@emrecemsan  I'm not sure whether device's return to Astralis would change many things. We first need to see them in some official matches in big tournaments. Then we can start making sure of their condition.

Astralis were actually seeming like they were going back to the times they were a solid team. But after a point their performance started to drop down a lot. There was no meaningful explanation for that also. This led them out of top 10 in the world rankings as well. By the way, I don't know if replacing Farlig was a good idea. Actually MistR has been like a temporary player after k0nfig was sent from the team. I assumed they would make a change with MistR. Maybe they want to give some chance to him for some time and then decide upon his future.

For around 2 years, PSG LGD line-up remained intact. Now, I expect another change after their weakest TI finish in years.

I think Faith_bian expressed that he will be retiring after this TI, so we will expect a change in PSG.LGD roster. There are still a few months before the next DPC season will start, so we may know before that who will replace Faith_bian or if there will be a rebuilding of the whole roster.  I think PSG.LGD is still strong even if they keep the 4 of the current rosters and just replace faith_bian.

Most of the hype event right now feature by the Valve in dota 2 is the free arcana, battle pass and also dota plus guide to the players who actively playing in the TI which is just a requirement a minimum of 10 games in any game which is even the old users getting back to have their very first arcana in the game and currently in social medias it is all about post of the players in SEA pub that wear all their arcanas in the game.

Thank you for this information. Time to log back in to my dota account and get that arcana Cheesy

https://www.hltv.org/news/34899/official-device-returns-in-astralis

Astralis have made a new transfer. They have brought back device to the team and replaced Farlig with him. Farlig hasn't been impressive for Astralis as it seems. Maybe his 0.99 rating has affected their decision the most as it is stated in the news. He played for NIP for more than a year and showed an impressive performance. He was in-form especially in his latest matches. He is 27 years old while Farlig is 23. But it looks like device is still better than him now. Astralis needed to do something to regain their old form. This move by itself won't be enough of course. If we see a good team composition then they can finally start recovering.

Also, some of the players that got eliminated from TI are starting to leave their teams the roster changes are looking spicy and i've heard some rumors about Nightfall leaving EG as he's planning to form a team with Torontotokyo.
This is just a rumor and not yet official but it seems that it's very possible and usually, we already get to see those roster shuffles every after TI when a team isn't successful with their run.

It is Torontotokyo wants to play with Nightfall and that's possible since both teams of these two, EG and Team Spirit didn't ended up with a good run with this TI.

There's a likely that this might be true. A lot of good potential teams to come out like, there's Topson who would like to go back on EU while ana, we usually know that this guy only becomes active every near TI season.

Kuku and Xepher has already expressed their interest in looking for a new team.

A disappointing performance would likely change some of its line-ups. Team Spirit as a defending TI champion and exited in the first round of the lower bracket is unacceptable. I honestly think Torontotokyo is the weakest of the line-up.

EG's run in the group stage was unexpected and would've saved their team to remain intact after a bad season. But after getting zeroed in their 2 bracket games, a change will obviously come. I'd been wanting to see Bulba getting out of EG for years now.

Kuku and Xepher's contracts aren't renewed. Although this is also expected. Kuku before the official announcement already posted about the possible end of his stunt with T1 and his willingness to test the other markets.

Here Tundra is a slight favorite at 1.81 to Team Secret's 1.87 which makes sense after the former made a 2-0 victory over the latter. But this is a whole different level though, both teams are capable of winning and they are both with great momentum.
It's the same with the bookies that I use they have Tundra as the slight favorite (1.75) while Team Secret is the slight underdog (2.00) and tbh I don't think there's much momentum left for all of the teams after this long break so it could definitely go either way. The under 2.5 maps might be the best pick when nearly all upper-bracket games have gone under.

Yeah. Too bad that he had a bad run in the TI together with his team. It would be a different story if they didn't had the covid virus and they played altogether in the stage during the playoffs.

I think he will retire as a player but he can still go back anytime to pro scene. But if he choses not, he can be a good coach or analyst for the rising stars in the China region.

Although there might be a chance that they will a show different story if they play together but I’m not expecting much that they will advance further since even LGD got destroy early on this TI while RNG is always inferior to them on all of there matches in different tournaments. WEU teams is currently dominating this TI while Chinese team is not that explosive on this tournament except Aster which we all know that they will choke later on this tournament.

