So many penalties this weekend by the time the race was over the places shifted 20 hours later.
Once instance was that one driver had 17 laps deleted from the P1 with Matt & Tommy show on youtube stated late in the day after the race:
The Funniest Tweets from the 2023 Austrian Grand Prix
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v-noCGC4J00

Even on the F1 forum pool it caused some to lose points, for instance I had 15 pts tallied after the race after checking 10 hours later.
Today it adjusted to these lap penalties which affected the majority of the drivers and now have 14.5 pts.
I think Russell got away without any infractures through the entire race don't quote me on this since the FIA goes over the tapes days later.

Again! I have watched the race, and Sergio Perez had a comeback and proved that he is not finished yet, I really think this is really serious what happen to him, there is a lot of pressure for sure but that is nothing compared to the management of the Red Bull and on media that he will be Changed by Daniel Ricciardo and I think this has awakened him to do what he can towards the race he has shown great perseverance starting from position 15 up to the 3rd position into the podium he has shown great position battle against Carlos Sainz it was a great match up but Checo has proven that he wants to be on the Podium now, and his hard work has paid off now,

And right now next Grand Prix will be on the next week, July 07 to 09 British Grand Prix 2023, and the next Circuit will be

Silverstone Circuit

@YuginKadoya, nice posts and didn't know you had a favorite girl in Academy. I remember asking a few weeks ago why academy is full of females but then actual F1 isn't, did you get any new insight or news and stuff about the future for these academy females? I mean, there is no physical disadvantage in F1. It's mental and machine and yes fitness but not muscles and speed of running etc Smiley

I noticed 2 al Qubaisis in the list. Sisters?

Yup! Well, Bianca Bustamante is a fellow Filipino and yeah supporting all Filipinos that are giving honor to the country, just like the Legend Manny Pacquiao and the other boxers that are now holding a title belt and as you can see Bianca Bustamante is the 1st F1 Filipina racer that is from the Phillippines that is why I am so very proud of her well the country is very proud of her,

Well F1 Academy is training female drivers so they can be ready in the future or they will get experience in the upcoming years right now they are all driving an F4 machine if I am not mistaken then after this whole season ends or the whole Calendar ends they are then will be racing with F3, then next season F2 then next season up to F1 if I am not mistaken but actually I don't really know if they will be acquired to the Main F1 league or F1 will be making an all-woman F1 race, I still don't know their whole reason behind this,

Actually yes Amna Al Qubaisi and Hamda Al Qubaisi are sisters their father is Khaled Al Qubaisi a businessman and racing driver racing in the F3 Asian Championship with his    Abu Dhabi Racing Team

2023 Austrian Grand Prix Race Highlights

Here are the video highlights of the race, (if you click the highlighted words) Charles Leclerc is really aggressive at the start of the race taking the lead to Max Verstappen while Nico Hulkenberg is not looking good with a smoke in his F1 machine-led to him retiring the race, while Sergio Perez is looking great in this race for sure, while Nyck De Vries got a penalty by sending Kevin Magnussen into the gravel, and in the lap, 59 Sergio Perez and Carlos Sainz had a great battle for the 3rd position, it was a neck to neck race battle, so it was another Red Bull domination for the Austria GP,

As for being boring, from a bettors perspective it is exactly how we like it.
Uniform and consistent wins is exactly how we like it so there is no questioning if our betslips will win in backing a Red Bull victory winning the constructors for each and every race.

As long as the odds remain good. Max odds are even 1.1 and 1.2 these days which is terrible for betting, I don't like uniform/consistency in betting, unless the odds stay the same (like betting 1:0 on Barca's consistency last season is alwas 7x or 8x no matter what, now that's great).

If only we could bet on Max pole, Max win and Max fastest time Betbuilder for at least 2x than okay, I would love it lol

What's your tip for the race?
Fair enough @slaman29 !

My tip for the race which begins in about an hour?
Max will win it of course since the grid is 1. Verstappen 2. Leblerc 3. Sainz 4. Norris 5. Lewis 6.Stroll
All in that exact order.
Norris will be in the top 10 since on this track he has the best performance taking a podium twice already.
I saw the odds for Mercedes to get fastest lap drop from 8.50x to 5.00x so the bookmakers know something is up there.
Lewis Hamilton for fastest lap winner is very possible since Verstappen will be fighting with both Ferrari's to keep his position.

Some very tragic news they mentioned just now while watching the live coverage before the race.
Dilano van 't Hoff in MP motorsport lost his life in an accident on the track. He was a dutch driver too. Very somber note in today's race to be extra careful from what the F1 drivers said during their interviews on the matter yesterday. It was due to the rain on a certain corner in SPA.

