In my opinion, Bitcoin and Ethereum are profitable coins.
Both coins have their respective differences but both coins are equally strong coins and have the potential to rise.
So many people believe in Bitcoin and Ethereum for investment.
Although Bitcoin is superior and Ethereum is in Bitcoin but both coins are able to survive in the Cryptocurrency market.

For me, I think bitcoin is good for long term investment, But you can try also other altcoins that has a good and strong community and a good development team. Just make sure you do some research first before you do trading with other alts..

I believe in the ethereum as a worthy coin to invest in. You're right that most of the people buying it are not buying it for HODL, they are buying it for ICO transactions. And I see that as a good thing for ethereum because that makes the demand for it very high.

The reason ethereum may not be considered HODL material, could be due to its variable supply. Ethereum has no limits on supply. So be carefully if you want to invest.

are both elite digital currencies, but many or at least the profit we get depends also on us to choose the right time between selling and buying, if we are not exactly in choosing the right time as expensive as if the price of ETH or Bitcoint still our income will not be big.

Without questioning, no doubt it is bitcoin ethereum will just follow bitcoin if you have noticed charts whenever bitcoin goes up eth follows and whenever btc goes down eth melts in price.

Yes, there are many people who uses Ethereum for ICOs and trading but that doesn't mean that there are few who holds it. Ethereum is already seen as an investment to hold much like Bitcoin because its reputation and the way their market works. I know a lot of people who holds Ethereum and are hoping for the price to increase. The thing here is that, people trust Bitcoin more than Ethereum as an investment resulting into Ethereum becoming a second choice of investment.

Seems very logic... But we cannot know for sure. I am keeping those just in case, that everything will eventually go up, but also, if this bubble will pop, I will survive, because invested not only in those.
