 2 Berlin majors because PSG is no longer there and it's just three team left and then now, it's just two and it's the grand finals. GG is now at the grand finals while PSG.LGD was already out of the tournament @ 9th-12th place.

And if you think that GG isn't performing well with their recent matches, I think that you should review their matches during the group stages and on the playoffs.

Their playoffs record is 6-0.

Now, it's going to be GG vs. Team Liquid and this best of 5 game will start in less than an hour.

oh, I think you are misunderstanding about it. We're talking about League of Legends and the MSI tournament being held, the matchups are ongoing and we are commenting on the victory of GG and PSG, the sad thing is that it's not what I expected. GG is leading 2-0. I am very surprised with this result. I am very surprised with this result, but it is BO5, wait and see if there are any other surprises  Roll Eyes

I do think the same. I simply don't enjoy any of GG games in Dota 2 pro just because they are robots with simply no passion towards the fans or the game. They just play like robots to win and that's all about them. No fan base , no empathy , no engage with Dota 2 community ...nothing. I really hope they won't win this major because this is not what Dota 2 fans expect as no one wants a team to dominate like this. On the bright side , I cannot take anything away from their talents because that is a natural gift from some of them.

9Pandas and Gaimin Gladitors are secured to take 3rd place, win or lose with the prize of $75,000 and 400 dpc points.

Gaimin Gladiators are waiting now for the Grand Finals. They secured their slot by sweeping 9Pandas in their Upper Bracket Finals series. It is always a delight to watch Gaimin Gladiators play. They are always on point and are very discipline in their game.

9Pandas will be waiting in the Lower Bracket Finals. They will face whoever who will win between EG and Team Liquid.
Good job and well done for the GG, I've watched the first game and 9pandas was actually dominating it and then everything has turned around. GG is like the new Tundra and the new OG.

Even with older patch, GG has dominated the other majors like Lima and then they're still showing no difference from that. Whoever wins the match on the lower bracket, I'm more convinced that it's going to be Team Liquid and GG on the grand finals.

Anyway, EG and Team Liquid was done, Team Liquid has won.

We have reached the final round in lower bracket in MSI now. The final series is between Golden Guardians and PSG Talon. The odds given for this series:

PSG Talon are a team which are quite successful in PCS. They finished the spring playoffs at top as well and earned the right to join MSI play-in. However their opponent is quite challenging as you can see from the odds at the same time. Golden Guardians are an LCS team and it is their first time achieving a good success there. They finished the spring playoffs as the 2nd and came here. I think Golden Guardians might be a good option to bet on for winning the series.

But it might not be the easiest series though. It might end like 3-2 or 3-1 at worst.

I made a bet on the match between EG and Team Liquid. Evil Geniuses was very strong and performed really well in their earlier match against OG. I think they will give Team Liquid a good fight and if they stayed discipline, they might even win. Team Liquid is very strong though. They have slowed down since this patch came out but I think they are still strong enough to go to the Finals and have a rematch against Gaimin Gladiator. They have to watch out the early game of EG though because once EG have a good laning phase, they are very hard to stop.

I focus mostly on LEC and been following lol esports since season 1 so over 10years now, and I can say if you follow closely you can find some good odds in upsets since they are more ofter then ever in LOL.
Personally, I find the LEC region less attractive than the LPL and LCK regions. Although it is also a large region, due to its competition is not really as fierce as the other two regions, in addition, their performance in the international arena has not been good in recent years.
Some recent comments, it is said that only LCK and LPL still maintain their viewership and image, other regions are gradually losing their fan base, and even teams are slowly losing their popularity, some teams have to sell their game slots. It's really worrisome  Roll Eyes
I don't think so cause LEC has a good ERL stage and there are so many good leagues and teams there. We see now new Fnatic ADC comes from Polish league and he should be really good since he was top2 ADC in LCK challenger series. Viewers focus more now on their own leagues but also LOL viewers are getting older so they need to find a way to attract more players to the game.

I think ex-Hellraisers didn't compete in the ESL One Berlin Major 2023 but maybe if they do they could give Tundra a beating I think ex-Hellraisers' last competition was on the Dreamleague Season-19 one where they don't win a match at all, it was a shocking defeat so for me Gaimin Gladiator was a beast winning most of their matches in the One Berlin Major, the only one that give Glagiator a hardtime was 9 Pandas, BetBoom, and Evil Geniuses, So Let's what strategy they will do on their game today against 9 Pandas
The ex HR squad is still competing in the major though but now they're under 9Pandas.
That's right, ex-HR is now 9pandas and good thing that this org have adopted them and sponsored them going to Berlin major. Now, they're waiting for the next game while the current match being played on is with EG vs OG.

Their match is being waited by many that's following the conflict between GG's mid and 9panda's carry.

Also, it shows how a new patch can easily change a team as the DreamLeague group stages were played on the previous patch and 9Pandas are competing without their team captain.
This is true, while Rodjer has been a teammate before during their Virtus.Pro days, their adjustment wasn't that much and they're able to play easily.

