I'm just now hearing about Exmo... and have a question about insurance. Who is insuring the funds? Does it cover ALL deposits on the site?

issue resolved got my money today,thanks! Anyway improve your service because two days is too much for verify a withdrawal(imho).
day of the withdrawal request: 04/08 and until 06/08 the status was: "Verifying" and I needed to open a ticket to solve.
I'll try again the withdrawal

I have never had any problems with SEPA transfers here!
Tried to refer new members to Exmo.com but seems acceptance to new platforms/exchanges are very low. with other programs we have good success. Sorry about.

When will you fix the several small bugs I mentioned earlier?
E.g the "save account" bug, for saving bank account information. I'm not that happy, to always copy paste the missing information, when doing a withdrawal. =/

I understand your frustration with this bug. We are aware of it and it will be cleared-up along with some other major updates in about 2 weeks time.

If I am traveling and making multiple transactions from different IP addresses, will I get an error?
As long as you login from an IP address that is in your list of IPs or IP history list you won't have any problems at all.

I was still wondering what Exmo means by "Universal Wallet"?
