Correct, you dont need to register for anything. Just send coins to the addr listed and after the required confirmations it will pay you out 110%.
You can make multiple transaction, but nothing above or below the minimum buyins. There is a little more information on the Payout page

Refresh button?? the site automatically updates every two minutes...you shouldnt really need to refresh it. I am still working on the logins. Theres not much inside anyways but I will open registrations soon when its finished.Sorry im just getting up so ill be around in a bit....gotto get my coffee
