Seems like I was the only one updating here for the past 2 years and now would like to make another update for 2023. Fairlay is surprisingly still alive, with fairly large liquidity on most markets. The new update is still yet to happen (so new registrations are still offline).

Major update now is that min bets are 1mbtc, which slightly affects my betting here as I use Fairlay mainly for huge odds (10/1 and above in general) so I don't normally like putting more than $10 on these big bets. Still pretty good for big matches, 0.5 BTC bets on lines of up to 5/1 are available, but I might be adjusting my use from the new season.

Support is still active, payments are still almost instant, so I feel it's still fairly safe to use.

Just in case anyone's wondering Wink

Hi,
does anybody know why registration is disabled and will it be enabled again in the future?

I believe registrations have been disabled since my last post above (September 2021) when they said they were working on releasing a new version of the site. Everything else works the same, they just haven't had been able to take on new users for almost a year now.

This month I actually asked in the Chat/Trollbox again and we have the same answer on 14 and 16 June as I quote below, with no further details furnished:

Quote
Registration is currenly disabled. We are working on the new version of the site, and registration will be enabled with its release.

Quote
It will be possible with the release of the new version of the site, though we are still unable to provide accurate date.

I'm still depositing, betting and withdrawing, support still lurks and answers, so obviously they're still around ha.

Just to update here. Issue seems to have cleared up since the late weekend. Gone are the error pages, or the need to refresh, and site no longer runs poorly when on slow connection (mobile). Still miffed it prevented me from bagging the Villa upset on United as markets refused to cooperate.

Would be good to get an update on that update though, if the current infrastructure's beginning to be a problem.

captcha and cloudflare have been a real issue. I think with some soon to come updates we should see a huge improvement
I really hate Captcha, especially those that make you look for shitty stuff and picking which of the blurry pictures has them, it's a waste of time because bots can still do what they're meant to. I too hope for some improvements in not just the site but also those two.

What browser? I had some error with cloudflare earlier today on fairlay, just refreshed the page in firefox and it loaded no problem (thought it wasnt going to work though tbh)

We all seem to need 3 - 4 browsers now just to load certain sites

Yeah, it's been getting worse at my side, more or less given up trying to bet properly for the time being -- note that the site can still work, you just have to be patient enough to refresh. Really hope the site fixes soon, or that update arrives and solves it all. Won't be good for confidence to leave it like this for too long.

Hope to return with some good news!

Anyone else been getting errors on site lately? It asks for a captcha now every time I visit for past 2 days, and then goes to an error page. Refreshing then brings the site up fine, so no issue other than slight inconvenience.

Also, less of an issue but accessing markets from search, and then trying to take/match the orders is getting less success on the 1st attempt, sometimes a whole slew of orders available a second ago disappear when trying to match.

Not a complaint, just wondering if anyone else sees this and if it's a temporary issue.

Yes, I am. I have visited it after some time, helped train Google captcha and got 403 forbidden, CSRF verification failed. Request aborted. Only after deleting the URL path and several refreshes did I get in. If that does not deserve a complain, I don't know what does.

Have been using Fairlay for the last couple of years without any issues whatsoever. Some people are jumping to random conclusions because of various reasons. Every gambling site runs into problems now and then.
But not any issues ultimately leads to people reporting it and making it a public matter, if the gambling site is resolving the issue really quick then users won't have to go and make it more scandalous by publicizing the issue. Maybe Fairlay is just unfortunate that they had issues with an impatient man.

I've started my own thread with the proof.  I don't want this buried on page #103.
After checking out your issue, I feel like Fairlay probably messed up in this case. Keep contacting their support regularly and they might overturn their decision later.

I have no idea what you mean, fairlay has been around for like 9 years and is perfectly safe and all your funds there are safe, I mean as safe as an online book can be

they also have proof of reserves, you can contact support to get the proof of reserve info

site is having some backend issues but all funds are safe and they are working on fixing the backend

Did they disclose the backend issues that they are experiencing and can you share an update if it is serious issues that needs an asap response as you are talking about funds, so I am wondering if it has been fixed already.

Receiving an attack is a serious problem for sure especially if it is affecting the flow of the money in their platform and what is worst is if incase there are funds that were stolen and they just said that funds are secure just to make the users calm.
You need to provide the updated information of this site and verify how safe it is for sports betting to keep the funds safe. Not only to share their views on upcoming events in the field of sports but also to ensure an opportunity to make money on accurate predictions.

Just so everyone knows, Fairlay has recently unfairly voided my sizeable esports bet (7.99 mbtc won) and refused to give me my money after numerous support requests.  I want my money back, and they refuse to do anything.  I've been a fairlay user for years, but now it seems they've started to steal money from their punters.  Do not bet with fairlay if you want your money after you win. There was a dispute about if my bet was made inplay or before the match started.  I made the bet during the draft, like I often do, and then they claimed that was during the match.   Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh.  I suggest other betting with other books, provided you like not having your bets unfairly voided.

post the proof void out any personal info
