I couldn't place pre live bets on the grand finals of the major so i'll just share my League picks for later which is T1 ML and Suning ML.

T1 took down Gen G 2-0 in their last meeting I think the same thing will happen since they know what they're up against and Gen G rarely go for unpredictable drafts.

Suning looked clean against LNG, expecting a close one between WE but with the momentum Suning have recently I feel like they have the edge on this series as they're a streaky team.

Congrats mate, you've won.  Cool
thx man (:
TP are on a high and idk if IG will be able to stop them, although we're talking about one the best team in CN, imo. Still, bookmakers have TP moneyline at 1.6x odds  so ppl are confident the SA team can beat IG
But, i won't add that match to my tickets, i'd rather go with EG - PSG.LGD over2.5 maps https://i.ibb.co/nndYCc4/o25maps.png both teams looking extremely good so far, stakes are very high, winning this match will take u straight to the final, hard to think this could end with a quick 2-0, right?
IG just sent Thunder Predator back home. The match of EG and LGD didn't ended in a 2-0 win but a 2-1 match. EG is still a strong team. But do you guys saw the tweet of one player of an NA team, Saberlight?
He said that sea has a lot of noob players and that made him bashed by a lot of players and fans on his tweet but later on he apologized and deleted it.

Secret was also my pick for early ticket but PSG.LGD has taken them down quite easy. Did not watch the first map, but Secret did not do themselves any favors with the draft in the decider.
i didn't watch the game but, was it really the draft the deciding factor? or was LGD actually the better team in the last game?
I blame the draft, team Secret lost all 3 lanes and never were in the position to contest anything on 3rd map. Furthermore, I am not a pro but who the hell drafts Bane in this meta.

It was really unexpected but as Puppey said, he needs to work on his drafting. His team did not have enough scrimmage before coming into the tournament and finishing as Top 4 is already great even though they are the tournament favorites. It will be an absolute show for Evil Geniuses if they continue to conquer everyone they will be facing. Their cores are the most consistent anybody can see and its almost like RTZ is just an insurance when things go wrong.

Next goes:
Complexity Gaming vs Natus Vincere  should be easy for Natus to win.
Furia Esports vs G2 Esports  G2 is the better team butt Furia is a hard enemy.  Grin

What a series from Secret and Neon that one was intense it nearly looked like Neon had it in the bag but their supporting heroes fell off hard when it came in the later stages of the game. Honestly even though Secret got away with the win they still look a bit off with the weird drafts.

Going for PSG.LGD and Damwon -2.5 today, not too convinced on the side of EG since they haven't fought a solid team while LGD is already tested after all the matches they've been through the wild card, group stage and playoffs. Also expecting a sweep on Damwon since Hanwha's series against Nongshim went through all 5 games.

you seem to be on the same wavelenght as some ppl in social media that are criticizing Secret 'cause they think they can win with these ramdom af drafts. Prolly won't make the same mistake against Neon

Our SA Peruvian squad is doing it. They really know how to play Dota 2 and tomorrow will be up against Invictus Gaming. In this playoffs, they've taken down Aster, another Chinese team but not a complete roster but I think they'll able to beat IG tomorrow.
3 games tomorrow that are good to watch.
EG - PSG.LGD
OB Neon - Secret
TP - IG

heh! the remaining teams in the tourney and the fans watching it had a big sigh of relief now that it's clear that, surprise surprise, Team Secret CAN be beaten lol  Grin btw, anyone else surprised at how good OB Esports are performing? underdogs are on a high right now!

anyway, friendly reminder that the ESL Pro League is back! i'm expecting G2 - TL to be a close match https://i.ibb.co/7R7k9yq/over25mps.png

Now I played backup ticket Vici -1.5 plus TP to take at least one map.
Game 1 is just the same as game 3 where it all came down on the drafting phase, Secret's draft on game 1 lacked a lot of teamfight presence and LGD's heroes had good counters against the heroes of Secret so whenever they try to answer or look for teamfights LGD can easily disengage then fight on their own terms.

This is why I haven't made pre live picks recently on the major, each game is decided heavily on the drafting phase and going for live bets is the way to do it.

I also have the Vici handicap on the next series, might hedge it live if they go for weird drafts like Secret.

