I do not think it's a good place to buy. The price seems to be low for bitcoin was decreasing. I think the value of eth/btc is still high.
I think it’s a very good buy , it actually doesn’t matter much if you buy it from 400 or 350 because once this thing is over we will see Ethereum reach above 2k and more. I bought some more Ethereum as well because it’s like almost free. It’s a safe investment at the same time. I hope we won’t see it go below 300 because then it will hurt the recovery process of Ethereum.
It will not be a big mistake to buy now for a long term. But I think new dips and more attractive prices are ahead.

The price we have now is good for investment, no need to wait if you have the money to invest, my advice is that, don't put all your money on it cuz its might turned out other way round.

Best time to buy Ethereum and also any other alt-coin in the market as soon as possible to start invest on the crypto currency and again is good to invest, soon all prize we raised to normal amount, example Bitcoin $12000 plus, and Ethereum going to be $1000 plus and other coin, which make the market balance back to normal.
