I do agree that sports betting relies on luck too. Aside from that there are different result a person can bet making it harder for the gambler to win. There are certain sports betting games where we need to bet on which side to win and then the scores of each team plus the possible draw between the match. It is harder than we think and luck is much more needed in here

Sport bet doesn't depend only on luck, unless you are betting on second division and under. If you analyze teams, read statistics, bet on favorite, than your chance to correctly predict is much higher.

At first only way to win in betting is 100% sure bets and than if you'll follow that website, you will lost in short time.
Noictib, don't look gambling as an profit method. Also there is something to add in thread's subject: Everyone looses in the long run except casino, they always win, imagine how many people are playing, for example one man lost 0.01 btc, it's very minimum because real players play with huge money and if some people will win 20% from total lost, it doesn't make any sense for players.

I think I would prefer to save my money to invest in something else, but I think it might be a good experience to give it a try.

You have to understand that our chances is gambling is low regardless of the game we played. Sports betting may look attractive because there is no house edge but the juice you have to pay is bigger than the normal house edge of a casino. Anyway, that would depend on your decision but based on the rate of successful gambler in the industry, it's very low and you are lucky enough if you will be part of the few to succeed.

It's not the aim of getting profitable that made us stay while experiencing loses, it's more on the fun that we can experience despite the reality that we cannot win. I guess most of the gamblers are doing it, we are already be contented having some winnings sometimes as that would give us to boost our confidence in gambling. Unfortunately, the next betting session, we cannot expect we will win again.
