Today, ethereum has been more interesting as investment instrument for beginner due to lower price. Bitcoin is still the king of crypto at least within several months or may be several years to come. Recent data about btc and eth is still volatile and their price influence each other but eth capital gains or investment gains is higher than btc. This condition will support eth grows better and faster in the future and will be more popular than btc.
If it's true that Ethereum is a coin that will replace Bitcoin then this is the right time to buy a lot of Ethereum.

bitcoin is different from all altcoins, and ethereum is one of those, ethereum will remain an altcoin. bitcoin is so valuable that even ethereum cannot beat, even if ethereum is the second most valuable coin in the market, it will never change the fact that bitcoin is still different from all of them.
Both of them are crypto, but the difference are ethereum has platform for providing ICO and token. Even bitcoin do not have any platform for providing any services but bitcoin traded with many alts, so it will keep up.

Maybe.. but for me both Bitcoin and Ethereum will rise and will be the future of cryptocurrency, because bitcoin has a title that He is the king of crypto, and Ethereum is the 2nd one to crypto and number 1 in all altcoins. Hope that this two coins will rise!
ETH and BTC have each future in crypto currency as we know bitcoin is still number one right now. bitcoin have huge fans and big community and bitcoin is using as payment and ethereum is a large scale coins with big community too.both coins, bitcoin and ethereum will be the best coins in future with many benefit of each coins that we can use too. 
I am sure that the future is and that and the other just one of these coins it is promising and it is not Ethereum in my opinion
Agree with name of topic, ETH has smart contracts and all new cryptocurrencies made on it.But btc is like gold even if everything made from plastic.

Both of them are have future in the crypto but Bitcoin is become much popular and surely have future because it is the most best crypto to all and much better to Ethereum. While Ethereum this coin is also good because it has potential to increase much more its value, then also it is top to all altcoin and next to Bitcoin popularity amd its possible to its value to increase like im Bitcoin. Everything has their own roles in this market and it's actually not right if you're saying that Etherum is the future and Bitcoin isn't. Bitcoin is the king of crypto and Eth is just a queen, noway Eth can overcomes Bitcoin at all.
I don't think so, Bitcoin is one of the most known coins here, it's dominating every other coin in volumes, exchangers listing and popularity.
And even the tech of bitcoin is revolutionary, Ethereum is good too, but try to dump ETH into 1$ per coin, no one will buy it.Instead, dump btc into 1$, you'll never find any coins remaining in the exchangers

I do not think that ETH can compete with bitcoin. always bitcoin will be the best coin.
