I just saw that C9 is back on CS:GO scene and they have the old team of Gambit Esports. Apparently , C9 bought the entire roaster of Gambit this year and they are trying to be back on the big scene or win a major. SO far , it doesn't look good for C9 but you can't blame them as even if they have the same players, there is a different pressure when you're playing for C9 as they have the biggest fan base when it comes to Esports. Or did TSM pass them ?
Yeah, Russian teams had an issue entering big tournaments and the organizations couldn't just keep up with the unpredictability. So, teams went up for the sale. Its been a while since it happened though. TSM doesnt have a CS go team right now isnt it? or you are talking about all of eSports combined?

Enough LOL from me for today. The first value bet at 3.5 lost that's fine, but the second... TT started the second game with a score of 7-0 and eventually managed to lose.

There is a big temptation to take a T1 victory on the first map, surprisingly the underdog shows decent resistance.

T1 Esports 1,4
Fredit BRION 2,7

I think Hampus performing like this as igl is a huge advantage for nip. Even if Hampus is in faze for example, faze can be an unstoppable force. With such a frag contribution, we can say that the team will have a much better firepower from the igl side. Nip defeated G2 and Mouz defeated vitality to eliminate them from the tournament.

Today, the lower bracket semi final matches continue.
I think Liquid and Spirit will continue in the tournament.

Also kinda expected Alliance to lose there, so I took -1.5 for Entity but honestly though they played so bad in the 1st division and they are going to the 2nd division even without winning a single map so far
I also slammed Entity's handicap yesterday since Alliance still doesn't have any offlaner in their lineup.

Thinking of taking RNG @1.78 vs PSG LGD later today, only one series left for RNG and it's a crucial one as well because if they win this one they'll avoid a potential tiebreaker with Aster and take the first spot together with the 500 points.

Crazy to witness Vitality and G2 get knocked out by Mouz and NIP respectively. Both G2 and Vitality are supposed to be top 5 teams. Both going into 3rd and the decider map where the favorite teams did make an attempt of coming back after lagging on score but couldnt successfully close it out. NIP will face Mouz in the next round. While the only consistent team remaining Navi will be facing a rejuvenated Movistar Riders.

I finally hit another decent parlay today. Kinda regretting that I didnt take -1.5 for Boom but all good for now because even without that I got a decent odds on VP -1.5. Also kinda expected Alliance to lose there, so I took -1.5 for Entity but honestly though they played so bad in the 1st division and they are going to the 2nd division even without winning a single map so far
Congratulations.

That game of Fnatic and BOOM. All I can say that Boom is truly strong, they've showed how strong they are with other division 1 teams.

It seems that their match against Fnatic was too easy for them and they deserve to have that secured slot for the Arlington major. I hope that they'll get a showtime their and how they've performed on this tour 3 will be the same there.

Hurrah for Karamazov!

anyone watching NIP v G2? elimination game. what a banger 🔥 i would've gone with NIP to win. They lost to NaVi the other day, but Rez and Brollan had a really awful game. If they can step it up a notch they'll definitely give NiKo & co a run for their money
It's going to 3rd map, NIP is destroying G2 on Nuke.
Nuke is g2's kryptonite lol

Mouz vs Vitality is turning out to be neck to neck affair too, I wasn't expecting Mouz to get so close. They are over-performing for sure. 3rd map is going to be fun Cheesy

The IEM Cologne 2022 tournament in CS GO is continuing now. We have our first upper final between Natus Vincere and Movistar Riders this Sunday. Natus Vincere have performed as always until reaching this stage. To be honest, I was expecting NIP to make some difficulties for them but Natus Vincere just destroyed them. On the first map which was Overpass, s1mple and sdy were really awesome to watch. Especially s1mple's marvelous ace with an AWP was worth watching.

I'm glad to see that Eternal Fire have finally found their fifth player after Calyx's departure. MAJ3R is back again! He was a part of Space Soldiers team in the past and he was a really great and important player for the team. He passed to Valorant actually but the team still became successful about convincing him to play for themselves in CS GO. I've heard that paz also quit Valorant and waited for him to come to Eternal Fire too. But for now there is only news about MAJ3R. It would be nice too see hardstyle being Eternal Fire's new coach too as I don't like bishop's coaching much.

I am very happy that J3R has been transferred to the team. Remember the times of a really good IGL space soldiers. A captain who gets along especially well with Xantares, and they played together for a long time. The lack of IGL in the team has always been a problem. While the team was being formed, w0xic tried first, then Imorr, but these players have different missions. I'm glad the Eternal Fire team intervened at the right time.

The NaVi-NiP battle was not what I expected. I was hoping it would be more competitive, but NaVi crushed her opponent.Especially the performance of newcomer sdy was decisive in this regard. In Nip, igl hampus is really doing a tremendous job. For an igl to perform this well is very, very unexpected in terms of kill.

Heroic was eliminated from the tournament by Mouz.Obviously they were a good team but I didn't expect them to be eliminated by Mouz. They must have missed something.

