Bitcoin and Ethereum are both good to hold as long term investment. I think many people are already aware that Ethereum is also a good long term investment to hold. It is better to buy both Bitcoin and Ethereum rather than choosing only one coin to invest.

I'm sure that ETH has the potential to continue to improve as more and more devs. which develops the ETH so that it automatically makes the ETH demand constantly increasing and this will certainly impact on the expensive price.

Both are good coins, they are very profitable to obtain. but they do not do the same. what I mean is like bitcoin many people they use in this coin for transactions to make real money.

I'm sorry but I think you are wrong in saying that many people out there don't really believe in Ethereum as a coin for long term hodling. That is something that, for me, is opposite to the reality. Ever since I can remember, from the day that I came to know Ethereum quite well, it has already been predicted to become very successful someday. Thus people are hodling it. Until now, Ethereum is still considered a top investment prospect. 

I ilke both, It depend in what you want to invest.  Both coins are profitable in case of long term investment the only thing here is that the bitcoins price is rapidly raging up and up that's why many users are just investing to bitcoin because of the price rage and easy profits, the good thing about ethereum is when it comes to transaction it's much faster than bitcoin. So, both is the best crypto currency.

Yes, two coin in the Crypto market how many coin you buy and sell are converted to BTC and ETH. So these two coins are the decisive factor in the market price. We can hold them in the long run to get high profits.

I think you are wrong, what you are saying is the innovation of ethereum technology that can be used many new ico platform as a tool of investment transaction. the value of ethereum is good enough to hold in the long run. we can see it and learn it. at this time ethereum tries to recover and improve its value in growth

now both coins show a good growth relative to the beginning of 2018. I would divide my funds between them ,or if I had to choose one coin, I would choose Ethereum.

If at $ 300 we buy now it is twice as profitable. With great value as ETH, the double value gives us a huge profit margin. More than x5 or x10 compared to other coins.

just stick with bitcoin and ethereum can give you a big profit in the long term and you can always sell it in any price you want because I see that bitcoin and ethereum is the best coin for your goals of investment. although the price of bitcoin and ethereum is too volatile, I think it's fine because in the end, the price of both bitcoin and ethereum will increase again and you can make a big profit. I don't want to use ethereum for investing in ICO because it is better to hold ethereum and bitcoin as the investment but if somehow, I can see there is any good ICO maybe I will invest some of ethereum and bitcoin, just in case I want to make another investment in cryptocurrency.

I am looking on ETH as more of a technology rather than a coin.  Bitcoin is simply a gold standard backed by the trust of millions users.

Those who don't believe in Ethereum is just repeating the mistakes of others when bitcoin was first introduced. Both Bitcoin and Ethereum have their own use and importance. Few months ago when ETH was around 300$ then was the best time to buy and to HOLD very long.
Yes people now choose ICOs over ETH, but that is not bad either.