Somnus has a lot of achievement even though he didn't won a TI. He is still one of the greatest midlaner in Dota2 history.
Nah, for me, that will be a different story and they would have a better placing on the playoffs. They could have been at the upper bracket because look at the first days of group stages, they've been one of the best teams there.

But when the news started about the covid, they started to drop their performances so they've ended up at the lower bracket in the playoffs. I have considered them as one of the best teams but due to handicap, things have changed a lot.

11-14 score in dust2 1.v3 clutch lost In dust2 one player of ef was still alive. Even though it equalized 14-14, the ef match could not win the woxic 1v2 position in this round, the match ends here. Actually, this map was lost at 11-14 for EF.

The t side started in the Eternal inferno and it was quite productive, they made a 9-0 series.

Vertigo was close on the map, ex-skite competitiveness was superior and Ex-skite won 2-1. They're in the semi-finals and will likely play Gamer Legion.

Eternal Fire is a team that is really hard to understand now.

I thought that at least they would qualify for the grand final in Elisa Invitational and join the main tournament. But they couldn't even beat ex-Finest. It's like there is a huge strength gap between them and Eternal Fire. ex-Finest have even been a team in decline. On Vertigo Eternal Fire should have won. This was one of the most played and successful maps for them. I liked imoRR especially due to his important contribution. woxic was also impressive but the rest of the team weren't able to get so many frags.

Now Eternal Fire have no tournament left in their hands. Hopefully they can try to get better until next tournament they join.

Means nothing if he doesnt win any TI. His name will go down in history if he win TI and will be left forgotten like few years after he retire if he doesnt, thats pretty much how it is with the community

Yes, he might be forgotten especially on the world stage. In China, Somnus is already a legend. E-sports is not that established, unlike other sports. In the near future, I want to see a Hall of Fame for e-sports too.

3 more days to go before the TI start again and its abit too early but Im digging Tundra to win against Secret. Odds are exactly 1.85 for both sides and its 1.85 for over 2.5 maps as well in Rollbit, not sure on another sites though

I bet on Team Secret because they are the team that is more experienced at the highest level despite qualifying late. I also took a bet on underdog Liquid to avenge their 0-2 defeat from Aster in the first round of the upper bracket.

I don't think that his youth is destined for regrets but I understand those words he has said because it's full of frustration for him. For the past TIs, he was close for being a champ together with Ame but it has never happened.

Now, on this TI, his team except xNova got the virus and they had hard time playing on the main stage and they're eliminated.

I can sense that he is full of frustration and as a pro player, they all want the best outcome but it can't happen to all of them. He'll retire as one of the best mid players.

It's just the worst time for him to retire. He did not even enjoy his last game in TI since they are isolated from their teammates. If it is not meant to be, it won't. They had a hot start, and it was all for nothing because of Covid. They could have easily made it to top 5 or 4 if not for the unfortunate events that transpired. Anyway, I wish him luck to his future endeavours not that he is retired in pro scene. He will still be remembered by the most avid fans of DOTA.

Tomorrow the elisa masters qualifiers quarterfinal matches start.
My favorite in the tyloo-bad news eagles match is of course bad news eagles. They have a good team and they play a good team game. In the second match eternal fire will fight with ex-finest. Even though it is a difficult match for eternal fire, I think they will win. In the 3rd match we will see a fight between gamerlegion and possibly sinners. I have a hard time choosing a side in this match but gamerlegion is one click ahead. Match 4 is movistar riders - saw. Movistar riders will win.

Eternal Fire didn't start good to this tournament. It looks like they aren't aware of how important tournament this is now. Because the grand final qualifiers are directly going to the biggest Elisa tournament which has a prize pool like 200k dollars.

The first map was Dust2 which was a very favourable one for Eternal Fire even though it was ex-Finest's pick. But Eternal Fire lost the map by 16-14. They picked Inferno and I assume they would win here. Even the decider is in favour of them because it is Vertigo. I still expect them to make the comeback and win by 2-1. Their next opponent in the semi-final is very likely to be GamerLegion. They are a much more challenging team to beat. Because they made big difficulties for some top tier teams in some previous tournaments. But I think with an improved morale they can manage to eliminate GamerLegion and qualify for Elisa Masters Espoo 2022.

5 days is still long and I hope that the players would secure themselves to not be contacted with the virus. It's going to be a hard situation if from the top 4 and any of their players would have been affected by the virus. But, let's just hope that no one will have the covid 19 and things will go smoothly for this finals. We all want to see all of them healthy and will play altogether on the stage. Even if we're hoping to see the new champs, there could be some upset, Tundra is also a strong team.

