Personally, I think the two coaches are great for long-term investing and both are also profitable. We all can also see the market price and graphs. But if you want to invest better in ETH because the price of growth is very fast and the coins are very good and promising.

In my opinion, maybe I would consider to invest first is the second bitcoin is Ethereum, we all know that bitcoin is the most popular and first digital currency that has big price and higher value in the future.

Now its better to hodl Bitcoin because I think in this month Bitcoin price is going to move very quick to 9-10k in that period altcoins are going to crash, when btc is going to 9k sell it and buy Ethereum.

if i personally prefer eth only. with an eth price that is affordable, it will get a lot of coins than buying a bitcoin.

Well it's a personal strategy fpr investment. Many may prefer to hold but some will go for investment.
To me I don't think that holding ethereum or any crypto currency will make money. To me to make money one should take risk by investment.

the price of ethereum can be said to be stable at this time, but the price I am sure will continue to increase so better if you buy ethereum at this time as a short-term investment, than if you buy bitcoin

Bitcoin is a good in terms of investing but now I recommend you to try ethereum because transaction is fast compare to this btc. Maybe you can invest in both but prioritize the eth coins because the feedback of some investors in ethereum was so good unlike in btc now. And as I monotor eth, the value is cheaper compare to btc.

can you split your investment in to ethereum and bitcoin. i think that is good if you invest on the both coin. but if not i think you should going for bitcoin because bitcoin is trusted coin.

I would suggest to invest in both,If you have investment and affordability then both best option amd if you cant afford the Bitcoin then Ether is not bad option.Ether is growing and promising coin,Currently Ether is cheaper and affordable invest and hold for couple of years till gain maximum rate of return.

ETH looks quite solid as of now, but I have a feeling that it is a little bit over-priced (against Bitcoin). I would have liked ETH at around 0.05 BTC, but the current exchange rates are somewhere between 0.07 BTC and 0.08 BTC.

Personally, you need to spread and diversify your portfolio to reduce the risk.
I would invest in both with a larger percentage of my portfolio in Ethereum. I'm thinking a good ratio would be 65-35%, with the former amount in favor of Ethereum.

Both are equally profitable. If you have a lot of money, you should buy bitcoin as the first choice. But if you have a little, I would suggest ethereum investment.

So true that's why we shouldn't be confuse on what to invest like these two should be in everyone's portfolio. So invest when you can have these two yet if your budget is really tight just go with the top 50 coins in cmc with have undervalue coins.

There might be another potential growth for ethereum in the coming months and there might be a possble repeat of what happened early this year when ethereum reached its all-time high of $1430 last January. Bitcoin also has the possibilities to become bullish again. Both bitcoin and ethereum are good for long term investment and both are also poised for another round of price uptrend so it is up to decide.
