Ethereum has never been a shit coin right from its inception. We are all aware that ethereum is the second largest cryptocurrency according to the coin market cap. It has maintained that position since I joined the industry and has maintained the position for a very long time. The value may be a far cry from the value of Bitcoin, but it's unique on its own.

This is just ShitNews for me, because it can't be a healthy human opinion in any way. Firstly, may be his mental condition is not ok, or he hates Ethereum from the mind. Maybe Ethereum price dropped to below $100, does it become a shitcoin? Absolutely not instead I think Ethereum is the second best cryptocurrency after Bitcoin.

Ethereum is the true operating system for Blockchain lots of dapps built on it and the recent DEFI projects ..it's hard to grasp some one would make this sort of shitty comment ... well ignorance is bliss what can i say. Similarly warren buffett bashes bitcoin once in a while... those who don't understand the technology make such absurd comments.

I am not a big fan of Ethereum. But I won't agree if someone labels Ethereum as a shitcoin. After the invention of Bitcoin in 2009, the emergence of Ethereum in 2014 was one of the milestones in the history of cryptocurrency. The death of the ICO market has affected its exchange rates, but I am sure that there will be a rebound in the near future.

it's wrong ethereum is not shitcoin and price eth down not making eth into shitcoin because ethereum have large trading volume and smartcontract eth used in most of these crypto projects proves that eth has a lot of uses, so eth will never be shitcoin
Besides, ETH got the 2nd top ranked coin in coinmarketcap below Bitcoin that should be enough that ETH is not an ordinary coins as what you think. I have been patronizing ETH eversince I got here in this community and so far it never fail my expectations. One of the reason why it is dump right now is because were still in bear trend but if you have seen how much it gained for past year that might convince you that it is a great coin.

This entire forum know eth is the king of alts and we have seen the massive growth of ETH in its peak time, these people just create FUDs and want to down ETHs pride. Also we know about the development of this project and they are maintaining their reputation as well, people blindly want to post anything without knowing about the market condition is really hard to understand.

i dont know about this guy but you know ethereum can down that price if the market face bearish again. I don't agree ethereum is a shitcoin because ethereum still no.2 position and still popular altcoin.

This morning I read the news in https://www.tapchibitcoin.vn with CEO Bitmex saying, Arthur Hayes says Ethereum is just Shitcoin, coming down $ 100. The truth or lies of Bitmex CEO, Arthur Hayes on ETH?
Bitmex CEO or anyone can't confirm shit coin for huge dump. We Ethereum bottom price was 80 USD when Ripple bottom price was more bottom. Now again people has interest to invest in Ethereum, so people like shit coin. Justin sun also called Tron is shit coin, don't believe whatever they said.

If you are reading the title properly and it seems like this opinion came from the ethereum haters as they are still thinking if ethereum will repeat the old history again when it was getting dropped a lot to the bottom. My suggestion is to forget it and just never try to take any blame that comes from the haters. It's just waste our time.

This thread has been created for a long time, I don't understand why people are trying to pump it again. Obviously this is just FUD and it just wants to make the price of ETH collapse, but fortunately the price of ETH has recovered and now its price has gone up very high compared to 2019.

I think he is jealous of what already ethereum achieve so he spread a false news to everybody in the crypto community.
Ethereum is potential coin not a shitcoin let say the price down to $100 and that's not enough to relate ethereum as shitcoin.
The price now is $200 and I believe even the price down a little bit it will move up again this month. Don't trust easily to that person.

In my opinion , it is impossible that Ethereum is shitcoin. Ethereum platform has been used so many projects. The proof is that eth not go down under $100 . In fact the price of eth is above $200 , now.

But I don't agree that it is a shitcoin because it is a great crypto.

that's just part of someone's predictions, just like people who say bitcoin will go up by $ 50k at the end of 2017, but in fact it doesn't. the likelihood of someone who says etherum will fall to $ 100 is the same. so, it's hard to say which is really going to happen, until now even bitcoin continues to fall after it had reached $ 10k, and etherum still lasts $ 220. in my opinion this is not too bad and etherum will definitely continue to rise again no matter if bitcoin goes up or not.