That is true, bookies usually lean on teams that have been consistently finishing at the top of the league and sometimes they undervalue new teams in the first few weeks of the season.

Tundra Esports vs Team Liquid 0 - 2 - WIN
Team Liquid is crushing the opposition Game 1 was miCKe with his (Ursa) managed to get 14 kills while the other supports him, making a win for Liquid with 32 kills and 9 towers to Tundra's 6 kills and 6 towers, winning the game 1 and by taking good kills in Game 2 miCKe's (Bloodseeker) crushed them with 14 kills while Boxi's (Techies) got 29 assists making the game easy, getting the game 1st with 40 kills and 9 towers while Tundra manage to get just 10 kills and get 3 towers,
The two games of Team Liquid and Tundra were like easy matches. Tundra, the former TI champs were totally out of the Berlin major and will go home in 5th-6th place with 300 DPC points. I think that's not bad at all if we're going to look at the DPC points distribution coming from the champs which is 500 and they're just 200 points away from it. I am much excited to see the match between 9Pandas and GG. Just for everyone's idea, there's a beef between ramzes and Quinn. And they're now going to meet face to face in the main stage of the Berlin major. I wonder how these will react as ramzes said that Quinn didn't really react at all. Btw, Quinn is calling ramzes as ramdog, while ramzes is making fun of Quinn in the pubs through tipping and trashtalking in the chat.

I watched this game yesterday. I never thought that ex-hellraisers team can give that kind of match against the defending champs Tundra. I thought that beating Shopify Rebellion is just because the team is not in good shape yet they prove that they can have a good run here on upper bracket. I believe this might be the only team in the majors that can give Gaimin Gladiator a close match because all team that faced GG is no match.

Their mid player is insane and on different level same with Quinn. It’s nice betting over 2.5 or +1.5 for 9 panda on the next match.

Now my bet for the game yesterday and today, I have bet at the office so I am just able to post it here now,

Evil Geniuses vs Talon Esports 2 - 0 - LOST

Evil Geniuses totally destroys Talon Esports I thought that Talon could go toe to toe with Evil Geniuses, but they were totally wreaked by them, Well, in game 1 Talon really did a great job with the kills, they manage to sneak 37 kills to Evil Geniuses 32 kills but Evil Geniuses manages to show why they have the Genius word in their name and that is to lead the team with the Towers they manage to get 11 towers to Talon Esports 6 towers, winning Game 1 while Game 2 Evil Geniuses totally Wreaked Talon Esports with Chris Luck's (Storm Spirits) getting 34 kills 9 towers to Talon's 5 kills 0 tower, making Evil Geniuses winning this game,

What happened with Talon in series against EG? They played like they wanted to lose and they drafted like they wanted to lose also. I do hope this series will have a deep investigation because it's not normal on a Major for team like Talon to simply forget how to play Dota 2.
They lack of discipline on those times, I'm really counting on them that they should be the winner of that match up but they just can't beat EG in 2 games.

Kind reminder that 23 Savage is the highest MMR player in all South Asia so I doubt this super talented team can forget how to play Dota 2 in a matter of hours.
He may have the highest MMR in the region but the game isn't about individual game but it's still a team play that determines the winner of the game.

Well, upsets like this usually happens as there can be some factors of pressure from the audience and even the experienced ones have their downfalls that happens. Anyway, it seems that Team Liquid is also going to take the 2nd map against Tundra Esports. The standing with this match is 1-0 in favor of Team Liquid.

I only watched the first series and Golden Guardians were impressive despite losing against Bilibili Gaming as I thought it should've been a sweep.

Is someone betting on LOL? There are MSI playins going on so some quality games, and with playoff more to come. The LCK teams are clear favorites to win it this year.
I used to bet on the LCK when it was still ongoing but i'll be skipping the MSI play-ins as i'm more focused on the Dota major atm. I agree, one of the two LCK teams is likely going to win it but I wouldn't count out the top LPL team JDG.

The LCK and LPL have always been the leading forces, competing against each other every year. It can be seen that the LCK is gradually regaining its position in recent years. But not really this year, even though I'm a fan of the LCK, I have to be apprehensive about JDG, they just acquired an extremely quality AD carry from the LCK earlier in the season, which greatly increased their power. If you follow the LPL, you will see that he is different from the rest. So, I believe JDG is one of the top contenders for the MSI championship.

These are results of today's matches in the MSI tournament. These were upper bracket series by the way so Bilibili Gaming and G2 Esports teams have advanced to next round by winning these series. I watched the first game of the G2 Esports - PSG Talon series and it was pretty tough for both sides truthfully. The teamfights were so close when we look at the general look of the game. Both sides threw their chances a couple of times.

However finally G2 Esports were still the winning side. If they lost the first game the series could have been more interesting. But PSG Talon players made more mistakes in teamfights which led to their opponent's winning it.
