In times like this, I just tell people to follow their gut feelings because this is Cryptocurrency, if there is anything we have learnt from history, it is that crypto is very volatile and it can swing in any direction.
Since everyone is hoping for bull I think with the market situation its worth the risk to invest now when its still down. You can buy less now and if the bull finally happens its win for you..

No one precisely predict what will happen in the future so if you think that you will gain profit if you invest in something like eth then go ahead. Trust your instinct and don't fully trust the news around though they also affect the price of crypto. Be aware of the rules in investing always, invest only you can afford to lose. Did you think that money could be earned without risk? The higher the opportunity to earn the higher the risks. Everyone decides for himself what to do, to take risks or not. I buy Bitcoin and Ethereum at fallen prices. I made my choice.
well now it is worth to invest in ethereum, you know ethereum is good for long term investment just keep it hold soon we can see the market will recover.
and i think Ethereum is an best alternative way for investing money in altcoin for long term, this is a great time for buy and holding Ethereum for few year again
Already ETH at the bottom. If we bu ETH this price then chance of loss less but chance of profit more. Currently ETH around 200$. Suppose we buy 1 ETH with 200$. If ETH goes up and gain the value around 400$ or 600$ then our investment will be 2x or 3x. But in case it's down then max we can lose 200$ if really it's gone to zero

Eth have a good future , i beleive this coin, besides in the next year will be updatings.
Everyone who is on this forum constantly have to take risks and you have to make a decision. In Ethereum I see minimal risk as I see the development potential next month will be a tough fork and in 2019 the development team should make the network faster !
Of course, it is a good idea to buy Ethereum. Their developers have a lot of experiense and blockchain ERC-20 is used by more that 100 successful projects. So of course, the future is great.
I am hoping for a bull run of course to reach the all time highs in 2017&2018 but i am not expecting one, so 500 usd levels are quite ok for me. Hopefully we will reach those numbers easily if the market recovers some.
I am also waiting for a further drop in the market, but I don’t think it will be deep. Now I see that many coins have long reached their bottom and for a long time their price fluctuates at the same level. I'm doing the main shopping right now. I’m waiting for 500 for ETH in the nearest time.
I watch eth have bright future. After btc then Eth. Eth have more features. Eth is block chain network. Now eth accepted token that's why day by day eth being more popular. Eth already touch 1200$ and now 200$ so it's great time buy more eth. I hope eth will be go 2k$.

I dont anticipate that the bull is in effect right now. Anf I dont ever see that we are now on bull. And as for buying at low rates then its easy to say yes. Buying at dip is recommended all of the time. I do buy all of the time if I have spare money not only for eth.Is it ok to buy at extreme values and worth taking risk?
You may want to check the market on how high eth reached and how low it is right now.
Why not? I think so. Ethereum will grow this year, but its significant growth will be only next year, as this year there is likely to be no strong growth.
