I am still wondering about the BTC price. Why is it different here that other exchanges?

Since each Bitcoin platform acts like a independent sub-market, they are at the mercy of the laws of supply and demand.

Therefore, it is rare to find the exact same BTC price on two or more platforms.

I saw that Bitstamp has applied for a license in the US, does Exmo plan to follow suit?

In the foreseeable future, we do not have any plans to enter the American market.

Its really too bad about PayPal do allowing for deposits with bitcoin. I was relying on AstroPay, but they are't working on your sight right now?

We are still working with AstroPay to restore their service to our platform. For now, it looks like this will take another several weeks.

On deposit types, what are these acronyms (listed on the fee page)?

CAP = ?
ADV-USD = I'm guessing this means it's cash advance, in USD?

Those acronyms are provided to us by each payment processor and indicate the type of service that they provide.

Unfortunately, I can not identify each letter and its corresponding meaning.

Ah, was wondering because PayPal's is the one that says CAP. Is it only available in certain countries, or what's the restriction there?

There are no country restrictions that I am aware of, however, they can only offer withdraws due to their return policy.

I am having a problem with my TOTP code. When I enter it, it says that I need to reset my password?

If you create a new TOTP code and scan it with your Google Authenticator your problem should be solved when you enter your new 6 digit number.

What you need to understand is that in this business your reputation is everything!
1 bad story about a customer losing  their money can seriously damage an exchange's reputation.
In my experience these companies have a lot more to lose then the people who are worried about their money.
Don't get me wrong, I am still concerned about my money, I just think as a customer I have a lot of influence.

The OP here says that the deposits are insured, so I'm not sure what your question is in reference to.
ah, sry, did not noticed that.  I only wanted to say, that I don't know any exchange, that has a real insurance with a 100% gurantee, that if a hack  happens, all customers will get their money back.

Like most crytocurrency platforms, Exmo guarantees all funds in its hot and cold wallets. Exmo also guarantees users' funds from any errors made by Exmo. Our internal auditing system can also identify errors made by our payment processing partners and in such cases they would be responsible for guaranteeing user's funds.  Exmo is also in talks with a major insurance carrier to purchase additional third party insurance.
