A few more months ago I thought that this is really possible, but now it seems to me that the Ethereum has any chances in any special way to develop in the technologicalway and that's mean it will stay around 300-400$

I don't really think that would happen any time soon, because the price margin between the eth and btc is very high, so even if it is going to happen, it will take a very long time for that to happen.
