I was looking at your FAQ and noticed that when you click on verification that there is no information there?
Yes, we are in the process of updating out FAQ. This update should be finished within the next few days. In the meantime, you can see information regarding our verification process under the heading

How does it come, that your numbers are not exactly the ones they should be? I mean I ordered a withdrawal of 800€. The (russian) message I get from Exmo is:
"Был ocyщecтвлeн вывoд 799.99999992 eur ". Why 799.99999992 ?
Is it maybe because your programming language is Python, which can't deal properly with float numbers (1.1 + 2.2 = 3.3000000000000003 ) ?
If so, can't you solve it with the Decimal module ?

We have investigated this and have noticed that it is only a display error in your order list. The actual amount of your withdraw was 800 Euro and that is the amount you received.
I have been told that we will have this cleared-up in the next few days.

the website you can see there is bitcoinwisdom.com , which gives you an overview about the prices and orderbooks from various bitcoin exchanges (you can choose the exchange you want on the top of the screen). Unfortunately Exmo is not in their list.
To place an order at Exmo into their orderbook, you have to place a "limit order" instead of this "instant order" on the trading page.
Exmo has been trying to contact BitcoinWisdom for more than 1 year? If you have a method of contacting them other than what is provided on their website, we would really appreciate receiving it.
There are many exchanges on that website which are much smaller in volume then ours and we feel that the bitcoin market displayed at BitcoinWisdom.com is incomplete without including Exmo's
orders.

Is it necessary to sign and upload the user agreement, or can I use my account without doing that?
Not at all. The user agreement is only a legal requirement for the banks and it only needs to be provided upon their request.

I read here in an earlier post that the currency rates at Exmo are driven by their own sub-market conditions. What about your margins between buying and selling? How are they generated?

Everyone can place orders there into this orderbook. You can place orders, I can places orders.
I am talking about the prices in the order book, and no I have never traded on an exchange or stock market before.

Yes, when you make any trades, deals or exchanges, there will always be a 0.2% commission charged.
