Leicester City have no chances of achieving anything substantial in this season of the Premier League. I don't even think that they have any chances of getting in the top 5 spots. The best they could do this season is to not get relegated. Last season was an odd one and Leicester City just got very, very lucky that's all. I bet they will be focusing more on the Champions League.

That's a hard proposition and the best they can do in the CL might be to get in up to the quarter finals.  The best thing they can do right now is to concentrate in the League Cup, if they're still in it as I haven't been following it, and the FA Cup.  And maybe at least try to finish in the top 10 in the EPL or maybe get in the Europa League spots would be a good achievement for them this season.  Let's face it, last season was a fluke.
i always believe on something like miracle , last season leicester prove it by won the english premier league unexpectedly. they could repeat it on different story , champions league! nothing impossible , especially when we are talking about football right?

You know I would honestly love to be proven wrong in this case.  But I just don't see it happening.  They will be going up against clubs like Bayern, Dortmund, PSG, Juventus, Real and Barca.  Not even Man City can pull a miracle against them.

But who knows, it's a different format, they might make if somehow.  Just like that year when Chelsea won the CL under Di Matteo.  I kept laughing when Torres scored a goal against Barca of all teams.  Cheesy
aaand there is still a possibility big teams eliminated in early stage like in quarter final then it would make leicester way to reach the final and even win the champions league title, more than possible isn't it? come on man this is football, something beautiful always created and happened time to time .

I can't see them getting past the 1/4 final of the CL to be honest. It was a miracle that they won the PL title last season, I still can't believe it.

Yeah same here.  But I'm open to the idea that maybe, just maybe they can make it to the finals.  I mean how great would that be for the fans, right?  Not just the LCFC fans, but for all of football as well.  Seeing an underdog story unveil for real in your favorite sport is priceless.

That being said, miracles don't happen all the time.  And in Ranieri's case, it won't happen every year.
every effort must be done Ranieri and his team to get good achievements this season in the Champions League, the chance to play in this competition is not easy for all the team, because only the team with the strongest one who can play in this competition, so with this they will take advantage of the opportunity this rare.

I believe also, until now one of the miracle was come true. Need 1 point to big 16 will come on a week again. I sure BPL champions is more difficult than Europe champions.

Yup it seems very realistic when Leicester City will move to next stage than they will play against most stronger team, agreed with you I also think they will not pass quarter final stage very hardly, even they are totally different than it was into previous season.

Nothing is impossible, just like what they did last season when they surprise almost all people in this world by wining the EPL trophy. Nobody predicted them can do it. So far they play better on CL than EPL, who knows that they can reach Semi-Finals? It is true that they are different from previous season, but maybe they have a great spirit to play on this biggest tournament. "There is a way when there is a will" this might be work for them on CL. Lets see how far they can run on this tournament, I myself wishing that they will beat all those big team like Barcelona, Madrid, Muenchen etc. Surprise is a always a great moment im soccer.

i was thought that they will not have good results on champion league but with 3 times won and 1 draw i think that was good performance even Porto under them on standings group and last season also nobody expect they will got premier league trophy but in fact they had already did it but i couldn't imagine that Leicester went to the final match and won champion league trophy this is could be big surprising results for champion league history because almost impossible to small teams could be the champion

You might be surprise to see that actually their performance in champions league is much better than their performance in premier league . Not that this is an indication that they are going to be focusing on champions league however this shows that they are serious in wanting to win the league

Definitely Leicester City is focusing on Champions League and they are leading in its groups with 10 points and still unbeaten there, so that I think so they have some chance there to keep on it this streak and maybe could get succeed to deliver something surprising like what they in English Premier League last season.

They just need to win another one to ensure to qualify to the next stage. Their performance in the group stage is actually expected because afterall they are in a group where they could dominate so it is not really an unexpected things for them to lead the group, they are kinda like real madrid / barcelona in laliga nothing could beats them at this point

of course, with their performance in the Premier League, they will not get the top 5 positions in the standings, they could do just to maintain its position in the Premier League so that is not degraded and maintains consistency to play in the Premier League, focusing on the Champions League is the only chance they could reach to get a glorious achievement for the sake starting next season.

Leicester not focus on champion league, they can win some match on champion league because they stay on easy group maybe their fortune has gone so hard to win the match on premier league.
