People are mostly herds, where they are told by society to go there and go. And basically the whales are influencing the market, and they are not stupid so I think coins that have capitalization billions are not such dummies

I agree with your opinion, ETH is now very popular in the market, there is no reason to ETH down to only $ 1. Currently ETH is widely used in other countries, they are allowed to circulate in trading ... etc. Many altcoins are based on the ETH Blockchain platform. So I do not believe this is real.

The issues are real, and the cause and effect was constructed very well. But I read a hyperbole title, that may lead to FUD.
ETH will form a correction, thats for sure, and all other altcoins will do too. The correction might be the biggest in the history, but It wont be bad enough to make investors leaving crypto (like the ETH price dumped to $1)

eth will never go back to $1 but some token on top of it or project tokenized by ethereum network may become fail project or even going bankrupt. but some project will stay a live. remember dot com bubble also created many big company like amazon, ebay etc. we just need to diversify and understand the risk of investing in start up company. ethereum it self is like a platform where we can issued the token so it is a place for bubble then ethereum price will not affect much. just like stock market now still a live and still many company did the IPO untill now.
why not? Of course it can. Eth or any other cryptos such as bitcoin , bitcoin cash , etc can still have a chance to go below 1 dollars or worst became zero later on. one example is the famous dot com bubble , for sure that event can possibly happen again to cryptos despite their usefullness and credibility that we may seen thesedays. there is no assurance that they can prolong thier life span, thats why much better if we can now make a safe exit as early as possible in order to secure our income.

This is nonsense but deep inside my heart i'm hoping this will happen and will pump right after buying thousands of ETH 
but seriously, this will not happen, if cryptomarket will lose it's investors and traders probably the price will surely become 0 instead of $1 but as long as the demand and the market is healthy it will keep it's price relatively good forever.

That's exactly right, this speculation is too far from reality and this coin already established a strong foundation which can't be destroy easily. How i wish that it could go back again for $1 even just for 1 day and i will buy 1000 ETH ,and it will go back the price up to a 1000$ in a week time then i will become an ETH millionaire. To OP this sound unrealistic because ETH has many supporter nowadays the ERC-20 token, smart-contract and the upcoming casper network will make the ET unstoppable and possible will surpass btc in 2 years time.
the problem? some coins are just way overvalued now. they have small teams, no earnings, often no real use or product, yet they are worth billions in market cap. many of the big players in crypto will go bankrupt if people keep pushing them......
the only way we can save crypto is if we evaluate companies realistically. if we buy into new, cheap, promising projects. not into the bubble coins that are extremely high.
ETH is the biggest blockchain with working smart-contract system. It will not go to $1 until lots of new projects choosing ETH Blockchain as their main one. And one more thing... Ethereum will be switched from POW to POS in future, how do u think - how this fact will influence on price?
In the future maybe it will happen because we know they have right time the coin will decrease big or die. The importance as of now is the price is very high and I hope it will continue to increase more so we can get more profit. I think much better to buy ethereum instead of thingking the price will become $1. Because most of us want ethereum become very high to get more profit.
I'm sure ETH will never go back $ 1 this year. As of now, the price of an ETH is $ 710, ranking second on CoinmarketCap, which has a huge trading volume each day. Eth is a huge development potential, it has very good technology and platforms so many ICO projects are using it. or even if the market breaks it is hard to return $ 1.

i will actually bet everything in my wallet that it is going to be impossible for eth to go $1 again. a fudster can even drag the price of WAVES to $1 which is just not too developed and sasha being the lead is just wandering around the world doing conferences enjoying the funds. OP just felt too late to invest, dude don't wait for its price to be $2k.

I do not think that ETH can cost $1, although everything is possible. A lot of ICO and other tasks are built on the Ethereum blockchain . This platform is very useful and necessary for cryptoworld. ETH developers need to solve the issue with scalability and then the Ethereum will become an even more stable coin with a great value.