Red Bull Ring - SPRINT SHOOTOUT 2023 RESULTS

It was a delicate day and I thought that Lando Norris was doing great in the Shootout but he clearly needs a further upgrade on his car for sure Mclaren should not waste a talent such as Lando Norris but surely Nico Hulkenberg had his car jump on the pit stop because of a tire issue, surely a bad mechanic on the tires, looking good for  Sergio Perez, making it to the 2nd position this time Lando Norris on 3rd this kid needs a faster car, and even though there is a dilemma on the pits Nico Hulkenberg landed 4th for the Sprint Shootout,

The Drivers that finish and lasted until Q3 of the Sprint Shootout,

01) Max Verstappen
02) Sergio Perez
03) Lando Norris
04) Nico Hulkenberg
05) Carlos Sainz
06) Charles Leclerc
07) Fernando Alonso
08) Lance Stroll
09) Esteban Ocon
10) Kevin Magnussen

Red Bull Ring - SPRINT 2023 RESULTS

It was a wet slippery road for today, but Still, Max Verstappen and Sergio Perez got the top position for the Sprint day, I really think that Changing driver threat was the one that Perez needed to perform this well, but for sure it was not really a good image for him, but it was a Red Bull domination once again for this Sprint race, and the 2 RedBull have gotten the position Max Verstappen at 1st position Sergio Perez on 2nd Position and Carlos Sainz on the 3rd position the Mercedes had a bumpy situation right now,

The 10 Drivers leader for the Sprint Race

01) Max Verstappen
02) Sergio Perez
03) Carlos Sainz
04) Lance Stroll

Red Bull are too strong and we are seeing one of biggest dominations in history of sport. I hope someone will catch up or people will stop watching it cause it's getting boring.
Red Bull cars don't care what conditions the tracks are in, they just seem to win.
Plain and simple.

From a F1 fan's point-of-view who are backing another team or have Ferrari or Mercedes as their favorite team to win a race, then I can see how it can be boring every race weekend.

Sprint race is in a few hours so if you find it boring then just simply don't watch it. Cheesy

Sergio Perez seemed to not take part in the media coverage yesterday as the drivers had started to do practice early Friday in anticipation of the sprint qualifying races later in the day.
From what I have seen from sites such as PlanetF1 Red Bull might seeking a replacement if the second Red Bull driver is not able to do any of the sessions tomorrow.
Could we see Daniel Ricciardo come in as he is their current third driver on the team.
But another site sees things differently for a sudden replacement if Checo can not make it due to his illness:
https://www.si.com/fannation/racing/f1briefings/news/f1-news-insider-names-ideal-sergio-perez-replacement-at-red-bull-perfect-number-2-to-max-lm22
Perez had very ambitious words with his results at the beginning of the season, but even Hulkenberg, who has a Haas car under him, remained in the q3 more in the qualifying compared to Perez. Also, let's talk logically, Red Bull won't give up on Perez right away. because it is unclear whether there is a better alternative. (after all, he didn't get a tour from verstappen like Gasly, he's not in a position to give up right away) Coming back to the race, the lap deletion thing is very exciting because it is one of the only situations that can break the verstappen dominance. Although the middle row race is more exciting than the front row this season, the updates of Ferrari and Mclaren, as well as the fact that Perez started from behind, got me very excited about the front row for this race.

Max is off to the races again, Ferrari seems like they did a bit better. We are going to end up with just a single practice due to this new method, 2Q and one sprint, so that is going to be basically like 4 total races that matters in the end. I guess it is going to be fine for Max, but if Ferrari could do second and third best on these tries and the race this week then it means they have done something right along the way.
Upon watching the qualifying highlights, it seems that they still have a great shot with all the things they are doing, knowing that Leclerc and Sainz are in the top 3. They are going to probably be improving more or something or bad luck can come again? We will see.

It's like now, every week and GP some team is really improving but RB is still far ahead. I can't wait to watch the race.

I do not know if they brought any upgrades here, but if they did that means the reason for them being better could be the upgrades. If not, then they just finally did everything right, because team ended up with so many mistakes in a row, hence why seeing them do better could be good. This was just practice though, so no need to make something from this.

Nice fun video @jakelyson on those two in their bigfoot monster version of their cars. Cool

Yup! I have so much fun watching this and want to share this to lighten up the mood we got to see a different side of every driver and as we can see pretty much they are surely close to one another, and with the intense competition that they will show in the Grand Prix, outside they are such joyous guys,

Sergio Perez seemed to not take part in the media coverage yesterday as the drivers had started to do practice early Friday in anticipation of the sprint qualifying races later in the day.

