New message: "We still fixing last DB issue."

Yup another message. I do think they will indeed come back, but I think they've lost all chances of recovering their exchange from their previous users unless they either give some perks or compensate us in some way.

I know now, never to trust ANY site, with your coins long term. I will never use online staking again from this experience.

Has anyone reported them to ANY authority or is this a whining-only community?
What authority there is no such thing in crypto world and even if you manage to do it somehow cons are bigger then the gains,if you think i am talking rubish just look at poloniex-huge exchange that have fake adress and only 1 random name listed as owner

Nobody knows.... Just put CM owners on FBI radar and you may be surprised.

(CM owners better hope they don't already have an existing FBI/NSA/DHS/CIA file that gets pulled and analyzed because of these complaints)

FBI just got more information sharing powers with intelligence agencies at the end of last year.

dont waste ur time with any american agency. youre better off reporting to interpol or some shyt

If you are a US citizen, you should report this fraud to US law enforcement, mainly FTC and FBI.

Report CM to FTC - https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/#crnt&panel1-1

Report CM to FBI - https://www.fbi.gov/tips

They have the tools necessary to track down these scammers...

Right now, this is a good move for those who lost huge money from this scam exchange (pool service) especially if you are located in US soil. I don't know if they will really do something about this conundrum but someone must inform them about what happened to this website. Someone's posting in their website that they doing something to solve the "issue" that they encounter 1 month ago but we see no progress from them from that time.

Another course of action that everyone could do is to accept the fact they lost all the coins that they put into this scamsite and move on. Learn the hard lesson from this situation. Never trust pool services for any coin. It is much better to run it in your own wallets.

You guys are wasting your time with this pointless ''reasearch''. Maybe you shouldn't have deposited a big amount of your coins on such a crappy exchange instead of now trying to find out who they are. This is also not an exit scam since it doesn't fit the definition.
The pointless thing here is your comment which adds nothing to discussion. I've got approximately 5% of my portolio on this exchange and I don't care about that money. It's about justice, criminals should not get away with crimes, they should be locked up in jail. Exit scam is in a matter of time and everything leads up to it.

So stay down and shut it, that`s why you are doing shit you idiot, I have 90 % of my money in here and I don`t care to anything except my money, So go to hell and enough this shit

Let them come back, they connected the port 25 on their mail server today They are working on it and you are wasting your time here

How did you find out "they connected the port 25 on their mail server today"? Are there any other evidences of them working on the problem?

As I have said many times before, "you can't hold this many peoples money hostage and not expect retribution". I still don't think this is an exit scam but, how others feel and act on those feelings is their business. If they want to spend their time trying to find out who the CM devs. are so they can turn them over to the authorities, that is their right. CM has had more than enough time to get this exchange back up and running. At the minimum, they should have communicated more efficiently with their community. Small status updates etc would have gone a long way.. Instead, they let so many of their patrons fret and worry endlessly over their funds with no effort to assuage these anxieties. Their inaction only highlights their callousness. Yeah yeah.. I know, you shouldn't keep your coins on an exchange... Everyone knows this, but it still doesn't exonerate CM of their actions. I can easily live with my losses, but there are many who lost everything, and for them, I hope CM gets what is coming to them. And make no mistake, in this current climate, they will have a target on their back/backs.