That is the responsibility of the managers. They are there to make sure that their players will obey covid safety protocols to avoid contracting covid while in the tournament. Playing for TI is pressure enough, playing TI with covid is surely a lot more pressure. See the teams that got infected with covid, they could not perform well. RNG started TI strong and after they got Covid, they never won a single series. It would be a disaster if a team qualified for Finals but got covid. The managers are surely working double time to remind their team to keep safe and follow protocols.
Yeah, and for sure all of them have learned from the experience of RNG and beastcoast. And hoping for the best to come and that no one will be contacted by the virus.
I don't wanna say that if ever someone from a team has got it, the manager has to tell it quickly because crossing my fingers that no one will ever get it.
Is anyone here remember that guy on reddit dota 2 that posts about roster changes?

I do not know if Puppey will retire but he did not make any announcement yet. And the way team secret is doing right now, if they don't bag it this year, he may come back again next year.

He probably will still play if he lose this year but its going to be another story if he wins though. There is no reason anymore to prove yourself that you are already a two times TI winner so why push his luck further when he is not young anymore, its going to be an embarrassment for him if he continue after he win then fail to get to TI next year

been away from Esports for pretty long time now and have no idea what's going , do you guys know any good tipsters with verified tracked record to follow
would be great if they give analytics as well , just to get back in track  Cheesy

Yo mate, you are back at the great moment. We are currently having TI and Worlds together now ! I would love to have some tipster to follow as well though, been in shitty record since TI started

What do we bet on while waiting for TI and Worlds on breaks though?Anything good on csgo scene?
CSGO Major event is set in early November. It was held in Rio, Brazil so expect huge coverage from the Brazil scene as well as Latin American and NA. I would rather wait and save my fund for that Major event. For right now, we have TI Dota2 and World LoL ongoing in the near end with their soon-to-be Final match so all eye on it. The betting scene and analytics before the match are starting up. Best time for betting there at TI and World.

btw, an interesting chart. The average age of teams in the Rio Major. You can see a sharp difference between the old camp teams (NIP, Liquid, Vitality, Faze,...) vs the new upstart teams (Spirit, Sprout, 9z, IHC,...) The age difference also could be as much as 7 years old.

A whole week without big CSGO matches is really boring, also the Dota 2 International games are mostly done. No games to watch or bets to place during the week. But I am already looking forward to Sunday Dota games. It's been a while since I placed bets on Dota matches, I usually just watch the summaries for fun and stay active. Team Secret looks really strong this year with their 3 new players. It's crazy how long Puppey's career in Dota is, he is so experienced and a very good captain. From Team Aster I was surprised that they beat PSG LGD 2-0, they could easily win now against Team Liquid. But the match after will be against either Tundra Esports or Team Secret, both of them look stronger. I think I will place a bet on Aster to win next game, and on Team Secret to win the Final. Team Secret lost against Tundra during the Dreamleague games, but that was with the old roaster and they look much stronger now. And in CSGO I am really looking forward to the BIG - Furia match on Monday, it's going to be a very close match and I hope BIG is going to pull through, it will be a nice payout. Also Vitality is playing against Imperial which is going to be a free win for Vitality.

There is not much to bet on CS:GO as well, Road to Rio will resume on Oct 31, so it is a long break as well. There are few matches here in there if you are up to it.

If you are into sports not just e-sports, then you can bet on NBA and NFL. NBA just started and there are good picks you can bet on. Plus, there are games every day, so you have plenty of matches you can bet on and watch.

Another uncrowned king is going to retire for Dota 2, and it is Somnus. Too sad that they didn't end well for this TI and sad to see him go, he posted this on his weibo account.

Although their last game was interesting and hyped against Entity but that's burnt them out and having contracted with the covid virus, it's truly hard to proceed to the next stage.
Yes, its sad that well known names and a great player do retire on pro scene.
Lets attached up some links for that https://afkgaming.com/dota2/news/somnus-seemingly-announces-his-retirement-from-pro-dota-2-after-ti11-exit

He posted, "My youth is destined to have regrets and hard feelings, right? Thank you all for your concern and encouragement. My youth is over.”

Since LGD times, i do always being impressed on how Somnus plays strong on his role.He might not able to
get some TI but he's been respected and known by the entire dota 2 community.
