Although the whole market is red, I'm very much afraid of holding ETH now. In my opinion, ETH was fluctuated to its ATH when people were more interested investing in ICO. Nowadays ICO is almost dead. That is why it has less demand. I don't think it will get another ATH soon.

ETH will be down more till 150$ as i had told before when the price was above 300$ that still their is bearish mode in ETH and all other altcoins, still their is chance of selling it as you can buy back at more lower range.

I think this crypto market is like a reverse psychology that when the coin is dumping very hard then most of the people is selling it on a cheaper price and that is a wrong move as crypto enthusiasts says.
