You see, each token has its own purpose, but indeed, eth is a promising token because many platforms are launched based on it, thereby populating it, and btc is intended for storing assets, in my opinion they cannot be compared
Why should any one coin be in the future? Is our world so diverse? Look at how many nations live on earth, each has its own unique features, its own unique properties. Also with cryptocurrencies. Each of them has its own unique features.

With the experience of Bitcoin and the crypto market i would say this. ETH will be the king of ICOS campaigns and Bitcoin is the king of the crypto market. So there can be no conceptual confusion between ETH and BTC.
If indeed ethereum is able to provide progress, it is able to handle crypto well, and also be able to provide a better chance for the world. I think that will be a good breakthrough. But that cannot be realized in the near future. Ethereum needs a lot of time and effort to compete with the technology of bitcoin, so ethereum can be a good future for crypto.

It seems to me that 5 or 10 years is quite a long time for a cryptocurrency market, But if you consider the economic and practical importance of ethereum for cryptocurrency, the prospects of ethereum are much more than Bitcoin. Bitcoin is will keep be the once of top coin in cryptocurrency and other coin it will impossible to overtake Bitcoin.

i think both etherium and bitcoin are very good coins and i can t make the comparission between these two but if i have toi would say yes etherium is going to be the future of crypto.
yes i do agree that both are a great coins but i dont think bitcoin and neither ethereum will become the future. I do see crypto world more widely and i do think ethereum is still slow in processing transactions and there is already a lot of competitor that have same project like ethereum. I do think the coins that will lead us to future are the coins that could handle a lot of transactions and could help businesses to intergrate blockchain technology into their system.
The article is old and there were allot of changes after that. There are many competitions to ETH platform, Neo will outperform ETH soon as the chinese govt is supporting NEO and their tokens. Also the projects on other platforms are making a buzz compared to ETH.

So they depend on Bitcoin to see that Bitcoin is the future of the market. Crypto and Altcoins are the catalysts that make the crypto market even more colorful.

in my opinion it is very impossible, even though ethereum prices will rise high and have good prospects, but the bitcoin digital currency will never be rivaled by ether. not only etherum, all digital currencies cannot compete with bitcoin. I think so. bitcoin remains a digital currency for the future.

I think that both Ethereum and bitcoin are the future of cryptocurrency. ETH has better technology and BTC is more popular.
both have great potential to continue to be the best coins, especially Bitcoin because Bitcoin is the most popular coin in crypto. whereas Ethereum has the most advanced and most popular technology, the proof is that there are many new coins that use the Ethereum platform so they will grow together in the future.

If it captures 1% of that $2T, it is equivalent to $20B, which would put ETH somewhere around $150. Those who sell for $2 will shit bricks, eat sand and may even commit suicide in the years to come. If it captures 10% of that ETH will be $1500. I know it sounds crazy, but so did the Internet in 1995.
Once it's launched their main focus will be on scalability, which I think is the real reason crypto is not ready for mainstream. Once they can handle 100K TPS (and I'm sure they will), it's game over.

Every coin have their own usage., But bringing down the bitcoin I might disagree., We all know that bitcoin has the most number of mass usage.,rather than Ethereum., So I think it's a different idea. Bitcoin still be the most tradable asset.,bringing it more valuable than the others.
I do not agree. I personally believe that the future of cryptocurrency is both broadcast and bitcoin optmou that these are the two most powerful proet companies that will show themselves very well in the future
I don't agree with the author. It's impossible so boldly to say what is future and what is not. Bitcoin is the largest and most popular coin, I don't think that ethereum will eclipse it.
Bitcoin and ethereum are the two best cryptocurrency projects. They do not compete with each other. Bitcoin is digital gold. Ethereum is a platform for creating projects. I think we need to invest in these two projects. No need to choose between them.
I have no doubts that ethereum has a bright future and has a high potential of growing into something big but bitcoin will still remain the father and king of cryptocurrency. Bitcoin is reigning and will continue to reign
