I think the engine is fine now.
I think the problem now is the ground effect in the top speed turns.
The next GP will be in Monaco and I think Ferrari can do a miracle here with a pole position since is the track where LeClerc lives and no top speeds or high-speed turns.
If he can do the perfect lap he can do the miracle.
Anyway, the Ferrari boss said they spent most of the time since 2020 for the 2022 car and this one should be only an update from 2020, maybe they even did too much for this season.
Hmm...does Ferrari have the quickest car to achieve P1 at Monaco ? Because we know that is hard to win without having the pole there but I guess surprises can appear anytime but personally I do see Max on pole because Red Bull has such good pace on tight corners and Monaco provides all of this for them. Mercedes has the best car on straight but I'm sure they will balance the car in order to give Hamilton a chance for pole.
The beauty of today's season is that, the expectation of Hamilton winning every race has been completely replaced as anyone is literally a contender now. The performance of Max Verstappen in this season in just phenomenal and he poses a serious threat to every race this season.
As far as I know, if there is any driver who is accustomed to the track of Monaco it is Charles Leclerc as he is from Monaco himself, so the chances of him at pole is definitely up there. I just really hope to see that Ferrari dominance like what happened during its glory days back in Schumacher's era.
