The development since late December shows very clearly what is happening.

The whales - and anyone else with half a financial brain - are slowly selling all their bitcoin. As they sell, prices begin to drop sharply. They then hold back on the selling and newbies and "HODL'ers" are foolish enough to "buy the dip". This sends the price back up.

It then repeats with rates dropping again, until the newbies and "HODL'ers" buy the dip once more.

Except on every round the dip gets deeper and deeper.

The game is over, and anyone so stupendously stupid to keep buying from the whales who are unloading are basically just throwing their money away.

Face up to reality, the party is over.

Many short term investments are being made during the drops of the prices and ends when it peaks. And it usually peaks during holiday season. But it is not very certain if the profit you will earn is enough for those months you wait. There's still some who extended their period of investment to another year because bitcoin still grows in annual basis.

We don't only have whales in the market. There are also panic sellers who won't hesitate to sell low at the mention of any false news. It isn't a bad practice to buy from the hands of these loose hands.

The BTC market is still emerging, do not base your argument or post on the present happening, globally whale and government are controls the economy, invesment by whale are main reason why you need o be confident that BTC  is sure to pump, Better days are ahead of the market space for BTC, Never be discourage, still a wise decision to hold and accumulate more.

Of course, you shouldn't lose hope and base your assumptions on the current state of the market. Whales did their thing and now it's time for crypto to get back on it's feet.

This is just a game and why think this is over, all just wait and will definitely come back, when the match starts there win there defeat so we have to be prepared with all that. Blockstream and Lightning fucked it all up.  Mike Hearn was right.  You didn't have to be a genius to know the end would come this way. May the op be over and long live bitcoin, if you dont trust in bitcoin, we have no time to explain to you, just sell your bitcoin and have bigest regret years later.

The market is still spinning and the game is not finished yet, the market is always spinning and prices go up and down, and if you want to stop when the price falls then you will lose.

Manipulation is in everywhere, the whales always controlling the cryptocurrency market. The dumps and pumps that are happening is because of whales. They can easily grow their investment because they have power to influence the price.

In every market there are whales and that's nothing new. The only thing we should be thinking about is how to follow them.

Its normal for the whales to unload their coins and thats the main reason why price drop sharply but as they unload their coin slowly many new hands are catching it and that makes the number of bitcoin small time holders increase their numbers and once the whales are over unleashing their coins what happens next? the price may again going up slowly as whale again start buying that is how crypto trading works it just only a cycle of ups and down you need to find your good entry point so you may not left behind or losing your money. as the crypto market sharply increase i doubt bitcoin would be over we already show how bitcoin become resilient and it happen several times and may still happen in the future.

I think its very early for us to consider that thing. If you think of it and consider the past experience of old members here, they all said that it happened already and within period of time Bitcoin starts to recover itself again. So i think its very early to say that it has met its end while other coins in the market are far from its value. I will only say that bitcoin ends when other coins like Eth surpass bitcoin. Until there is no coin that can beat bitcoin, it will always be forever the king even its price drops.

Not true, you know one thing who has the major chunk of bitcoins. It is with the developers who support bitcoins and they will never sell all they have just to let it keep going.

How did the developers get those bitcoins?  Scam.  They created them when new bitcoins are only supposed to be for miners.  Developers just make their own.  You are getting ripped off.

Yea, everyone has their opinion and own speculation on the future of bitcoin and cryptocurrencies - if that is how you see bitcoin then fine. I will still continue to hold my coins off like the most, no loss in holding and I believe there is a lot of people that has their faith put up still, it is the only thing that matter as it does base on demand-supply.

Yes, of course the fact that we have done, we must accept. Every investment has its own peak period and the downtime. this is not the first time that the market will not be encouraging but in the later day it will definitely pick up. there is always a decision time for everyone and every investment.

You are one of the investors who can considered as fool because you keep saying that the bitcoin will easily die. It is impossible because the life of the bitcoin depends on the users. By observing the cryptocurrency market, you can find out that the demand of the people to bitcoin is continuing to increase.

This game definitely will not end at all. I like you, have seen many opportunities where the price of Bitcoin is decreasing. The bitcoin is only slightly fluctuating. just give it time and it will rise again. I suspect it will recover, over a long period of time when people start getting impatient and selling their coins.

The reality and past of bitcoin is clearly infront of you. You can also predict the clean future about bitcoin as their past.
