There was a theory like this in ghost in the shell with level of entropy between original yin/yang, to atoms, to planets, to life, with planets being intermediate between atoms & life , and saying it's not necessarily the bigger/more particule that create more entropy , and life is highest level of entropy

But planets already have high level of entropy with magnetic field/athmosphere/ionosphere/climate Cheesy

It's the Greek who invented science as we know it.

For me the lineage is rather clear from Pythagoras, socrates, euclid , plato, philo, jesus.

The light century mostly resurected this with addition from Islamic world.

The supposed fight between religion and science in occident is mostly the fight between free mason against catholic and mostly politic more than really philosophic or theoric.

The only real new thing started with planck einstein reiman & co, and it's not even really that revolutionary from euclid & zeno.

And gallileo already picked the glitches that lead to relativity.