Exciting match ahead on WEU DPC points which OG and Team Liquid  will be fight for securing the top spot. There is currently no available odds for this match because thegame will happen on July 13 but I’m wondering what will be the odds for team liquid +1.5 on this match. I’m confident OG will have the odds advantage because they are the Major Champion but I still believe on Liquid that they can get a single match win against OG.

This will be a crucial fight because OG only lose is from Tundra while Tundra only lose is from Liquid. This happened before on WEU wild card which this 3 teams fight each other give same result. If my assumption is right, OG will defeat Team Liquid on this fight because they usually counter each other. Hahaha but +1.5 is a clever choice on this game, I’m just not sure if you can get a good odds for that regardless of what team you are betting. It's better to bet on over maps.

For the bettors that are with Dota 2 in here, it seems that nobody has shared yet this days old news.

I'm sure that most of us are aware of EE --> EternalEnvy. Well, our meme and anime boy has already declared his retirement and the same as Ryoya.

--> https://www.reuters.com/article/esports-dota-eternalenvy-ryoya-idUSFLMgjjbt

Actually, The era of EE is already done before there are a lot of teams that would like to chase and get this player but due to his performance and a lot of winning throws some of them didn't want to get him anymore and i guess it is good too if he get retire imagine since 2016 with EE with the team newbie and it is already disbanded due to an issue and also when he is playing mostly it is out of the meta and make a wrong decision towards losing their game.

So far i'm impressed with the way Movistar Riders have been performing so far this tournament. I had some doubts when Vitality took their map pick away but they still were able to close out the series with a win on the final map and secure a playoff spot.
Close last map but they were really aggressive and successful on Nuke T side which is a big deal though the map is alot less biased then it was years ago.    This was my only good bet but I got it precisely right at good odds and managed to counter almost an entire day of pure 2 map wins in every other case which is unusual I thought but for some reason not today.
Anyway out of tribute for that effort, I put them down to beat Navi also :p   probably not happening, not sure they get a map even but they are on a winning streak so momentum counts right.

Can Nation take Liquid to 3 maps, I think theres enough weakness there for it to happen.  The other odds I thought were off were Astralis apparently have no chance to beat c9 and also Spirit is not given any credit when they got the aim based play to beat anyone in theory for a map but perhaps not the series.

Gen. G VS T1
I watched this banger of a series yesterday and T1's coordination was so smooth, during the third map I thought they were going to lose when their player got picked off in the river during the mid game but T1 decided to force a 4v5 engagement without their main damage dealer and came out on top.

Actually, it was a great game, Gen. G took the 1st win but eventually, T1 did a remarkable comeback, and playing in a 4 VS 5 clash was really something remarkable about the T1 they are ready even though the opponent was on the advantage on numbers, I also thought that T1 could lose aswell that was a shocker to see,

The result on the League of Legends Champions Korea, an absolute win and remarkable comeback for the T1, and a sad loss that happen for the kt Rolster,

Gen. G VS T1 SCORE 1 - 2 - WIN

Peanut was busting T1 on the 1st game and as a former member of T1, it was expected of him, and Gen. G won the 1st game, but T1 made the table flip when they won the 2nd map and 3rd map, total domination for T1 on the map 2, and because this time they can read Peanut like a book, they know what is his plan, and on Map 3 I think it was a close game, as first but when the Clash started even though they only got 4 players they have dominated the 5 player team because their damage dealer is no more, it was really a great comeback for T1, I thought that they would lose on the 3rd game,

Freecs VS kt Rolster  SCORE 2 - 1 - LOST

Even though kt Rolster won the speed Charades they nearly win the games aswell but Freecs taking the 1st game seems to get their advantage on the later map, game stats for game 1 was 55.9k gold, 12 kills, and destroyed 9 towers, while kt Rolster had 45.6k gold, 6 kills, and destroyed only 2 towers, Freecs have capitalized the 1st game, but kt Rolster got back a tied on the map 2 they had so much advantage on the game stats, they have 52k Gold, 15 kills and 8 towers, while Freecs only got 41.1k gold, 5 kills and 1 tower, while on the 3rd game I really think kt Rolster would win but yeah it was a close game at first until Freecs have got their momentum on map3 and won the game,

NaVi literally dismantled NIP to make it to the playoffs, It was complete flawless win, 16-3 and 16-7 in map one and two respectively, sdy and s1mple were utterly ruthless and little wonder why they were one of the heavy favorites.

Although, most of the games were one sided only one game end 2-1, But these games you'd expect multiple of games to get somewhat even.
I also thought the Navi series would be much close but they showed up big and performed much cleaner than their first series.

So far i'm impressed with the way Movistar Riders have been performing so far this tournament. I had some doubts when Vitality took their map pick away but they still were able to close out the series with a win on the final map and secure a playoff spot.

I think most of us do know this because it is shown on liquipedia but honestly its not really anything massive though.
Yeah, not that much important for some.

But if you've followed the track and career of EE, it's really like a butterfly from the start. That's why I've seen people are sad not because he's out of the competitive.

It's about on how he play sometimes and really plays like a thrower with those rants that he does and crazy plays which made him as a living meme.  Grin
