Yes! Ethereum will rise to 1000$ and above it can just take a longer time for the rise to occur even the market is unstable and right from the the beginning that is how is use to happen is just that it take a longer period this time around for the rise to occur.
I believe that the fall in Ethereum price is a temporary phenomenon associated with the fall of the market and a decrease in the number of ICO projects. in the future, I have no doubt that Ethereum will recover its price and become even more expensive.

It would be indeed a wise decision to invest on ethereum at this point that its market value is below 200usd. Ethereum is having a huge chance to recover from the continuous downfall this yeat which made its market value at this state. Hold because once recovery occur in the market profit will be to those who are patient.

i think and i truley believe that in the future its price is going to be even higher and everyone is going to say lucky us that we have invested on it .
I think it is not a dream,we saw much higher prices for Etherium a few months ago and most likely in a year or two we will be watching its new ATHs,if bitcoin raises to 50k -Eth price should be 0,04- 0.1 btc,so approx.2-5k $ for a coin.

Yeah of course, it was just a hope cause everyone want to gain profit from there. WE just need to be more patient it takes a long time for ethereum to growth again.

You might be right, as the market looks volatile it is not so much easy to see the growth in ETH. It's a nature of trading we cannot do anything but yes there are chances if a bull run goes. Remember anything can happen over a night, let's believe this year it may reach atleast $700 k.
