It actually depends on my research about the coin, the market status and market activities during that time. All these would help me come up with the decision whether or not I will sell or hold the coins once I get them.
But with different coins must be treated individually. Usually the first investor who buys this token sells coins. And after the sale of coins falls, you need to wait for growth. But it all depends on whether there is interest in this coin in a large number of market users.

I try to keep tokens until they grow in value, but there are situations when I can sell tokens at once and transfer them to other tokens or withdraw money.
I think that hodl will be the next step for me in crypto, I won't exchange immediately, the reason is because when I started participating in cryptos I've decided that I'll always make better profit from whatever tokens I've get

I think for now most airdrop tokens may not be worth the transaction costs if we sell them, so maybe waiting and looking for more other airdrops will be another form of investment for now.
There are some altcoin that worth holding and there are some that it is better you sell off. The first thing to do before deciding on the ones to hold and the ones to sell is to first do your diligent research and find out the ones with good projects and also the one with the dedicated and expert team. If a coin has a good project, then it is likely that the price goes up because the law of demand and supply will set in to play. Also most project, their developers are not dedicated towards the project. Such altcoin can easily turn to shit coin because, at a point in time, the developers can abandon the project
Of course, if the reward I get from airdrops or bounty starts to rise after a while, then I think selling is a good way!

if they have a good price I will sell it, I never think that they will grow. then after the token enters the exchange and turns out to be in the market I will sell it. I will not waste time.
I prefer to hold airdrop coins , because I believe it is much more profitable than instant sell . My calculations is simple : let's say 99% of airdropped coins will worth nothing 3 years later , at the moment of release their price is a few cents , so most part of airdrops grants you 1-2 $ usd in best case if you sell them at he beginning . If you participated in 200 airdrops , you can exchange them for ~200 -400 usd at the beginning , or you can hold them and 1% of them will become a solid project few years later and value of your airdrop will move to 1000 usd or above . Assuming you have done 200 airdrops , then you'l have 2 different airdrops with value 1000$+ per each.

It depends on what coin we get, if it has the potential to increase its price, then I prefer to hold it. Because Airdrop coins are possible to be expensive too, let alone the results of the ICO release.

If the project based on your analysis is not so good, Sell half and keep half. You'll never know what the future will bring.
The value of the coins for I think very little, so I better hold. For coins have entered stock trades better monitor for its development. If there are people who put up the high-priced and sold, I hope you also to sell it. You hold a coin that does not yet have a sale price or coins that are still cheap.
Every coins has its own group. You can join there to gain more info's and knowledge about the project. As what I have noticed, price of the coins is low specially when it is new in the market. You can hold it for a while and sell it when it rises. There is also a case which you already have it when its price is high. You can sell it right away if you have doubt that it will be dump. You have it where no money involve so you already have a gain w/ it.

In my opinion if the coins has a price and can satisfy your needs you can trade it and if you don't satisfy the price of your coins just hold it and wait for the right time to sell it.
It all depends on the quality of coins or project.If it is the utility token of an ecosystem i see so much growth in, I certainly would hold it till it becomes very valuable

Well it depends on the value of the coin you got in airdrop, most airdrops today rarely give their participants a good value. These are just free coins you got, i prefer to exchange it after you got rewarded.
for us now I prefer HOLD by waiting for higher prices, because now is the right time we get more bitcoin, because now the price is still low, and we can hold it in the coming months by waiting for a good price increase.
