I ghave same situation! I have payout in status "Unpaid" for 8 hours for now
I have 20 grin waiting since 20/1/2019.
*update* well I'm way past 5 now and no payout so not sure...
I am running into the same problem: threshold reached, payout is showing in the Payouts tab but TXID shows Unpaid.
And obviously I did not get anything on my wallet.
This is my first payout so I dont really know what to expect.
They attempted to pay out but I had the address formatted wrong. Presumably if it had been formatted correctly I would have my grin now. As I understand it they are actually processing payments by hand. So they will just try to send your grin once per day, when ever you come up in the queue, as long as you are above the threshold.
Will report back with a further update once I actually have my hands on my grin.

Is there a min payout amount for GRIN? How often are the payouts?
I just figured it out. It's 5 grin minimum payout. Make sure your wallet is configured properly.

It is better forger about this Grin scam and bastard f2pool.
Are Grin payouts delayed? Dunno about the UTC hour for the payout, but i long passed the minimun thresold for withdrawal.. and i got nothing! (payout setting is properly set with UIN from exchange)

How to withdraw GRIN from your pool? GRIN does not have wallet addresses, yet you ask for one in order to request a payout!
Right now you still can't withdraw GRIN yet until the first block is mature at around 17:00 UTC today.
Please note that the balance will be accumulated in your f2pool account until the wallet address is set.
If you wish to withdraw after the first block is mature, the fastest way is to get a wallet address from exchange such as Galleon or Bitmesh and set the address in your f2pool account.

Here is our BEAM Payment Announcement:
- Payment time: 08:00–16:00 UTC
- Payout Threshold: 5 BEAM
- Wallet requirements: Please select “never” option for “Expires”when generating the BEAM local wallet address(the wallet address status needs to be “never”). This address is a permanent wallet address and will not expire.
- After the pool paid (usually after 16:00), please log in to the wallet (please ensure that the wallet is online) and manually complete the payment confirmation. If you do not receive the coins on the same day, the transaction record in the local wallet will be displayed as "failed", please don't worry, the pool will cancel the transaction and pay the next day.
