Will do the exchange once the value rise up because the price value is always changing going up and down. So if you notice price is conviencing and deserve for exchange then do it. Most of the time the price now is going down and the up price is not long only in short time so if oppurtunity come and do the exchange.

It really depends of what is the amount of tokens you have.. personally if I have less than 50 $ I will not trade them and hold them.
I did not sell any airdrops I bought so far. A large majority of today's airflows will be garbage in the future, but one or two of them can be very valuable.
I usually leave the tokens that come in the airdrop. Most often these are very small amounts and there is no point even bother with selling. exceptions are rare. Basically it concerns tokens which already are on a coinmarket

well. i couldnt get any good profit from airdrops. so i can not say anything. but if you got any coin from airdrop of a good exchange it is better to hold it. there is no difference between airdrop coin and normal coin.
in my opinion it's better to sell it, airdrop is just rubbish and only some of them are really good to hold, but if you think you will get a big profit by holding it then do it, because the decision is in your hands.
if you sell at a low price then it is not profitable for you. because the purpose of investing is to seek profits in the future, so need patience for that. think before you act for your future.
Depending on the situation, if the currency is valuable, then replace it with eth or btc. I would hold the coin that i got from airdroop if it is not worth the money. Besides， some of the airdrops are not enough for eth transition fee，i have to keep this kind of airdrop coin because i don't want to go for wool and come home shorn.
If you have not had a lot of losses then I advise you to sell out because the time to market the crypto can downtrend. If you lose too much you should always hold
It all depends on quality of project. If you join airdrop of project which is of superb quality then Hold it , if you think project is not that good than it is better to exchange it. It's all up to you

The decision I will take depends on the potentials of the project itself and my financial status at that period. If it is a very good and promising one, I will hold it for long term and when the price is high, I will sell but is it is not really promising and does not have potential for hold, I will sell it. The moment the token from airdrop has value in the market. I always sell it and then I buy another altcoin that has more potential than the token from airdrop.
It's up to you, usually people don't get much profit from Airdrops and sell their tokens. But if you think that a project is reliable, has a strong community and ambitious long-term plans, maybe it's better to hold.
