Currently the growth of Ethereum, Ripple or litecoin in my opinion is quite good and stable. So from all the above altcoin that ethereum that has the highest value and very great potential if I invest it. And my choice is clear ethereum.
Ripple is not crypto. Ripple blokchain technology is not related with xrp coins. So xrp - has no any advantages. It's scam coin. Etherium - one of the main coins, because of it's global platform erc-20. About litecoin I can't say anything.

I think you regret selling your Ethereum. As you can see Ethereum is still the best altcoin from the three altcoin that you mentioned. Ethereum is hard to dump because it already have a demand. All token under Ethereum needs it to use gas.
