Every investment must be prepared to take risks. I don't think it's a problem to buy at this time because this year there hasn't been a significant increase in Ethereum. I believe in this that ethereum will experience growth again but of course all it takes time can not be as fast as lightning, still be patient to wait for that time to come for ethereum will rise again
Now many people says that Ethereum is very risky but if e see that many crypto projects are using Ethereum and for investment they accept Ethereum it shows that it's future is not normal but a large number of community Ethereum have in these days but in future it will show a clear image to the world still it is widely using for many projects even good in bounty as well.
They don't even wanna know about the next update that has being prepared by the developer of ethereum. As far as I know about so many updates will be applied to the ethereum platform and thatwill create a lot of FOMO. As you can see about how people in these days lack of effort to get the more update regarding the project itself.

Are you talking about eth or general for all coins/tokens? The title is quite misleading bro, maybe you need to correlate the post on your title so everyone here can't be confuse of the discussion. The title shouldn't have eth cause you generalized the topic based on your sentenced. Regarding the OP, I think you should dive in while still low, Bull run will not tell us its coming and what I could say is, you should prepare at hand.

I see the ETH coin still stuck in place, no progress, but I find that the market is gradually recovering, by the end of 2018 will be a slight increase, according to my expectation may ETH increase up to $ 400

I think buying the ETH at low price will surely benefits you and the ETH itself. If you invest to ethereum, in the future, it will bounce back to you. There will be chance that ethereum's value will increase if we still continue to utilize it.
In spite of the low price of Ethereum, this project still develops as well. And I think it`s a really good decision to buy some ETH coins for an extreme price.
In my opinion, Ethereum is quite able to rise again, because ahead of us are waiting for good news when they launch updates for it!

In the new ones, we doesn't guarantee their success over ethereum yet it may indeed create another option for the investors to use. However I think people are still satisfied with ethereum thus it will still have a great future. I have loses while holding ethereum during the fall of the market yet I believe someday it will pump back again and become stable.

I have strong faith to ethereum and I believe it can recover before the year ends and somehow this current price in the market gives us a good opportunity to buy more coins for future financial gain when eth price will pump up.
