I also got in on that TP train against Aster and I might take them tomorrow against Neon as well.  Cheesy
Neon was somehow good in their games but they still lack experience so that's definitely going to be Thunder Predator tomorrow.
Watched some games and I must say I am very surprised with the level of play some teams brought here, that mainly goes for Thunder Predator. They won all their games and most of them very convincing.

Neon started well all maps I watched and had a solid lead and then broke apart and did some questionable plays which ended with them loosing that map. I am looking to take some bet like 1st tower Neon when they are underdogs, should be immense value.
TP lost a very few games but overall, they've never lost a series. Later, it's now the playoffs and Alliance was the next team that has been eliminated. There's one game that's being hype which will happen later and that's Team Secret vs. Thunder Predator.

TP gets first place but they'll play Secret in the first match of playoffs, yikes! but team secret twitter acc knows what's up, i'm sure a lot of us feel the same way about this matchup  Grin
This game is giving hype and that's what most dota 2 fans like about those professional teams social media pages, they know how to meme.  Tongue

Really looks unfortunate for the first team of group stage to draw the best team in the tournament immediately. I have a feeling Secret twitter could be right and we may yet see these two sides in the final as well.

Maybe even TP gets another big surprise and kicks Secret to the bottom part. I don't know if lack of competitive games for secret is favoring them since nobody saw their preferred tactics for this tournament or hinders since this is their debut.

Strange days we're living in, EP are nearly closing out the series with 2-0 win vs EG which is ever so slightly surprising.    I've placed a very late bet that somehow EG wake up from their trance mid game and can recover into 3 maps and maybe even a win.
Maybe the clue is the viewer figures, 8k watching this match vs 120k on the other ESL games being played at the same time.   Does this match not matter as much perhaps, I lost track and just presume its always taken seriously by the players but thats an assumption too far tbh.

Yep strange all over.  EP showed 3.3x odds while just 8 rounds off a series win, hedge wins.   massacre brief highlights

Its weird watching a team capable of winning majors lose out to a team like Endpoint. No disrespect to Endpoint but EG have been playing the highest levels of CS GO for at least 3 years now but now it seems like sme changes need to be made. Tarik is supposed to be a star but is so inconsistent. oBo played his heart out but there was no support to be seen around him. He was the top fragger in the server even though his team lost 2-0.

Edit: In the other game, Dev1ce posted 40 kills and 13 deaths on 1st map(train) against fanatic. Absolute masterclass from the danish AWPer.

I'm going for Astralis -1.5 @1.85 later, must win game for Astralis to lock in that play in spot and with Fnatic looking abysmal yesterday against VP i'd take my chances on a 2-0.
I'm planing to do the same but thinking if I should bet on individual rounds or just make 1 big bet on 2-0. Fanatic, on paper and h2h always manage to get a map off of Astralis but I'm not sure they can do that right now, with the form they are in. Astralis are on a 3 match winning streak as well, winning 6 maps and losing just 1 in the process against VP. It all depends on how Krimz plays. If he and Brollan shine, it could go 3 maps. If not, clear 2-0 it is.

anyone watching the Singapore Major right now? Thunder Predator looking pretty good, they turned things around and won game 1 against QC...2-0'd alliance and liquid, and they're about to 2-0 quincy crew

ok, south america dota, i see you  Shocked small stake on predator to take a map vs. Aster
SA Dotes as they say!  Grin
8-0 for this day for Thunder Predator. Tomorrow's going to be the end of the group stage and I think they'll going to have a sure spot for the playoffs.

Woahh... what a run from Thunder Predator today, a clean 8-0 and well deserved 1st position on the group stage. Unfortunately I bet on QC against the TP 2 maps because I thought QC had a pretty good draft and it turned out that TP outperformed them.

But It reminds me of what happened to Team Liquid in Wild Card Stage  Grin. They played really good on the first day (a clean 6-0) but then they lost almost all of the matches on the second day (can only win the tiebreaker).

But after all, tomorrow matches will be very very interesting to watch  Grin

Next Goes for today:
Astralis vs Fnatic O hard match for Fnatic think they will lost.
Evil Geniuses vs Endpoint my favortie Evil Geniuses they the better Team.
Team Liquid vs Virtus.Pro  Virtus will win Smiley

Placed 1 unit for each Astralis ML and EG ML, BOL !

CS GO: EG vs Liquid seems to have been a comfortable win for Liquid. The Fallen addition seems to have been working out great! Havent seen him perform so well since 2017-18. Unbelievable. On the other hand, what has happened to EG?. They have such a nice lineup with Superstars like Cerq, Tarik, Brehze, oBo and Stanislaw as their IGL. They are all individually all highly rated but still not really challenging the top teams. Very disappointing.
BIG vs Endpoint going on and BIG won the first map of Dust 2, 16-10 but Endpoint has turned it it around on Inferno T-side by taking 12 rounds out of 15. Potentially it looks like a 3 map series. Lets see how it goes.

There's no more hope for Nigma and T1 even if they win with their remaining games.
huh, for some reason i thought Nigma could win all their remaining games then wait for either VG or Monaco Gambit to lose all of their games to qualify to the next round...damn, so that's it for Nigma in the tourney, eh? bummer
Yes, they're the first to be eliminated and then T1, gambit is also out while PSG.LGD, Liquid and VG are all in for the group stage. Those were a quick wild card for this major. Usually wild cards are also taking time to get those spots for the next round but because of covid, they really have to make it quick. A few hours from now, we're already in the group stage, more interesting to watch.

Astralis and VP matches went as expected and with that Endpoint and Fnatic are out. Now it remains between Team Liquid and Evil Geniuses. I really want EG to win this one and I have believe in their potential in surprising Team Liquid today. It's gonna be tight match as a win will confirm the top 3 position for Team Liquid. So far Team Liquid are ahead in first map with 6-3 scoreline but EG can change that anytime... Go EG!! 💪💪

Endpoint putting up a fight in some of their games, its not enough for a win but they doing some work.   Best success recently has been vs FNatic I think, I dont think I can go with an underdog bet for them or even 3 maps on this one especially.

A 2:1 score with astralis winning would be 3.55x which is worth considering.   1.5 for a -1 Map Handicap Astralis win, I'll go with that most likely.

another crazy, intense and insanely good match between AST and VP that finished in the most unfashionable way? lol

Last table and what a great table it has turned out to be. Certainly as the commentators coined the Table D as group of death... Some were calling Astralis vs Team Liquid as El Classico of CS lol Cheesy Cheesy. Today Astralis were all guns out and even Xyp was showing some glimpse against VP. VP have 6 points so not much pressure and as for Astralis, the win against VP makes them the table leader for now.

but if that match was crazy, game 4 between G2 and S04 takes it to a whole new level...what seemed to be a walk in the park for G2 couldn't have ended in the worse way possible...4v5 and Schalke stole Baron!! few minutes later they stole the ocean drake and then everything spirals out of control for G2...lost my bet, but boy is this entertaining af 😂 though i hope G2 can win 🙏

Jame and Yekindar are the core of VP <...>
completely agree. It's like every round one of them pulls an insane flick or some godlike plays

betting wise, how did u guys do? it was a pretty good day for me, started with a win-lose-win-lose kind of loop until i said fck it and went with a live multi after Fnatic lost game 2 + Astralis Cool
Damn good. Here were my two bets from yesterday:
