I still agree with the fact that nothing is free. And all you get is best exchanged. I think that this is the best option.
Your choice depends on your plan. For example, if you need money to handle another job or plan to sell it. If not I think you should keep it.
It depends on the coins, I consider them for their present value, the future potential (determined the the quality of team, product, roadmap, community etc) and my current need as an investor

I will exchange it immediately, I think for what we are working hard on airdrop if not to exchange the tokens we have produced. I will personally do that, and don't care about what people say.
holders are get much more profit than traders all the time. but holding is boring than day trade of course. if you have a real job you should hold your tokens which you think they are strong.

to be honest when I get an airdrop coin and the price is high in the market I will immediately sell it because I have experienced that is hold the airdrop coin but a few months later the price disappointed me...
if I want to hold back the free coin I got from the Airdrop I don't want to sell it first. because I'm sure the price of Coin Airdrop will continue to rise. so when I think the increase has already occurred. then I will sell it. so I get more profit.
I usually get free tokens for participating in ICO signature campaigns. As a rule, ICO campaigns, to which I join, have a perspective, therefore, I keep tokens until they rise in price to a decent amount. If I see that the ICO project has difficulties in development, then most likely I will immediately sell this token.

I think that better to hold it - but this decision if you want to grow it. But if you dont have enough money, so - sell it and get your money. Better the bird in hands than it in sky. So, maybe you will decide to exchange it all.
I think that it is possible to sell part and keep part. Everyone decides what to do with their coins.
If the project is not worth anything at the initial stage, it should be kept until the price rises.

If I get a free coin and the value is too small I hodl it first before I exchange it. But I only exchange my coin with a high value and If I really need money for my expenses. I do not just exchange my coin with a no valid reason. So that if the time comes and I really need a money I have something to get for my needs.

Holding is more safe but exchanging is more far-sighted project with larger potential in the case of profitability. I use both of variants and do not have doubts.
First thing to think about is to have a better understanding of what kind of ico you are in. Make sure to check all the details and if their project could have great value in the future. The decision whether to exchange it or to hold depends on what you find out in your research. So if the project is good and may have good future, then you can hold it till the value is high enough for you. But if the project is doubtful to be good in the future, then maybe you can exchange it.

if the price is appropriate then I suggest to sell it before the altcoin becomes shitcoin and is worthless.you will regret it if you hold it now and in the end the coin is worthless
its up to you but if you need money or the price is high for you why not ? but if you dont need money then hold it for more profit for sure than sell now is not worth make sure if you hold the tokens and coins that the project is good and worth to hold