My only confident picks for today are Team Secret, Suning -2.5 and Schalke +1.5 against Fnatic since Schalke pushed G2 to a game 5 last week. Suning and Team Secret pretty much self explanatory as both of them are playing a level above their opponents.

RA are playing so good rn. It's 1-1, and i honestly have no idea how this is gonna go now, IG looked good in prematch but now that i'm watching the match live, it's totally 50/50, theShy has been kinda shit in the series so far
EDIT* XUN and TheShyte in game 5  Lips sealed winnable game, they had the lead, and they threw it away...what a throw
It was just frustrating to watch on the side of IG, no lead is safe for them until they take down the base as the same thing happened in game 1 where they get a good early start but all it takes is one or two poor team fight executions for them to throw the lead back and lose.

What an upset by Neon, Fnatic looking flat throughout the series game 1 and 2 was all about the draft then game 3 could've gone either way if only Fnatic had a decent laning phase but all three of them failed so hard the snowball was just too much on the side of Neon. If Neon didn't go for an experiment draft in game 2 it could've been a 2-0 tbh.
The last game looks like a throw honestly although Fnatic really sucked with their pick for that match. Moon was outplayed by Yopaj. That's really a passive game and well played for Neon. Tomorrow, we're going to see if Neon will still be able to go to the next level of the lower bracket if they'll beat Vici Gaming. VP and Thunder Predator is also going to have the match tomorrow, TP is sure a strong team but we'll see if VP will end their journey.

Liquid and Fnatic are out of the Singapore major...Team Secret now the only hope for EU...Fnatic losing to the team who finished 7th in the round robin, oof! :/

On the T1 series I also think 3-0 is likely since DRX fell off at the end of the season at best they'd get one map if T1 doesn't have a good draft.
unfortunate. I only watched game 1 and it was surprisingly a close fight until that last skirmish where Canna and Faker got the job done. But DRX came to play  Shocked  2-1 for T1, tho

i'm also backing IG in a single ticket

I didn't watch the first game but damn the snowball in the fight the lack of damage output of Fnatic in the clash is a contributor to their defeat. I think so too but in my opinion the reason that Neon made the bad draft in the 2nd match might be to make a good synergy, I mean they chose the Earth Spirit and Puck combo which is effective but the Raven's Alchemist has a big lead in net worth.

on a different note, LPL playoffs start tomorrow, Rare Atom - Invictus Gaming. IG obviously have the edge 'cause Rookie and TheShy, but RA should not be underestimated. And in the LCK we'll have DRX - T1, i'll be very surprised if this doesn't end 3-0 for T1. As soon as Canna and Faker returned to the main rosters after the BRO debacle, T1 looked SO much better than before
I agree IG with the edge on this matchup since they've been through multiple playoffs before and we saw RA took down IG in the regular season but it's hard to tell which RA would show up, on a good day they could take down teams like WE and FPX then on their off day they'd lose to teams like LGD and BLG.

On the T1 series I also think 3-0 is likely since DRX fell off at the end of the season at best they'd get one map if T1 doesn't have a good draft.

With all that said I have the handicap on T1 and IG match winner as my picks for today.

It's April, which means time to update the OP!
Calendar updated (also added an icon to make it easier to spot the top tier tournaments). I've also removed a sportsbook form the list. And as usual, changed the main pic (i'm really digging this yellow one (:  )

Maybe even TP gets another big surprise and kicks Secret to the bottom part.
This game is giving hype and that's what most dota 2 fans like about those professional teams social media pages, they know how to meme.  Tongue
pure domination from Team Secret  Undecided Game 2 was kind of close but TP couldn't handle Secret's aggressive plays. well played TP, they put a good fight

my single ticket today was a fail, tho

VP shit the bet against LGD who on paper were the underdogs yet they won 2-0, wtf?
anyway, thoughts about the lower bracket games? i'm expecting Fnatic and VP to win their respective games and then a close battle between Team Liquid - Vici Gaming and TP - Team Aster....surely Aster learned a thing or two after their game against the SA team a couple days ago

Izako Boars vs  Movistar Riders  should be a win for movistar but boars have a chance to push this to 3 maps perhaps and disrupt a mixed team while they are a Polish national team it has some advantage.   Stomp on awp is a player to watch in how effective he can be put to work, a match to watch for the prospects of both teams in future even if the result in this game is unlikely to favour the underdog though I was told to bet boars I didnt think I had enough to go on vs the more obvious result.