For it looks very suspicious and this could be an entrapment of Sergio Perez, but for today's Practice Checo showed up to be fine, and at Practice made a pretty much OK performance landing the 4th position while in the qualifying Sergio Perez lost his momentum and was out of Q3, it was a likely another drama for the Mexican driver and for sure While Max Verstappen almost lost lap times in the Q1 and Q2 but he gained momentum and still got it with Q3 going to the Sprint Shootout, both the Ferrari's Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz did a great job this time and on Q3 they thought that Charles Leclerc will get the Qualifying on Verstappen but Max Verstappen still got the top position,

It was really a heated battle and we are on to the Sprint Shootout next I am pretty excited because Max Verstappen has a hard time with the Sprint back in the Azerbaijan GP and with this Austria GP can he likely take the lead to make pole position to the race,

Well, looking at the net I stumble upon a video well it is really family friendly and entertaining it was on the Red Bull Youtube Channel,

F1 Drivers Race HUGE Mega Trucks! = https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6jroQWVJLMY

It was Max Verstappen and Yuki Tsunoda Man after watching this Max is pretty much just chill here and helping Yuki Tsunoda out with what to do, this was on Austria so I think Max and Yuki were pretty much early in Austria to film this, and pretty much I really think they have chemistry for each other and maybe this is a conspiracy theory and Yuki Tsunoda will be the replacement driver for Sergio Perez,

Just watched this right now it was really hilarious when Max Verstappen called Yuki Tsunoda the world's shortest driver, which is likely could be true, actually this is really light heartening to watch when these two drivers perform in the monster trucks like that it was really amazing to see, but surely but Yuki Tsunoda Won the race because Max Verstappen RBMonster failed can have some sort of malfunction, but it was still a great video to watch without the real drama inside the race and it is just pure entertainment,

Here is a factual video to watch before the races begin on Friday. Mentions about which significant upgrades were done to each team's cars since Bahrain:

Every F1 team's 2023 car development plans
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pXHF35x4_Lc

With that, so many upgrades and still didn't get any podium win for Alpha Tauri what kind of upgrade did Alpha Tauri do, Mercedes had the most successful upgrades so far that I have seen, and with just 16 counts well, Red Bull also got the same upgrade counts aswell and Max Verstappen is still crashing the competition,

Sergio Perez seemed to not take part in the media coverage yesterday as the drivers had started to do practice early Friday in anticipation of the sprint qualifying races later in the day.

Now they are saying that it was because of Illness, I am surely Speechless about this news and never think that it will all go down to making stories that Sergio Perez can not play because he was sick, I really think they have already told Checo the bad news and go on with it, thinking about this what does Sergio Perez was thinking about this, or they might used Daniel Ricciardo to try if he has still potential to fumble with the F1 machine,

Nice fun video @jakelyson on those two in their bigfoot monster version of their cars. Cool

It seems they are really trying to screw RedBull on their game track and man ...I'm so tired of FIA and this games they are playing just for the fans and tv public to get exited and be entertained. I miss old school racing , I miss FIA where politics were not involved into motorsport in general and I clearly miss a fair fight between 2 pilots because the last fair fight it might have been between Rosberg and Hamilton and that was one for history books.

This weekend , my first impression was that RedBull once again they don't have any competition even if we talk about on the track or outside of it. Then , this news came about sprint race and it seems RedBull might lose this race or even facing some car issues that can result in DNF but that car will most likely be Perez and the guy really deserves more as his dreams for a championship were shattered in the last 2 races Sad. Anyway , let's hope for the best and let's hope for full racing.

Whoa! We are getting another Sprint and Sprint Shootout race this was implemented back on the Azerbaijan Grand Prix if I am not mistaken, where all Sprint was surely dominated by Red Bull the Sprint Shootout was for Charles Leclerc, 1st Sergio Perez 2nd, and Max Verstappen at 3rd, while the Sprint was for Sergio Perez at 1st Charles Leclerc at 2nd and Max Verstappen at 3rd again, and with the result of the Race Sergio Perez win the champion while Max Verstappen was at 2nd and this is the first podium for Charles Leclerc and getting into the 3rd place was really good for him, but unfortunately it is not looking good for Ferrari after the upgrades of Mercedes and Aston Martin,

New sprint formation for the Austrian Grand Prix think was introduced to make it more of a challenge for Red Bull on their home track. Since they have had problems with wearing out their tyres early on this particular track.
It will all come down to tyre management if they want to secure a solid win and not let Ferrari or Mercedes rain on their thunder this race weekend.
Here is the simplified lay out of how the sessions will unfold starting Friday until Sunday:

I was really curious about Sprint because back in the Azerbaijan GP the sprint format is not looking good for Max Verstappen and so Sergio Perez become champion, it is not highly unlikely that the Austrian GP will be like Azerbaijan so yes the Red Bull Max Verstappen can still be the dominant racer but let's just see if that will be the result tomorrow Friday,
