I also have the same opinion as you when the crypto market has not recovered it is difficult to determine the $ 1,000 price is possible. I think the ETH can only be $ 500 starting in 2019 and want higher will have to wait more time.
I hope that dream will soon become evident considering that there has been a lot of decline that happened to ETH this year.

Oh my god after the fall down of etherum from 1400 $ to 200 $ what do u think of the soon futur of etherum?! .. my opinion is etherum will get to the top again it's normal when it's so down with every other coin or bitcoin.. can i use patience as a smart solution to get rich with 4 ether now !
Yes, if you have enough patience. This will be a very difficult challenge for investors. But if you have enough knowledge and experience in the field of investment, I am sure you will get what you desire. After a few more years, ETH will definitely increase to nearly $ 1000. 
Whoever's in here hoping for a significant increase in value perhaps hasn't realized that developments to the platform are slow at present and the market is still in a post-bubble scenario but there's plenty of expectations of a moderate appreciation by the end of the year regardless
i guess its dream for ethereum holders 
of course i will dream about it too, i dont have eth, but if it will be 1000, i guess that altcoins will be x2-x3 minimum too and market cap will be few times higher than it is now, but i guess if there will be some rise, bitcoin will start it first this or next year, probably next already

Ethereun is really possible to become 1000 dollars again because if you see the price of the ether in the last December 2017 they will increased the price very high and the highest is 1400 dollars. But for sure it will become if everyone sell their ethereum.

It is still possible though but based on the market status right now it seems impossible but ethereum is still one of the best coin in the market so maybe after a couple of years it's price will boost again.

All i can say is that the market is not in a really good condition right now but if everything goes right ethereum will bounce back just like what the most people expected.

I think that it will be difficult for Ethereum to return to the figure of 1400 dollars apiece. There are a lot of competitors in the market, which are more technologically advanced and safer. It is very likely that investors will choose other coins to buy.

After years and great works, ethereum rised to 1400-1500 dollar at big bull market, and it is 200 dollar now like you said. They are keep working too much, they dont think we are at bear market we dont work or something like that. At the end of story, they will do big rises again.

For me, I will invest my 1 eth to other erc20 tokens since we can't really predict the run of the market.Ethereum will really moon soon but I think it will take 10 yrs since Eth is for long term.So meanwhile it's better you try to invest to some token exchange projects which is profitable than waiting for eth.
Now for investment, I will choose QRX to prepare the exchange list, and now they are in a difficult period to trade, because the market is falling too low, in my opinion, we should buy and hold them until the end of 2019.
