I know its possible to destory a GPU by a bios flash where it can alter the voltages and fry the card.
On a driver level? No sure.
As long as you keep all in control, I mean electricity input/output, and see if all are working properly then no, buggy drivers tend to show values which are not real but then again you need to check many things, 12v levels. GPU cards tend to crash when a level reached a maximum limit threshold. So as long nothing is crashing, so I say you are good. Also, as I'm a programmer. I opened every file with Visual Studio and saw nothing strange with them or what would mean a phishing attack or that sort thing. What I see here is just a buggy driver which works most of time without a problem.
